Absolutely a dream to work with this company! Great listeners. Problem solvers. Dan communicated and was kind. He provided professional recommendations and explained the process. Pricing was below previous bids and the office team was also sharp and responsive and communicated well. UPDATE: Dan returned and completed the services today. He communicates, asks for approval, upsells the service but also explains why the service plan saves money. As someone who has neglected the cleaning and regular maintenance I am thrilled this will just be handled and now less of an issue going forward. The rates are well worth the excellent services provided.

Our a/c went out yesterday, I called Precision Air late in the day and they had someone out the next day. I was worried we would have to replace it but lucky for us we only had to change out the capacitor. Todd changed it out and also swapped out our house air filter too! Thank you for the great service, I will definitely recommend your company.

It took a few tries for Precision to completely resolve my gas furnace problems but they were terrific the whole time, and Todd even installed my new thermostat for free to "balance the karma." They only charged me for the initial repair, which was very fair. Great company to work with!

Denton is the BEST! Can we request him every time please? He was on time, totally friendly, professional, he explained everything clearly, and our mini splits are in top shape again. You are lucky to have him working for you! Thanks so much, Precision Air!

My two technicians Matthew and Dustin were fantastic. They were extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. They worked very hard all day and even though they hit a few bumps (had to wait for permits, had to redo a valve that had been installed by the builder previously) they were always in good spirits and professional. I would use Precision Air for all of my HVAC needs and highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

We had Precision Air do a tune-up on our furnace today. Dan did a super thorough job! He found several issues that would have been very easy to miss. He took extra time to get to the bottom of an odor we had noticed. Thank you Dan!!

Professional, prompt and polite. Service Tech Daniel was all that and more. He quickly identified my concerns and went to work fixing or explaining them. His experience and depth of knowledge made the service call interesting, and reassuring. I do plan on calling these guys back to do more work for me.

Mark from Precision Air serviced our Carrier furnace and heat pump. His service was excellent! Mark communicated well and was thorough in explaining his process. He also updated several setting on our thermostat to improve the performance.

Denton from Precision Air is the real deal. Super professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knows his stuff. He showed up right on time, explained everything, and made sure the job was done right without rushing.

He took the time to walk me through what he was doing and gave me tips to keep things running smoothly. No upselling, no pressure—just honest service. If you need HVAC help and want someone reliable who won’t leave you guessing, Denton’s your guy.

I called right at 4:55 pm they answered and I got an appointment the next day and they called to see if it was on to come earlier which I was really happy about. Because it was 23 degrees that night without our heat pump. But luckily we had 2 electric heaters that barely kept us warm enough until David came out and fixed the frozen condenser motor which was Expensive twice as much as what I was guessing. But everything nowadays is twice is expensive. But he got it all done and it's working awsome now.
So thank you David really nice guy !!! And Precision Air. We got the heat back on before it's supposed to snow !!! Tomorrow.
Pic of old motor and the new motor!!!

Edward D. was great. Explained everything clearly, with visuals. Didn't try to sell me anything extra. Second time I've used them - for maintenace and repair - and they are better than any other company I've experienced.

Recently upgraded our furnace, and had ac added at the same time. The installers were great! Very clean, very professional and very accommodating (we have a 3 month old and they did their best to keep the noise down) furnace and ac install went smoothly. James and Nikita were great.

There was some communication issues between the electricians and precision.. that was frustrating but they got it sorted and everything works well.

After the furnace install, we had trouble firing up the furnace so they sent out a technician to fix it. He seemed like he had other places to be, or didn’t want to be there at all.. Maybe he was having a bad day, not sure..

All in all our new system looks and works great. We’re very excited for central air. My only complaint would be lack of communication between the trades. Precision air was always very fast to respond to me and my questions. And very affordable!

Marc was fantastic—friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how my HVAC unit works and showed me how to access and replace the filters, which I really appreciated. He even installed a temporary replacement filter and clarified how filter sizing works. On top of that, he offered to help set up my thermostat schedule. Marc was thorough, patient, and never rushed—highly recommend his services!

Avoid Precision Air – Dishonest Sales, Incompatible Install, and $3,600 Extortion Threat

I contracted Precision Air for a $20,600 install of a Carrier two-stage furnace and five-stage heat pump. I was assured—both in writing and in repeated verbal conversations—that this system would deliver five stages of efficiency. What I didn’t realize until later: the equipment they sold me was incompatible. The competing quote I received (only $1K more) was for a properly matched Carrier Infinity system.

On install day, the tech reiterated I’d get full 5-stage operation. A senior tech came and left, and the onsite tech mentioned I might need a Carrier thermostat. He had one, said it was included, but didn’t install it. I asked the office to clarify—no one called.

Day 2 of what was sold as a 1-day job, the tech forgot the thermostat, said again I probably needed it, and again I asked for clarification from the office. Eventually, a manager called—not to explain, but to admit the equipment was in fact incompatible and I’d need an entirely different heater and thermostat to get the performance I was promised. When I asked why he hadn’t called earlier, he said he was “contemplating what to tell me.”

I offered to pay $1,000 more—the difference between their bid and the correct system another contractor quoted. He said he’d finalize pricing that day. I got a vague voicemail recapping our talk, no numbers. After the holiday weekend, I had to chase them, only to be told they’d decided they weren’t at fault and demanded a $3,600 change order. This was for their own mistake, which their techs and manager already acknowledged.

By this point, the job was already 7 days in, I had exposed wires, a non-functional heat pump, messy install work, and no confidence in their office team. I said I’d rather pay someone else to fix it, and was threatened with a lien on my home.

Eventually, I paid the full $24K just to get it over with. The field crew was apologetic and clearly frustrated with their management. As a final insult, I came home to a flooded garage from an improperly installed condensate pump. They fixed it—but it summed up the whole experience.

I confirmed with Carrier: this company absolutely should have known better and never should have sold or installed incompatible equipment.

I’ve owned two homes and replaced HVAC systems before. I’ve worked with dozens of vendors. This was by far the worst and most exhausting experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor—go with someone else.
