We are very happy with Solutions HVAC LLC.
They recently installed ducting and equipment for ventilation & dehumidification on a newly constructed indoor swim spa / pool room. I have come to appreciate, among other skills, their workmanship & attention to detail. Solutions produced amazing results for our pool room while staying on schedule and budget.
More recently, they repaired our furnace. The exterior heat pump compressor kept icing and it was not a simple fix, like a plugged air filter or refrigerant issue. Solutions was able to work with the manufacturer to troubleshoot & repair the system. They even arranged for the parts to be covered by the manufacturer warranty.

Showed up quick, good explanation of issues and fair suggestions for replacement. Definitely recommend

I was very impressed with Solutions HVAC. First, we were offered solutions - choices. Next we were offered a variety of paths and choices. We picked a choice and the choice we made was delivered, as proposed. In our case, an old furnace was replaced- but we were shown the problems with the old machine and offered choices to move forward with a variety of ways. We are very satisfied.

Chris was terrific and informative. He was also very punctual and arrived when he said he would. I would recommend him highly.

In the midst of the icy storm. A widow Mom & her 2 kids were sitting days without heat, I'm a neighbor that helps the family out. I spent several days trying to reach the installing and service company without luck. I started calling other HVAC companies, either no answer or no availability till next week or further out. Until I got a hold of Cris who is the owner of Solutions HVAC LLC. Not only did he have a full day he put her home as a priority and was there the next day. First off he initially was troubleshooting on the phone with me to assist in possibly getting it working prior to him coming out. The next day he had a cancelation first thing in the morning which thankfully routed him to her house bright in early. It ended up being a solid scavenger hunt of multiple different issues that was the cause of it not working. He was there for hours, had to run to the hardware store, and ultimately was being dispatched to another service call. However he was committed to making sure she and the kids had heat before he left. Which is exactly what he did. His prices are beyond fair. He offers a very detailed and through x2 a year spring/fall maintenance package. He is returning next Friday for duct cleaning and replacement of a couple of parts. He explained everything before hand, isn't upselling or talking over you. A real geniune legitimate business. I am not one to leave reviews unless they are unbelievably an experience that is worth the time. If you want to know that your heating & cooling systems are in the best working condition. Cris is your man. We opted to have him be the new tech for the families new HVAC system.
P.S. he even followed up 1st thing the following morning to make sure the family was still warm & furnace was working. Yes they are! There isn't enough I could share about this awesome and full blessing of a meet.

I live in an older home and with the recent dip in temperatures, I decided to turn on the heat. But, NO HEAT! I contacted Angi's List and within minutes, Cris from Solutions HVAC called me. We made an appointment for a few days out (at my request). Cris arrived on time and went through my system for me, explaining details as he came across them. He was able to get my heat up and running quickly. He took extra time to check for carbon monoxide leaks throughout the house and left me with information on my system and how I could improve it in the future. He even emailed me a few days later, checking up on everything and let me know that if I had anymore problems, he would come back right away.
I'm am so pleased to find someone that is so helpful and that I feel I can trust! I highly recommend Cris at Solutions HVAC and when I'm ready for an upgrade, Cris will be at the TOP of my list!

This company is the best, we received same day repair to fix our aging furnace. Chris was very upfront & honest about the unit & we discussed replacement of both the heater & ac units together. Highly recommend this company, Great Experience!!

Our 26 year old AC unit died on Sunday. Call Cris Monday morning and he was out that evening to access. After discussions we decided it was time to replace both AC and 26 year old gas furnace. Went with a variable speed heat pump and gas furnace pairing. This was Monday evening. The AC/heatpump side was up and running by Friday evening as Cris projected. Completed the furnace portion the following Monday, which of course wasn't needed yet and still isn't until it gets cold! Cris showed up when he said he would, no excuses just professional results. Cheaper quotes but highly satisfied with fair pricing and excellent service. Highly recommend.

From start to finish Cris was professional, detail oriented, and paid attention to our needs. Not something a "big box" HVAC company would do. He went above and beyond given some of the specific issues we had with our HVAC configurations. If he did other things besides HVAC he would be our go to. Cris is very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Since our 18 year old furnace hadn’t been maintained properly, Cris addressed all the possible issues we might find, but then did something extraordinary. He took the entire unit apart to inspect everything, and found that the HVAC was still serviceable with some needed maintenance. He even inspected the ducts under our house to make sure they were okay. Now our HVAC is working great, thanks to Cris taking a long term approach to customer service, rather than looking for the “quick fix.” We saved thousands of dollars on this repair, and Solutions HVAC gained a customer for life.
