I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. I had my AC unit installed by them in 2021. They caused water damage to my house due to them not connecting the condensate drain line to the outside of the house correctly. It was a complete mess and a nightmare. Blairco did come back to “repair” their mess but their contractors did a mediocre job, I was not happy with the end result. Anyway, it is now 2025 and the AC is not working anymore, the coolant somehow leaked. I still have warranty but I’m honestly worried to have any of their techs come out to find the leak which that part is not covered under warranty obviously. So the unit cost me about 5k and for them to find the leak is going to be around another 2k. I’m planning on selling my 1st home and getting something smaller anyway so the plan for now is to leave as is and perhaps fix it later down the road once I find a HVAC company that I can trust.

Blairco replaced our 35 year old heat pump and furnace. The technicians, Hedda and Zimri, did excellent job installing the new equipment including doing extra work to make it fit the space properly. Both were very professional and technically competent. I highly recommend using this company.

Bill from Blairco worked diligently to correct the previous work done by the vendor used by the builder and to update my system to add a Wifi enabled thermostat. Also tested the heat pump to ensure the heat pump would switch over to emergency heat automatically once the heat pump set temp is reached. I was advised to call the heat pump manufacturer to verify that my Bryant unit has been registered for warranty. Thank you Blairco for attention to detail and information provided by your tech.

Installation was done in a very cold week. And then......nothing worked since Tuesday, 20 January 2026 and even 3 people came to check their wonderful system that cost an arm and a leg, caused my friend to take leave to accomodate the installatiom AND catch a bad cold, this company couldnt find it in their professional hearts to fix the problem this weekend well knowing its winter, its cold and their system is still not working.
Do you think your company deserves more than 1 star? I dont think so.

And today is the 27 January 2026 and this heating system is guess what....STILL NOT WORKING since 19 January 2026 at an emmense cost of more than $5000.

So much for professionalism.

So Blairco is STILL unable to get a heating and cooling system that cost my friend MORE than $10541 to work. Go and check who you installed a system to on 19 January 2026 and where your incompetent person was yesterday at 4pm in Vancouver, Washingtn state and then try correct me on my reviews. You have no clue what you're doing...... Prove me wrong and have that system working by Friday. Pathetic service.

On 19 February 2026 the heating system still is not working after installation on 19 January 2026.... a whole month even though a technician worked the new installation once again. AND a new person was sent. Mr Owner, can you please in all honesty say that this is good service that you would have been satisfied with?
On 28 February 2026 I can at last say thank you to Blairco for the heating system that is now working. A big shout out to Martin who did the installation and Randy who followed up continuously until everything worked. Thank you for your assistance. It is highly appreciated.

Blairco went above and beyond my expectations! They were professional for sure, but also listened to me and worked with my budget and goals. They found a reasonably priced solution and brought out an additional expert at no extra cost over a weekend to make sure I had heat. They made me feel like part of their family. I couldn’t have been more satisfied and thankful.

Keith really went above and beyond to make sure he got us taken care of, definitely exceeding expectations. Our AC units are looking brand new again and they were looking pretty dirty. He was super professional, great at communicating and even remembered my name. It was honestly really nice to have him out and I just wanted to say thank you so much for making sure we got taken care of. Extremely happy with the end result!

Blairco is always my go to furnace repair and maintenance company. My furnace went out.I called Blairco.John came out , johnny on the spot and checked it out. We decided I needed to replace my furnace.
Within a week , they had the furnace installed and up and running. Hedda and zimri were great technicians. Very professional.I would totally recommend this company.And these two wonderful installers.

Well. Chuck with a truck, kind of experience. Thermostat not working. After the “tech” finished his work, and cycled the furnace, it only stays on full blast. No scaled response from inputs; just maximum output from the furnace, and the only way to turn it off is to trip the breakers. Blairco refuses to come check for a mistake, and says we must pay this invoice before they will come out and address the shotty work. Wow

P.s. notice the articulate coding explanations on the invoice. Attention to detail seems to not be their strong suit.

Their attention to every detail and superior craftsmanship is certainly the best residential installation work I’ve ever seen, after working in construction for 40 years.
We encountered some defective ductwork from the 25 year old original installation, which Hedda and Zimri quickly resolved with a cost-effective solution.
They were prompt every day and we always knew what the next steps were. Plus they were fun to work with.

Very nice gentleman. very knowledgable and Professional. It was a quick easy discovery. ended up having an electrical contractor come out which they referred. They seem to be great as well. so far a great experience. definitely would recommend their company to anybody. plus they have fun commercials on the radio, which is what sucked me in. lol. Also to add to this review, I had them come out and do my personal residence with a tuneup and maintenance check ended up needing to replace something in the furnace, which will save me time in trouble in the winter. Dana is awesome. Keep that guy around very professional very knowledgeable And was great to my seven-year-old who was bothering him the whole time. Definitely recommend this company to anybody looking for knowledgeable, professional HVAC five star A+

Christopher Chandler was incredibly friendly, very easy to talk to. He definitely knows the ins and outs of this business. I would recommend them highly. He came in and one of my cats doesn’t like anyone and she really fell in love with him. Which I found very reassuring. I would highly recommend this company in a heartbeat, very professional company. This morning, Zach and Michael from Revival Heating & Cooling in Ridgefield, WA came out to install the new air conditioner, which we purchased from this HVAC Group at a reasonable price. Zach and Michael are true professionals in every sense of the word! They were friendly and courteous, arriving on time, knowing exactly what they were doing. The installation went smoothly. They carefully explained everything to us, including their local and the manufactures warranty, the maintenance schedule, and system operating features. Revival was the lowest bidder on some substantial work for our home: heat pump installation and installing insulation in the walls. They also helped us figure out that installing insulation would make for a lower overall power bill and cost since we'd need a smaller heat pump. At every step of the way, everyone I worked with at revival was great: the scheduling and payments team on the phone, Keaton during the energy use assessment and cost estimate phases, and Zack and his crew during installation. They even got the installation done the day after I selected then for the install, which was handy since my furnace had failed in the meantime and it was quite cold out. There were no cost over runs and the work was completed quickly and looks great. Cannot recommend them enough and will not call anyone else for HVAC work in the future!

I’ve had Revival come out and complete two different projects for me now. Both times the crews were very polite, professional and respectful of the property. The quality of the work is outstanding and their customer service is fantastic. 5 Stars - Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC service or installation.

They're great to work with. So many places have awful customer service that it's refreshing to have a business not treat you as disposable. Everyone from the sales people, technicians to the people that answer the phone are great. We had air conditioning issues this summer and there was none of that BS I was expecting. They came out and did the work the next day. I wish these people would also have a bank and a cell phone company because I'd hire them for that too.
