From the very beginning, starting with the estimator, Dennis A., who was very comfortable to talk with, and he was very good at giving me all the information that I needed and understanding the process. My next step was to schedule an appointment to have installation done of the furnace and air conditioning. The turnaround time was very quick. The installers came and were very cordial and professional. They did their job very well. They took everything off and cleaned up very well after themselves and couldn’t even tell that they had been here. Aidan explained the system to me after all the work was done and was really comfortable to work with as well. They were a great great crew! I would totally recommend Advanced Air Systems in the future to anyone.

These guys were fast and professional, installed both AC and Furnace in about 6-7 hours. I got five quotes, Advanced Air had the best value of all of them. System works great.

In 2019, we got a heat pump installed with 2 heads total. At that time, I was happy.
In September 2023 we had a maintenance done to ensure everything was clean and working well.
In 2025 we had a refrigerant leak. They fixed the issue, stating the part was covered but the labor cost was appx $2600.
A week later I called told them something is still leaking after their repair. A few days later someone was sent out. He said he fixed it. He did not tell me it was anything different or tell me what the issue was, no email receipt was received for this visit. A couple months later I called again telling them of the head leaking still . They diagnosed it as the drip pan being cracked. I let them know that this can’t be a new issue and it should have been fixed with the initial repair. They went back to their notes stating the last tech said it was cracked and he added sealant to it when he came out to check it shortly after the expensive coolant repair. The tech never said anything about this issue to me at the time, just said he fixed the problem. Advanced said they’d come fix it, another $2100. They said it was a new problem though I told them how do we know it wasn’t part of the original issue that cost me $2600 a couple months ago since the guy came to “fix it” 10 days after that huge repair? They said it isn’t and lowered the price of labor to $700.
I also installed a third head before the latest dripping leak for $3200.
We have spent so much money in labor since getting the initial install in 2019. The last drip pan repair should have been included in the coolant repair issue and not a separate charge, in our opinion. Especially since we have spent so much money over the years. I am nervous about how much we will have to spend on various repairs for the other two heads in the future.
All the techs have been nice, as are the staff that answer. However, the fact that we have had to pay so much for repairs in such a short window is disconcerting. The last repair especially was hard to swallow and should not have been charged to us as it could have been caught and fixed with the initial repair

We used advanced air for years at our old home. We loved them so much even though we moved an hour away they still service our area!! I am so excited because this company is amazing. They have great customer service and the customers needs come first. They have always been so helpful. Our old air-conditioning unit actually ended up quitting on us as it was 25 years old And we even bought a new one from them. You will not regret using them for an air-conditioning company. The individuals that installed the system arrived on time, were friendly and answered our questions and explained how the new system works. They worked efficiently and cleaned up as they went. He did a Wonderful job and my gas fireplaces look brand new plus a great job on clean up. Needed to restart water heater and furnace after a gas line shutoff. Public utility people were useless. AAS diagnosed the problem but couldn't restart until gas was restored. They were prompt and efficient. Thanks.

Hello, the tech that came out was very professional, he knew what he was doing. All work to be done was explained in detail. The price was good. I had two other compiles look at my system they didn't fix anything. My system works great !!!!!! Very happy

Ty did an outstanding job installing a natural gas tankless water heater in my 37 year old home. He had to add an additional gas line. An air intake line. New water lines. Bob added some electrical circuits and helped with the wiring.
I'm very happy with the results and very appreciative of the installation that Advanced AIR provided!

My 30 year old AC unit finally kicked the bucket just in time for hot weather. I decided to have the unit replaced and Advanced Air was the only business who didn't try to sell me a furnace at the same time. Their bid beat everyone else's price. They also have their own electrician so you don't have to worry about a subcontractor.

The technician was polite and got started right away. He used a tarp to keep my floor clean. He fixed the problem with the starter for the fireplace. He then recommended that I have the fireplace cleaned so we scheduled a date. I am very pleased with the work done and the polite technician.

Advanced Air came out to do a complete heat pump replacement as well as a vent installation for a range fan. Awesome work and awesome crew. They were all very professional to work with and very efficient. Every person along the way was very honest with me and took the time to explain various scenarios and also how the new system works. Scheduling and getting a quote were also very easy.

Called them blindly in the morning when they opened on a recommendation from a friend. They were able to get a service tech out early afternoon that day to look at my furnace. Tech was promptly on time, easily found the issue (igniter broke), and replace it right there. Was less than an hour from the tech showing up to my furnace working again.

These guys were VERY efficient getting our furnace and AC units removed and replaced. They worked continuously the entire time, and did an excellent job explaining new systems & answering our questions; the cleanup was above and beyond.
