Had a great experience with James and co. at Miller. Miller installed a new Lennox gas heater that was perfectly spec’d for our house. Didn’t try to upsell us. Installers did a great job. Were friendly, punctual and neat. They will continue to be our go-to company for any HVAC needs.

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Millers Heating & Air! I recently upgraded from baseboard and cadet heaters to a brand new Lennox furnace, complete with new ducting and vent installation, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

The pricing was very reasonable, and I was impressed by how convenient the online appointment system was. From the moment I received the bid to the day of completion—just about one week—the process was smooth and efficient. I especially appreciated the daily text updates letting me know that Thomas and David were on their way, which made planning so easy.

The installation team was fantastic. They were friendly, extremely tidy, and navigated my home with care—wearing booties to protect my floors and being super kind to my four dogs and even my tortoise! Every cut was meticulously cleaned up, leaving my home spotless. Thomas kept me informed every day and was a real pleasure to work with, while David and Bruce showed utmost respect and professionalism throughout the project.

Additionally, Bryce, the electrician, identified some safety concerns with my panel and provided a reasonable bid to fix the issue on the same day. Thanks to his prompt attention, I’m already planning on using Millers Heating & Air for the upgraded panel installation.

And to top it all off, I love the smart thermostat that I can control right from my phone—what a game-changer!

We purchased a new HVAC system from Miller’s Heating a few years ago. The Trane system has been outstanding. We are a member for annual maintenance and it’s very affordable. Our technician Thomas, was fantastic, 5/5. Very thorough. He went above and beyond adjusting even minor things and showed me steps I can do as a homeowner to extend the life of the system. Great service!

12/23 Miller installed a Lennox high efficiency gas furnace and power heat pump system and the condensation line has been a repeating problem ever since they have been out multiple times to fix the problem and it continues to malfunction. Now when running the heat pump on cool mode there is water coming from the indoor furnace dripping from a copper line at the bottom of said furnace my indoor humidity is in the mid 60-70 when the heat pump runs on cool mode and Miller refuses to send a tech to address the problem. In addition this hvac mess they ran into and damaged my garage door when installing units and refuse to rectify situation. My new top of the line units continue to malfunction since the day they were installed…and Miller refuses to address the issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Techs are amazing OWNERS ARE DISMISSIVE AND UNRESPONSIVE TO DAMAGE THEY CAUSE.
Update 11/2025
I am adding this update after reviewing all of my documentation, service notes, photos, and the findings of an independent HVAC technician. My goal is simply to present an accurate, factual record of my experience.

1. I never received any inspection paperwork or confirmation from Miller’s Heating & Air showing that required Clark County inspections were ever scheduled, completed, or passed. I have contacted Clark County directly and am awaiting written verification. Miller has provided me with no inspection documentation at all.

2. A licensed third-party HVAC company (Apollo Heating & Cooling) inspected my system and confirmed multiple installation defects, including:
• A condensate drain line installed at the wrong angle
• A P-trap that was not functioning
• A drain line physically sitting inside the condensate pump pan
• A hole in the condensate pump that leaked water into my home
• A leaning evaporator coil
• A metering device “seeking” and not regulating correctly
The leak stopped only after the technician sealed the hole in the pump—indicating the installation was the cause.

3. During this time, my indoor humidity reached 80%, which is documented in a photo from my thermostat. Normal indoor humidity ranges from 30–50%. This level is unsafe and consistent with the installation problems Apollo identified.

4. Miller’s management acknowledged garage door damage in writing and arranged for a contractor (On Track Garage Doors) to assess it. Their manager, their technician, myself, and my sister were all present during the onsite assessment. The damage was confirmed. However, despite initially indicating they would cover the repair, the work was never completed.

5. When I later called Miller multiple times seeking help with water damage and system issues, I was informed by a new employee that I had been placed on a “Do Not Service” list. This was the first time I learned that Miller had declined further service.

6. Miller’s public response to my review states that they “tried to contact me,” but their own October 2024 service notes document that I had not received any calls, texts, emails, or outreach from them. My call logs and emails confirm the same. Their public statement does not match the written record.

7. The duct cleaning included in my installation package was never completed, which is confirmed in their December 2023 and January 2024 invoices.

8. After arranging the garage door damage assessment and indicating the repair would be covered, Miller later reversed their position and claimed the damage was “previous.” This contradicts their earlier written acknowledgment, the onsite assessment they attended, and the clear timeline of when the damage occurred.

I remain open to resolving this professionally, but the resolution needs to be based on accurate documentation, completed work, and correction of the installation defects that have been clearly identified.

They are always willing to be of service. Friendly and prompt communication is so refreshing!

They installed my HVAC system back in 2016 and assisted getting me set up with financing. My list of specs and modifications were followed exactly as I requested (without the grief of mansplaining). The system was about $9K to $10K, which was great considering the modifications I asked for: A hybrid mini split system that uses an air handler to condition the home using existing ductwork. And, we added a fresh air intake

The system is flawless and I use them for twice yearly maintenance. I have done business with many HVAC companies in the past.

These folks are my number one go-to professionals.

James and Nikita from Precision Air installed a furnace and AC unit, a month ago. They carried out the work very professionally without bothering me much. They moved things out of the way where needed and put them back when finished. It’s been a month since the installation and the furnace has been working quite nicely and a lot quieter than my previous standard efficiency. Oh yes, they did take care of all the old equipment that was being replaced. Overall, a very happy experience from estimate to installation. Should also add that I got 3 to 4 quotes and Precision Air was the best value for money in my case.

My heat pump quit working unexpectedly on one of the hottest days of the year! :( Precision Air was awesome, got us on their schedule right away because of a cancellation & Edward the technician was fantastic, efficient and got our cooling system back up & running very quickly! Thank you!

Marc came in the expected service call timeframe. He did a thorough review of the equipment outdoors, checked the main duct and filter and a temperature check. He told me the equipment was in very good working order. He also donned protective gear to check the crawlspace under the house. He reported it was in great condition. The vapor barrier had been very well installed, the floor was well insulated, and there was no sign of moisture on the foundation walls. He also said I'd be getting the same information reported to my email address.
Marc was efficient and pleasant.

We did a lot of research before replacing our 30yo package unit. Precision Air took the time to answer all of our questions and tailored the perfect solution at an affordable price. The installers, James and Nikita, were great and got the new system installed and running in a single day despite heavy rain and cold temps. The house is much more comfortable now and the new unit is super quiet. Thanks guys!

Victor Chumar and Andrii worked very well together. They were professional, courteous and polite.The overall process of installation went very well. These guys were professionals, Matthew and Alex worked outside in the rain and in the crawl space to install my AC, they were polite and answered any questions I had.

We had Precision Air replace our heat pump, furnace, and the lines that connect them. We also had them replace our hot water heater. We are very happy with the new products and the service. Tally and Jarrin did the installation. Anthony did the bidding and sales. We also had a new Ecobi thermostat put in and there was a small problem with it. Dave came out the very next day to adjust it and explain how it works. I really like how they put the heat pump on feet with gravel around it for drainage. Super happy with everything. The heat pump is the quietest we have had.

Viktor and Petr were awesome! They spent all day Friday replacing our entire HVAC system and did an amazing job. Super professional, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect before they left. We’re so grateful for their hard work and would definitely recommend them!
