We talked with them some years ago, but were yet undecided if we wanted HVAC. Then, our main heat source died! No regrets with having these folk fulfill our needs.

Had them install a new furnace. They were professional and courteous. I love the systems they utilize which is upfront, clear, and timely. I highly recommend them!

Response time from Smart Choice Heating and cooling for service on my heater and aie conditioner was very good. The service Technician Brandon provided quality service. He was efficient doing the work. He provided informative information on my equipment. Provided necessary info on the new thermostat that he installed. I was very please overall with my experience with Smart Choice!

We had just bought my first flip and we wanted to get the furnace and AC serviced, so we called Smart Choice Heating & Cooling. The technician came out and found that the furnace was damaged and it was going to be more expensive to fix the part than to replace everything and start new. They quoted us a reasonable estimated for a new one and they didn't even charge me for the tune-up service since they found the problem so quickly. They are a good company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Staff and field personnel were all courteous and responsive. No surprises with billing. The A/C works great. However, the crew switched gears mid stream and decided to run the lines under the house after they had already started to go through the attic. I was left with a sub-par sheetrock patch in my garage, a metal plate covering a hole in my eaves, and unpatched screw holes in my exterior siding.

Young tech caught a loose wire that the previous company (whom we were with for years) that was causing our electric bill to sky rocket. Very friendly and quick service.

Smart Choice is literally that - A SMART CHOICE. This is the rare company that is trying to help, not line their pockets with unnecessary repairs! The Technician Brandon was patient with all of my questions and gave me several helpful options. I truly will recommend them to everyone I know. They are always on time and courteous. Derek has always been honest, pleasant, knowledgeable and patiently answers all my questions. No complaints.

I was looking for someone to maintain our Bryant heat pump. I had previously used the same company that installed the heat pump, but they seemed to struggle with staffing and communication. So far the experience with Smart Choice has been very smooth. Their office staff has been very communicative and the techs have been helpful.

I would highly recommend smart choice!! I needed somebody quickly. My air conditioner was out during the heat wavew. We had here in Vancouver, Washington. I spoke with Jen at Smart Joyce and she took care of me quickly. I had Help within two hours and my air conditioner was up and running. Also Jen makes everything happen smoothly and she’s nice and funny. As well as super sharp. I met the crew when they originally installed the air conditioning unit at both my home and my rental unit.. From the owner to the workers like Derek, who helped out and had the air conditioner running, they are a super Team.

When my old furnace stopped working, I called three companies and got quotes from all of them. Smart Choice was the lowest price, and Brandon was very patient in answering all my questions and he was not trying to push me to one way or another. He even went down the crawl space to examine a damaged pipe insulation that I told him about. The entire process of scheduling for the crew and arranging for payments were smooth and the office was very professional. On the installation day, the crew showed up on time, walked me through the process, and cleaned up after everything was done (it took them about 6 hours).

I signed up with Smart Choice on one of the maintenance plans and I think their prices are very reasonable.

I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a competitive price and a hassle-free experience.

Smart Choice was our choosing for HVAC work after we looked at their amazing reviews. We had a new air filtration system and a humidifier installed. We were sent a group of courteous professionals who worked hard and expertly to make our home a more pleasant place to live. We are seniors. The new higher humidity in the house helps to alleviate health problems. Not wanting to sound medical, but when indoor humidity drops below 30% during cold months you are apt to have sinus problems and other irritations. The low humidity effects many aspects people do not realize from your wood floors to your houseplants, even brittle hair, and hair loss. Amazing huh…
High humidity can also have effects, but with this new installation it keeps it at the correct level.
After they installed the humidifier and air filters, we have had zero sinus problems. Zero. That alone made it worth the price. We appreciate their hard work and I would recommend them highly.

Technician was on time, friendly and professional. He came on same day I called and while the price seemed a bit high, service was very good.

Smart choice was recommended to us by two different families. We needed a second opinion after a different company said our blower motor was out but really we should replace our furnace and AC.

Smart choice was willing to give us a quote for fixing the blower motor over the phone (which was way cheaper than what the first company quoted) and they were able to schedule us quickly. The tech came out and inspected our heat exchange (other company said it was bad). After they found it was fine they were able to replace the blower motor and inspect the rest of the system. Turns out our system is all good and we don't need to replace everything.
