Jay was so thorough with all the estimates he did. He measured the whole house, left, right and center and listened to all my concerns. He even fixed a little household issue during his visit. Jay is obviously very knowledgeable and it’s great to have confidence in the person who is giving advice.

I5 Plumbing went above and beyond with the work they did. They finished right on time and the work was flawless. They also gave me a little discount on my water heater install, since I did the repipe. They left my garage and exterior of house cleaner than when they arrived. Would 100% recommend these guys!!

I’m am beyond upset with I5 roofing. The communication from the beginning was awful. They used the wrong color shingles and neglected to tell us that the roofing tacks would show through to the underside of the overhangs. People often notice the unsightly mess! On top of it all I was told it couldn’t be fixed but they would paint over the tacks. Communication ended and they never painted. Don’t use this company!!!!

I didn’t even know this company did plumbing!

Shoddy workmanship, TERRIBLE project management and customer service. I had to have another contractor come out and fix their work. The guys doing the roofing were ok, but I was just really disappointed in my idealings with them, especially Charlie.

If there was an option to leave a zero we would. They are high pressure sales followed by unskilled labor. There team is stand around, not know what to do individuals. Only one of them could speak English, so reminding them of what we actually paid for was very difficult. We still have an unfinished project after a year and is already falling apart due to the wrong slope back to the structure away from the gutter.

Justin and Matt installed a new trim package in my shower and removed the old glass doors after one shattered. I’m super happy with their work and feel like I have a brand new shower. Thank you!

Had a gutter that was not draining properly. Mathew Curry came out to advise me on fixing the problem. He is Great! told me what needed to be done and was prepared to do it today. Fixed the problem by fixing the slant on the gutter so it would drain correctly. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company! I will recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

We had our flat roof replaced by I-5 Exteriors 4 years ago. We still have the same leak in our kitchen every year and have been having a very hard time getting anyone from I-5 to take care of it.

James Hardie siding and Sherwin Williams paint done by i5 turned out great! Payment options are smooth & easy, entire project was surprisingly pretty quick- faster than I expected! Will use for future home updating projects

Do not use this company for plumbing services can’t attest to their other products but do not use them for plumbing. They are overpriced, their work does not meet code at all. They are hard to get get ahold of. I had a terrible experience with them I hired them to rough in a house and they showed up few times, took them forever and when they said they were finished and I called in a plumbing inspector nothing was done correctly.

They are very bad at communication, at the start of the project they delivered the materials and put it on my roof and didn't let me know beforehand. I had to call three different times to find out when they were actually going to come out and install the roofing. I picked up material out of my yard after my roof had been installed for 3 weeks. My roof has been installed for just under 3 years, The sewer vent rubber around them is gone. I have been calling for the last 3 weeks to get them to schedule service to come out and do warranty work. I have yet to hear a word from them. If you're smart, go somewhere else

I was very pleased with the workmanship of the crew who put this roof on our 1963 Ranch House; that was in desperate need of a new roof, since we purchased it 12 years ago. They did a very professional job and made the clean up look like they had never been here.

I5 installed a new roof in May of 2022. The whole process was painful….left garbage all over my yard, my neighbors and destroyed my plants near the house. Damaged our gate and window well covers. Our existing roof never leaked, but now it does and continues too. My dining room table is not reparable and ceiling needs to have plaster repaired and painted. Have consistently called to have the roof fixed and to have some sort compensation for damage. Nothing!!!! Avoid!!!

Edited review: company is asking for me to delete my review, stating they don’t have my name on record so I’m attaching the “warranty” they gave me and my partner. I called over 10 times and talked with multiple people, all saying someone would call me back and asking for me to text them pictures of the damage. So I did. Haven’t heard back for months.

I never write reviews. But DO NOT HIRE THIS company. They installed flashing poorly and I had a leak and they damaged my wood siding. As they have a craftsmanship warranty, I tried calling multiple times and sending texts but I never heard back. Look on YELP reviews. I don’t know why their rating is so high on google. They also have an F by the better buisness bureau. Learn by my husbands and my mistake, do your research better hiring people to do work on your home.

Absolutly best company I have worked with for years & years!.Josh came to do the estimate and was the most knowledgeable of the 5 roofing companies I had here for estimates. He suggested several important features that none of the others mentioned, such as mmetal valleys, so debris is not sitting on shingles. Tyrel, project manager, and the roofing crew did excellant and efficient work. Amazing clean up of property after completion. Finished roof on 7 -25-24
And still can’t find any debris around entire property! Can’t give them enough stars and recommendations
