Blairco recently replaced a faulty condensate pump on our heat pump. The service and work was excellent. We have sourced our HVAC system maintenance and repairs to Blairco for more than twenty years. They are definitely a top-drawer company.

Our A/C unit broke down and we gave Blairco a call for an appointment. They were able to send a technician out the next day to look at it. One of the parts had to be replaced and the technician had it on hand. The issue was resolved and the A/C works again!

Blairco was very attentive and the technician was nice and provided some helpful information regarding some of the key elements for an A/C. I will definitely use them again for any future A/C or HVAC repairs.

I've called Blairco a couple times when our A/C has stopped working right before a heat wave. Both times, they were able to schedule someone to come out the same day. Our tech, Brandon, was able to identify the problem quickly and get our system running cool again quickly. We have an older heat pump, but it still works well, and there's never been an attempt to upsell us on a new unit. If we need heating or cooling help again, we will be calling Blairco.

I was so impressed with this company... not only did they do an excellent job working on my heating/air conditioning in the past but they helped me find someone to move my furnace when they weren't able to. Incredible experience working with the Blairco team to replace what turned out to be a damaged blower. We lost air and scheduled a service about a week out, but with the pending heat advisory, I called the emergency number on the weekend and spoke with Randy. He had me troubleshoot a few things and realized he would need to drop by Monday morning and take a look. He did so, realized the problem, and was able to get the part ordered for the already scheduled Wednesday appointment. Had Randy not taken the time to assist, the repair may have been pushed out with parts ordering, etc. So now it's 99 degrees outside and I am cool in my home typing this well-deserved FIVE STAR review! Great job Randy and Blairco! This is why we have used you for years. GREAT SERVICE and they really care! THANK YOU!

Everything went as smoothly as I had hoped. Roz was thorough in explaining options and everything else. The installers of a replacement furnace and AC unit, Hedda and Zimri, were very pleasant and professional. They were pros.

Had a heating problem and a rats nest of wiring from the original installer. Blair had Brandon McIntosh come out and he dug right into the whole thing, sorted it out, labeled everything to make it reasonable to handle in the future and sorted the whole thing out.

They didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need, and the price was reasonable.

These guys were great! They came out a day earlier than scheduled during our heat wave. They’re a local company that’s been around for decades. I wasn’t home during the service visit. My wife told me how comfortable she felt with the tech and knew we were in good hands when she saw the Blairco logo on the truck. We received excellent service and a fair price. Best thing about them…they’re right in the neighborhood.

So glad we gave Blairco a try. More reasonable cost-wise for the regular maintenance we were getting from another well-known company in the area. Shawn with Blairco was very thorough and explained everything after he was finished. He found things that were never mentioned by the "other guys" Keep up the good work!

I highly recommend Bill from Blairco. He did an excellent job checking our heating system on a annual basis and is scheduled to do our A/C as well in six months. Bill is honest and trustworthy, will answer any questions that you might have regarding your HVAC unit.

Brandon was thorough and polite. Quick and efficient diagnosis and repair. Tri-Tech told us we needed a new compressor, and quoted us 6000 dollarsto replaceit!. Not true. A new start capacitor and everything was good. Thank you Brandon for a job well done!

Hedda & Zimri did our furnace & AC install. They had to go up into the attic to replace the furnace & it was hot as Hades up there! They were so fun, competent, and showed up smiling everyday! Hedda and Zimri installed a new gas furnace and air conditioner last week. We had a 29 year old gas furnace that made it through one last winter. With the temps getting hotter every summer, we hoped we could afford to get air conditioning and avoid putting up the window units again this year. Those bring in so much dirt! Shaun worked with us and we found an option we could afford. We cannot thank the entire Blairco team enough for the great service and experience we received. The city inspector said it was a beautiful installation and it should last us years with regular maintenance. I highly recommend Blairco!
