I worked with Moss Doctors to replace my aging roof. Sawyer was great to work with, the price was fair, and the new roof looks perfect! The crew was quick and clean up was spotless. I highly recommend Moss Doctors!

Moss doctors was easy to work with, on time and very professional. Sawyer gave me a great price and honored all of my requests while staying within budget. The crew protected my structure and cleaned up every night. I have a large roof ( 5,000 sq. Ft. ) and a steep pitch yet the crew quickly produced an excellent finished product. I had a full roof removal and replacement with an upgraded underlayment and an upgraded composition shingle.

Sawyer with Moss Doctors is awesome. His crew came by and did an excellent job on my roof. They really stand behind their work. They came out a couple of months ago and softwashed my roof and they had to come back to scrape the moss off of my roof by hand. They were very conscientious when it came to my property. The prep work that they did to make sure nothing got damaged was awesome. The crew did an awesome job. They really care about what they do and it really shows. If they tell you they're going to guarantee something they stand behind it. I will only be using Moss Doctors from here on out. Very professional establishment...

I hired Moss Doctors to complete my roofing project and they were extremely professional and even more so they were personal. They did an amazing job on the roof and Caleb and his crew were extremely thorough and did everything thing that Sawyer(the estimator) described that they would. The crew cleaned up every day, And when it was all done they cleaned up extremely well and left the place even better than it was when they arrived. I highly recommend this company for any of your home improvement needs. They are so good you would think that they would be the most expensive, but in fact they were very affordable and well with the money spent by a long shot. Quality doesn't cost, it pays!

Moss Doctors just completed installing a new roof on my home and I could not be happier! The roof is beautiful and perfectly matches the entire home. This is a great company doing quality work, and then some. The men showed up on time, worked very hard and not only cleaned our roof but power washed our patio since his equipment was already set up. I highly recommend American Maintenance.

It's rare I leave reviews, especially a negative one as I sympathize with business owners. 16 months ago Matrix accessed our roof which is mostly vertical concrete tile, but there were areas of concern that's non vertical and non tile with some standing water. Their contractor said we had another 10 years of life and all we needed was a small patch (we had a leak in our kitchen from a storm). I asked again if he was absolutely sure and reassured me. Well, our large patched kitchen ceiling and wall is leaking again from Matrix's patch work - this is costly to pull out the drywall, seal, etc. What's more infuriating is we had reported the weather damage to our home insurance, but the deductible was too high so we ended up paying out of pocket. Now Matrix sends us a $6,000 quote which our insurance would have covered over a year ago. Seriously?

I communicated how upset we were about this and there was no apology or gesture from the lack of oversight on their end.

To the reader. I suggest getting 3 bids, ask lot of questions in person, and don't trust the contractor's advice and quotes unless it's consistent with other bids.

*Updated: there was a $5204 quote for roof tile and gutter cleaning. We felt that was high, so we only selected the caulking repair as our larger second leak came from a cement tile that shifted from the storm.

Matrix was great from start to finish. Craig was very helpful in educating and informing me of my options to get the job down. Pricing was very reasonable. Service was fast and efficient.

Great team to work with! The roofers are hard working and reliable even in 100°+ heat. The office staff is friendly and responsive and when we had an unrelated issue with the City they handled everything quickly and professionally for us. We've used Matrix on several rental properties as well as our own residence and highly recommend them. Their prices have always been the lower bid and the quality of their work is top-notch.
