Martin has been my HVAC specialist for over 12 years. His customer service is beyond exceptional. He comes when you need him, not when he has time. I lost heat on a Friday night during a cold storm and he came and restored my heat. He came when it was hot and I wasn't getting cold air and sat an fixed my HVAC until it defrosted because of the issue. He is kind and caring always. Thank you Martin for the great catch up.

I called this morning and first thing I liked was that someone (Fransisco) answered the phone.
Then when I said I was unfamiliar with our heating system and told him what I knew about it (we moved here a year ago) he very quickly determined what we had and explained it to me. Then, best of all, he gave me some simple instructions to try to see if I could get the system going again and it worked!
He not only saved me the cost of them coming out but he also told me more about my HVAC system than what other larger companies had failed to explain before. (Which is why I didn’t call them again).
I will definitely call Absolute again for help or service and when I’m ready to replace my oil furnace they will be the ones I go to.

We are so glad that we found Absolute Heating & Cooling to help with the issue we had with our AC unit. We previously had another company come out to diagnose the issue and they tried to upsell us and tried to get us to buy a completely new unit which sounded ridiculous for not a major issue with the coil. That is when we called Absolute Heating & Cooling, they were prompt in arriving after making the initial appointment and they were very professional from start to finish. They ran a clean job and made sure everything was working properly and gave us some pointers on how to keep our unit running efficiently. Not once did they try to upsell anything, they actually saved us money! In the future they will definitely be the first ones we call from now on and hope you all don't hesitate to call them for your heating and cooling needs too!

Francisco is very knowledgeable, and friendly, polite. And helpful. We would definitely use him again. Honest. Doesn't take advantage of people.

Absolute HVAC was courteous and professional and had our AC installed very quickly. When we called in early July, we really expected to be put on a waiting list for September -- if we were lucky. Jose came to our house within two days and sent us a bid right away. The system was installed, running and successfully inspected two weeks later.
Absolute was recommended by Amplified Construction. Amplified had completed a kitchen and bathroom remodel for us earlier this year. They did such a good job, they were the first (and only) people I called to ask for an HVAC recommendation.

We had a heater problem one morning recently, and phoned a few different companies. Absolute Heating answered right away, and a little over an hour later, one of their repair men was at our home. He fixed the problem quickly, at a price far lower than we expected. He was very knowledgeable, as well as super nice and helpful, and we are so pleased with his work.

If you need any repairs or other work done, please call AH&CS! They offer amazing customer service at a great price and we will definitely call on them again!

Absolutely wonderful! Martin, Josue, and Francisco are very knowledgeable and are also lovely people. I bought my A/C through Absolute several years ago and ask them to annually service my A/C and furnace. Yesterday, Francisco came out to do it, and I learned that they clean fireplaces too! So not only are my heating and cooling good to go, but I also have a sparkling clean (and safe) fireplace... so nice and peaceful. I would recommend Absolute in a split second to anyone who wants excellent service at a very reasonable rate.

Where do I start? My experience with Francisco at Absolute Heating & Cooling really raises the bar for any service industry. I left a message at 4pm on a Friday not expecting to hear anything until the following week. Instead, Francisco texted me close to 5 and worked with me over the phone to try to diagnose my furnace. He was thoughtful, polite and incredibly helpful. Over the next few days, he was available to talk through options and solutions. I have never (ever) had such a good and useful dialogue with a service provider. Highly, highly recommended.

I am not big on reviews as I find that most folks either go overboard with accolades if happy, or really badmouth if not. I worked with Jose; professional, no BS, and did an excellent job, as well as being highly responsive to a problem. As for cost; very fair price, and I learned a long time ago that you get what you pay for. If you buy cheap, cheap is what you get. I went with a Lennox heat pump and heating system. Works great, very happy!

Absolute Heating & Cooling has the best service technicians and best pricing, I have used them for over 15 years always on time and a great value, I also own many rentals and have to deal with heating or cooling issues often, this company is truly the best!

Requested assistance with new water heater installation due to such the great reviews this company has and was not disappointed!! Was offered this ridiculous price from Lowe’s subcontractor however so blessed that I called Martin and his company such helped me save thousands literally!! Next day service and Martin installed my water heater with recommendations on how to get the maximum life from a water heater. He was very professional, quick, helpful and actually thanked me and was grateful for my business not a lot of owners or companies say that. This my #1 choice moving forward for any heating and cooling maintenance and also let my community know of this amazing company!

We purchased a new AC unit and furnace from Absolute Heating & Cooling 2 and half yrs ago.
We also had them move a gas line in our kitchen , they installed a new fan above our stove and replaced a ceiling fan in a bathroom.

Francisco, Josh and the other guys were professional, friendly and well skilled. The work they did was wonderful and they cleaned up before leaving.

We have recommended them to others who also were happy with their work.

Martin and his crew are great. They have great understanding of heating and cooling, and helped us make a good decision how best to replace our old gas furnace. The work was done (today) in a most professional manner, and we're happy customers. I wanted one of the top-rated manufacturers, and we got that, for a fair price, compared to other bids.

Absolute is the best! This was our second time using them for a project. The first time was for our new gas fireplace. This time we replaced our Gas furnace and Air conditioner. They arrived on-time and worked all day to get the job done. They cleaned up as they went and everything looked and worked great when they were done!

They are great. Another company installed our unit initially , which turned out to be installed incorrectly. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Absolute Heating and Cooling Solutions will be my go to every time.

Great experience! Jose from Absolute Heating and Cooling Solutions was wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable and more importantly he took the time to explain my options for a new furnace/AC.

He also provided a quote that was itemized (unlike other companies where I received quotes with no itemized breakdown.) I went with Jose's company because of his professionalism, honesty and competitive pricing.

Install was clean and efficient. The furnace and AC were installed in less than a day. Hopefully I won't need to buy a new furnace or AC anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely be going back to this company!
