The service guy would not waste my money because I needed a new furnace. The sent me a review and a quote for anew furnace. Showed me the exact costs and all the possible credits. They gave me a date to install and did it sooner because someone else canceled. The bill was exactly as they had told me and the credits also. A couple weeks later I received a check for $150.00. It was for another credit they found. The installer took a little longer than they said, but that was okay because he did a great job and explained a lot about the furnace to me, which I appreciated. Great company. 👍

I had to reschedule my appointment due to a family emergency. My call was answered promptly and considerately. I was able to reschedule for the next day after I called. Kaleb arrived early and was ready to complete the job quickly and thoroughly. He was respectful of the house and property. He helped me schedule my next service when he finished. I was very satisfied by the service by Advanced Air Systems.

The tech diagnosed the problem which he both showed me and explained. The options were presented and the potential cost determined.

We just had a new electric fireplace installed by Advanced Air Systems last week. Todd and Tye came out and checked our fireplace to make sure everything would fit correctly. Tye came back and installed it with the help of the electrician. Bob. They were only here about 3 hours! Needless to say, I was very pleased and impressed with the friendly, professional work of this company. Love my new fireplace and would highly reccomend them.

From the office when making my PM appointment, to the service tech who came to do my PM, I am very happy with every step. I know that keeping a system in tune and checked yearly makes for a happy homeowner. These folks at Advanced Air Systems do their job extremely well. Thanks everyone!

Thanks to annual maintenance our Advanced Air furnace and air conditioner in 2001 lasted a remarkable 24 years. Given the age and the advancements in equipment technolocgy we recently decided to replace the quipment. We again selected Advanced Air. The equipment was quickly and efficiently installed in less than five hour. Could not be more pleased.

I really appreciate how Jake Hanabata (temporarily) went about trouble-shooting our 30 year old system, when it was unable to produce sufficient heat to keep us warm during some freezing January days.
Advanced Air’s follow up with a quote (when I requested on) and the ability to explain what I was buying and the differences between the various systems sold in market was exceptional. Subsequently, the crew from Advanced Air were professional and did an excellent job in installing our system in February.
We decided to go local (instead of a big name chain like Costco) and am pleased with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Advanced for your furnace and A/C installation.

When I had a recent problem with our heat pump, I called Advanced Air to come take a look at it. Every interaction with people from the company was cheerful, professional, and knowledgeable. They came out the next day, Brendan spent quite a bit of time diagnosing the problem, and he explained everything very clearly. Very happy with Advanced Air Systems!

UPDATE: After getting estimates from 3 other companies we decided on using Advanced Air Systems. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and quietly, and left everything spotless. Couldn’t ask for more from a local company!

I work for a small contractor and have worked with several different HVAC companies and this one is by far the best I’ve ever worked with. I’m 9 months pregnant and they came out the day after I called and got my AC working and came back the following day to replace the disconnect. They were quick and so incredibly kind. We will definitely be calling them back when our AC and furnace finally die on us!

Technician and assistant arrived early, and were able to diagnose the issue and explain it to me so I clearly understood what was wrong. The defect was not able to be repaired, but I appreciated their knowledge and how well they handled the diagnosis of the issue.

Technician showed up early and immediately checked my AC unit. Didn’t hesitate to check everything and then tell me it would have to be replaced. Found several problems, real, not made up. Fixed most of them and am scheduling the rest. Excellent job, very knowledgeable. Showed me what the problems were and how he troubleshot them. Me being an old tech understood and agreed with his findings.

We have used Advanced Air Systems for a few years for yearly maintenance on our gas furnace and air conditioning unit. They have always done a wonderful job! Recently we needed to replace our furnace (it was the original from 2000), and used Advanced Air Systems for the purchase and install of the new one. They have great quality products, and worked with us and our 1,000 questions with patience and grace. The install was quick and easy taking only a few hours (I think the installer was Brandon, who was so knowledgable and helpful). Lastly I had to have them come back out to fix an air vent under the house they discovered hadn't been attached for who knows how long just pushing crawl space temp air into our house. They made quick work of that too and am so happy with all of their help! I feel like they are fairly priced, have an honest and great knowledge team, and go above and beyond what is expected of them! I would recommend them to anyone looking for heating and air conditioning help! I will continue to use them!
