NW HVAC Service recently updated my almost 30 year old gas heater and central air conditioning units. They updated some of the ducting, and added additional vents and duct work in the large bonus room that faces west. I also made this a dual thermostat system, one for upstairs and one downstairs. I upgraded to a more energy efficient gas heater which qualified for state and federal rebates. I honestly can't believe the difference in both my heating and cooling. Now the upstairs is as comfortable as the downstairs! Plus my heating bill was less than with my outdated system. Steve and his crew showed up on time, were professional and made sure that I was completely satisfied with their work. Trust me, this company is the best!

We have been so happy with our decision to move our offices to the Intelligent office. We rent two office rooms. The staff is always so friendly and helpful to us and our clients whether they walk in or call in. The services allow us to be out in the field and know our home base is on the job. We love that we can schedule a conference room when we need it. Our office rooms have windows and are just the right size for our needs. Thank you Intelligent office!

I had NW HVAC install a full house Daikin ductless heating and cooling system. They did a great job with top quality equipment. Everyone knew what they were doing, all lines were neatly finished and the price was less than I thought it was going to be. Definitely recommend.

NW HVAC has been servicing my heating and air conditioner systems annually for several years and I hope to continue to use their services in the future. They are on time, efficient and reliable. I had occasion to use their emergency services once in the evening and they got to me quickly and took care of the problem.

Very satisfied with the installation and performance over the past 4 years. I had a 4-zone mini-split heat pump system installed in my house. They installed it in 3 days with minimal interference to my activities and the system has performed very well since then. Their price was in the middle of the bid range I received, but they were able to get it installed sooner than the others and used a higher-quality system with longer warranty. Highly recommend.

Steve and his team have been great to work with. They converted me from wall heat to a mini split heat pump with AC. Highly recommend them.

The estimator listened to my specific requests to be included on the bid and provided everything I asked for. The installers were top notch, paying attention to every detail and left the work area clean and tidy. The new system has reduced my energy bill by at least 40% summer and winter. I've used NW HVAC's services a number of times now, including fall furnace and spring AC check ups for several years. I’ve been in need of upgrading my home’s heating/cooling from an old boiler system. I got in contact with Steve and scheduled the free quote. During the quote process, Steve was professional and showed great knowledge and experience in the services he provided as he answered all my questions and concerns. He suggested the ductless heat pump with 3 heads based on the layout and features of the home, and where each head will be installed to efficiently heat/cool the house. Steve spent time to break down the costs, the unit being installed, and the work being done. On the day of installation, Steve, his technicians, Tyler and Kellen, and electrician (Nick) were punctual and had great communication. Despite the pouring rain, the crew did amazing quality work. They removed the old heating system from the basement and hauled the big oil tank away. Installed the heat pump and 3 heads inside the home. All work was done within a day and a half. I am very satisfied with the system Steve suggested, and works perfectly in heating the entire home. The communication and customer service was excellent. I would recommend NW HVAC to anybody. Amazing value, quality work and trustworthy company.

The guys were quick to come out and quote me a new furnace, they listened to my needs and wants and didn’t pressure me into anything upgrades or try to upsell me on anything. They were also great when I had them back to add AC about a year later. We have older vent lines and registers which I think we will have them back out to replace in the near future.
Quality work from the whole team and dedicated to completing the job, two techs stayed until 7pm on a Friday to make sure we had AC before high temps showed up over the weekend. I highly recommend giving NW HVAC a call for your future needs.

Fantastic company! They installed a complete HVAC system in our home in 2023 after Steve analyzed our needs and determined the best system for our house. The pricing was fair and the system has worked flawlessly ever since. We signed up for their maintenance plan wherein twice a year they inspect, clean, and perform the necessary preventive maintenance required. The technicians who come to perform this maintenance are highly knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company who's goal is to establish relationships rather than seeing how much money they can make from their customers.

In the main-office lobby at NW HVAC, there is a framed poster that includes the words, honesty, integrity, etc. For most companies, these are just words. At NW HVAC they put these values into practice.
My A/C went out during one very hot week. I had the good fortune of being referred to this company by the nice folks at Appliance Clinic.
The owner Steve V. came right out to meet with us and assess both our cooling and heating systems. I found Steve to be a very honest person and a man of integrity. He said he could fix the A/C, but since it was the original equipment (25 years-old) it may be best to invest in a new system. He offered three options and gave us a very fair estimate for replacing both cooling and heating system. (doing it together saves so much in labor)
We opted for the high-efficiency Ruud system and were scheduled within a few weeks (they also deducted rebates that Ruud offered.) On installation day, the guys were on time and got right to work. Kellen, Tyler, and Tyler (yes, there are two Tylers) worked quickly, neatly and efficiently and were fun guys to hang out with. It took about a day and a half to complete the process. When they were done, we had a sparkling new, properly installed, HVAC system.
We feel so grateful to have found this amazing company. Do not hesitate to give them a call.

I needed my elderly heat pump replaced and contacted NW HVAC for an estimate and later to do the replacement. The replacement of the heat pump included replacing the furnace, which l wasn't expecting, but it's standard procedure to ensure the heat pump works efficiently and the new furnace and heat pump both work great! They were very prompt, courteous and professional. The tech also carefully explained to me everything that was going on until I understood fully, which was appreciated. I was very impressed with this company and will be happy to work with them again in the future.

I would give this company a negative zero. NW HVAC truly DID NOT meet customer satisfaction. As well as NOT giving us the best possible customer experience. The fact that NW HVAC drilled into the NEW Hardie board siding thus, voided the warranty, has become a hardship costing us over $12k for repairs and replacement of the Hardie board siding.

Super professional, great price and great service. Other corrupt companies tried to charge for bogus extras but NW HVAC had complete integrity. We happily referred them on to my son who had the same amazing experience. They saved both of us thousands $$$$ As a owner of several rentals, I have used many companies in the area and have never been so happy.
