Martin comes through again! My air conditioner went out and within the hour, Martin was at my house, diagnosed the problem and got my unit up and running again. He also performed some maintenance to keep me running smooth all summer. He worked into the evening and I had to get to a dinner so he stayed and finished up and made sure I was all good after I was gone, spending his evening helping me out. 1000% recommend!

I contacted Francisco in a panic because in the middle of a heatwave my ac stopped working. I have a medical condition that causes me to faint and live in a multistory historic house. It was 87 degrees INSIDE. He walked me through some troubleshooting tips via text (after hours) that resolved the issue. He followed up the next day to see how things went.

The issue was fixed without my having to even pay for a service call. I’d called several others but they didn’t even respond.

Diagnosed and quickly resolved an A/C issue that was misdiagnosed as a much more expensive "system is leaking" issue by another company. Extremely thorough and explained all the steps and what he was looking for when breaking down the problem. Can't recommend enough!

Absolute recently completed installing a mini-split system in our new home. They are the best of the best. There communication with us was excellent. We received exactly what we expected and would refer them for anyone for new systems and repairs.

Jose and his team are the utmost professionals. EXTREMELY efficient. They replaced my furnace and made sure that everything was done to my expectations. They even helped me troubleshoot a problem with a different furnace that was running too loud. I was recommended Martin at Absolute Heating And Cooling by my brother and I’m so thankful for that. Martin is a warm dude and provides excellent service and responsiveness that is hard to come by these days. I’ve contacted him on three different occasions: 1. AC line repair and recharge 2. Heat pump not responding issue 3. A quote for furnace/AC replacement on another house. Each of the repairs, he got me up in running within a day and even same day on the heat pump issue. Highly recommended!

Dealt with Jose from Absolute Heating. They replaced my 20 year old HVAC system. They were competitive in pricing. What made me ultimately go with them is the quick response, communication was excellent, Jose was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. They did a great job installing the unit and left everything looking clean. He took the time to go over the new thermostat and everything they installed. I would definitely recommend them.

I've used this company for annual maintenance and some repair for over 9 years and they never disappoint. Best service in all of Clark County. Honest and extremely knowledgeable technicians will provide educated solutions at an extremely reasonable price. They value their customers and even return calls on weekends and provide emergency service calls on off-hours. Don't waste your time with other HVAC companies - you won't regret giving them a call.

We noticed a significant drop in performance of our AC system - all components were running but air coming out wasn’t cold as normal. Neighbor recommended Absolute Heating & Cooling Systems so I gave them a call when they opened this morning. Spoke with Martin and he said he’d try to get someone by same day. Less than two hours later, Martin was at the house. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem (refrigerant leak), and recharged the system with refrigerant. System is working (and cooling) great again. Martin was very pleasant, explained what he was doing, and price was fair. Highly recommend.

Neighbors recommended this company and I had them out for routine maintenance of my gas furnace and air conditioning unit. I couldn't have been happier with their service. Eduardo and Jorge were professional and thorough. They even went above and beyond and addressed a couple of other related concerns that I had. Despite the fact that my gas furnace was over 30 years old I felt no pressure to upgrade or replace the system as it continues to work well. I would recommend this company without reservation.
