I called and was able to get an appointment the very next day. From the answering of the phone to the fixing of my heating issue, the service was friendly, efficient and just a great experience. Caleb (the tech) was so communicative, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and kept me up to date on troubleshooting and the fix. Would definitely recommend this company.

We recently had Advanced Air Systems install a new Daikin HVAC system at our self-storage facility, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Their pricing was highly competitive, which played a big role in our decision, but it was their professionalism and attention to detail that really stood out.

The installation team arrived early, communicated clearly throughout the process, and worked with me directly to optimize the placement of the system. They didn’t just drop it in and go—they asked questions, made thoughtful suggestions, and left the install site spotless. After the job was done, they took extra time to walk me through how to use every feature, which I really appreciated.

The Daikin system itself is fantastic—quiet, powerful, and efficient. It cools our office space quickly, even on the hottest days, and does so without running constantly. There's even a “strong” mode that runs the system in overdrive for 15 minutes—it’s like stepping into an arctic breeze. Plus, it’s whisper-quiet inside and out, which is a huge upgrade from the old window unit we had.

Our customers noticed the difference immediately. The office is much more comfortable, and removing the old window unit near the seating area made a big improvement. The new wall-mounted unit looks better and allows for more precise airflow control, so no more cold air blasting directly on people.

I would absolutely recommend Advanced Air Systems to anyone considering a new HVAC setup—especially for commercial spaces. Great price, top-tier equipment, and a knowledgeable, courteous team that really takes pride in their work.

Advanced air systems was a great experience for us. They always came on time from the first meeting to the install. They worked very hard for us. We had an oil tank so it was a lot of extra work to dismantle and take away. But they did it and even made sure to not leave any messes. It was pouring down rain and muddy and they still were so careful. We love our new heat pump. Pictures are during the install. So not complete. It took one full day to install. They worked quickly and respectfully.

Twenty-five year old furnace went out and Advanced Air System was able to come out the same day I called for an estimate. Pricing reasonable and installation occurred within 48 hours. Two-stage furnace is quieter than previous 2 stage we owned.

NW HVAC sent the most professional and well trained technicians to install a new AC & Furnace at my house. Tyler and Kellen called me 30 minutes before each day of work, to give me a heads up they were on the way. They pulled out my old AC and furnace units the first day and completed the job before noon the second day. I was amazed by the NW HVAC customer service, they have set the standard for HVAC contractors in the Portland/Vancouver area. Tristan, our NW HVAC customer sales & service contact, told us it would take 1.5 days to complete the work. Tyler and Kellen did the work within minutes of that time frame. I did bid out this work and NW HVAC saved me between $5K - $8K. NW HVAC has proven they have a true understanding of customer service and should be considered for any/all HVAC needs. Thank you.

NW HVAC does an excellent job at servicing our heating and air-conditioning units. They are prompt, reasonably priced and do an excellent job. This year we had Nick, a young man who did a super job for us. He not only knows what he’s doing, but he’s polite, treated our property like his own, and was a pleasure to have do this job. I highly recommend this company and Nick as the service technician.

After a disasterous experience with our previouse HVAC company we engaged with several well known companies in Clark County. We found they all were more interested in making a sale than solving our problems. Then we discovered NW HVAC and realized there are still honest companies in the area. They took the time to understand out problem, worked out a solution that fit within our budget and actually solved our problem. Since then their follow up and regular service visits have established in our minds that we made the right decision to trust them with our system needs.

NW HVAC replaced our furnace and our a/c unit. Each time they were here, they were prompt, friendly and professional. Their fee is also reasonable. We will continue to call them for all of our heating and cooling needs.

NW HVAC is an amazing company they are fair and upfront with their pricing. I am a certified HVAC tech but travel for work and i know i can always rely on them to make sure my family stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. literally the only company i trust with my family's comfort (besides myself).

This company has worked with me for 12 years. They are super knowledgeable, great response, and. meet all needs. i have replaced a heat pump, and an airconditioer unit as well as yearly maintenance. they also offer a maintenance contract which is a blessing when something goes wrong. No company is ever perfect but Steve and his crews meet all the requirements to be darn close!!

NW HVAC recently replaced the compressor in my 12 yr old heat pump. Although it took a couple of trips out to diagnose the problem, they were able to get the parts in and installed in just a few days, just in time before the next round of hot weather hit. They were very professional and I thought their pricing was fair for the services performed. I have been using NW HVAC for the past 10 years for annual inspections and minor repairs. I plan on using them in the future.

The BEST Heating/cooling company in Clark County. Great service, knowledgeable team, incredible attention to detail, efficient, fast response & very reliable. Steve is absolutely wonderful; we dealt with a failed heat pump with outside freezing temperatures. They were top notch in setting up a replacement unit, they not only completed ALL necessary rebate paperwork for us, they gave us the rebate amount as a credit on our invoice. So glad we have such a terrific group of folks here in our community. They are also a pre-approved contractor by Clark Public Utilities as well as the city of Vancouver.

They did a fantastic job installing a new heat pump system for me, I typically hate the summer months, I hate being overheated, this morning my house is cool and I am far less cranky, thanks guys I appreciate you very much! oh and after several price quotes and I do mean several! They had the best price point overall. its a win!

These guys saved us in the summer of 2024. We just got home from a trip and our AC stopped working. Steve Veatch came out, inspected our unit and fixed it temporarily (it was long overdue), and when quoted on options for a new AC unit, their team came in the lowest. They came in and did an exceptional job. HIGHLY recommend.
