Sarah, and Connor were so friendly, respectful and courteous. They were responsive in a timely manner to email and phone calls. Sarah is a delightful lady to work with. They took before and after photos, and went through them with me, explaining their repairs. It was my first time dealing with them. They are now my roofers. I will be calling them for regular maintenance. I highly recommend Matrix Roofing.

Matrix roofing is fantastic to work with from start to finish. Sarah made such a difference in helping me navigate all the first steps and even helped picking out my color. Craig is a great communicator, easy to work with and geniune while straightforward too. Mo is very detail oriented and goes above and beyond, which is really saying something two stories up. All the crew were cheerful and respectful of all my plants especially. Every project has challenges, matrix worked through mine and I have great peace of mind they will always do so if anything is needed in the future.

My husband and I worked with Matrix Roof from out-of-state, as we recently purchased a home in Portland but hadn't yet moved in. Sarah was so friendly and patient with me while we worked out the logistics and scheduling. We chose them because we have an uncommon roof that has to be handled with care and by someone who knows how to walk on it properly without damaging it. The crew that came was professional, quick, and did a great job. Would recommend!

Matrix on the Multi Family mixed use building I manage was as always, prompt at responding to me getting an estimate, and then in getting us scheduled in and work completed . First class company.

We were in a pinch because we switched insurance and two months later they said they were going to drop our coverage beginning of July due to granular loss on the roof and a small piece of rotten fascia. Matrix came out immediately and offered small repairs and three year guarantee but that did not satisfy Progressive Homesite, they needed 8 year guarantee. Matrix was there again when we needed them and was able to get us scheduled immediately. The service was awesome and they really cared about helping us out, which was great. The crew was friendly, cleaned up every night and the office staff was there for any questions. Felt like the price was right in the market range. We would use matrix again in a heartbeat! I had two roofing companies come give me a bid on cleaning the roof! The first also gave me a bid to replace the roof (I didn't ask for that) and said the roof was not in good shape and needs to be replaced.

Matrix came and let me know there was plenty of life in my roof left and the cleaning came in a few hundred dollars less. The communication was amazing, the system for the bid was clear and concise and their team came early and were very nice!

We needed some minor concrete tile repais. The estimator showed up right on time, did his work and later sent us an estimate. The price was fair and we scheduled the work which was completed to our satisfaction a few days later.

Matrix Roof performed the maintenance for our building so quickly and so completely that we were so pleased with the results. Our building is 3-stories high and worries us for routine roof maintenance requirements. Matrix hand-scraped the moss on our roof and treated it for further issues. The crew arrived on time and were done before noon. We will use them again and again!

Exceptional service and quality work. I contacted four roofing companies to repair a tile roof. Matrix was far above the others even going so far as to refer a General Contractor to us. We purchased a home in March 2025 and our GC failed to renew their license. Fast forward 4 months and no GC. We interviewed 11 more GC's & met some of their subs and no one felt right. Matrix took the liberty to reach out to a GC they work with and ultimately that is who we hired for a full remodel. Thank you Craig for taking the time to partner with us on our roof and GC need, we are extremely pleased with the work your crew did and the GC referral -- top notch!!!!! You went above and beyond. Customer service at Matrix is exceptional as well.

Matrix roofing has been ethical, timely, and completed my roofing repair job and shared the information about what was happening including detailed photos to prevent it from happening again. They also had prior history of repairs done on this roof before I owned the house which was extremely helpful. The charges were fair and the workmanship exceptional.

Matrix did a great job, very professional and clean work. I had to have them come out and install a roof flashing on a pre-existing home for my plumbing vent. I was under a tight schedule and they were able to fit me in, which helped me stay on my timeline. Their roofers did a great job and looks like it was always there. My Customer also had a roof leak issue on a different part of the home which they addressed at the same time. Great Company!
