Sarah was responsive and patient with all our questions while Connor was knowledgeable and provided us with the information we needed to make the right call on what roof to install. I heard dripping sounds in my wall during a big rainstorm. My realtor suggested Matrix Roofing so I called them and they came out the same day and found my problem within 10 minutes. A cracked plastic roof exhaust fan cap along with one other with the same problem. They replaced 4 plastic roof exhaust fan caps with steel ones that matched my roof within two hours of finding the issue. Their service people were courteous, efficient and effective and I appreciated their communication throughout the process. Their prices were reasonable and the whole process was fast. I absolutely recommend Matrix Roofing for all your roofing needs.

We needed to get a new roof ASAP to close on our house and the folks at Matrix bent over backwards to make it happen! The crew was amazing and the clean up was perfect! The new roof look amazing and the follow calls to make sure we were happy was a perfect touch! Price was right in the ballpark, so it was a great experience!

I got a roof leak after this last harsh rain and I needed to get it fixed fast, Dave and Taylor got me a quote in less than a day and tarped right off the bat. Within 5 days I had new roof and gutters installed, not only was it so fast but very reasonable price because a few other guys told me prices twice as much, crazy. Glad I found them.

We got a roof leak in our attic that came through to the shower ceiling, gold shield exteriors came out in under 2 hours and tarped the leak. My mom doesn’t have the best English so seeing how patient they were was awesome. We ended up getting both the roof replaced and gutters because it was due for it.l and they had a solid financing plan that works for us. I inherited a home in Vancouver Wa recently and needed the gutters and roof replaced. Got a total of 7 bids, gold shield was not the cheapest or most expensive but I felt they had a great value and were really thorough. During the project they had management check in 4 times and were in contact for every update. I’m just glad to know I don’t have to worry about the roof or gutters for a very very long time, thanks Taylor and Dave.

We recently had our home inspected and our insurance company revealed we needed a new roof or they would drop us. I WISH I KNEW that telling this to people would drive the cost up because some contractors came and told me ridiculous prices. EXCEPT Gold Shield Exteriors, they were honest, fair, and didn’t take advantage of me. They didn’t pressure me. So yes, I got a brand new roof with them and it looks fabulous. We cannot be happier with Daniel and Taylor, they were kind, courteous and respectful of our time. We had a leak that caused a failure. We got photos of the problem and an exact solution with details. We ended up getting our roof replaced and gutters replaced too. Too many people will tell you crazy prices but gold shield exteriors was by far the most reasonably priced roofer we could find locally here in Clark county. You wont be disappointed!!!

Taylor and his crew replaced and upgraded all the gutters on our house and shed, they went above and beyond, identifying a place where the roofers missed putting flashing, offering to help paint the siding where fascia was damaged from the old gutters, and making sure their work was exactly what we needed. The project was done quickly, the crew was so friendly and polite, and they kept us in the loop every step of the way. Would definitely recommend for any project you need done!

I called Gold Shield Exteriors to check out my dad’s roof in vancouver after we noticed some shingles starting to lift. Taylor came out the same week, did a full inspection, and actually took the time to show us photos of the problem spots instead of just talking over our heads like some other contractors. Turned out the old roof was way past its life, so we decided to replace it with their recommended malarkey shingles. The crew showed up early, worked hard, and had everything torn off and replaced in just a couple of days. They kept things clean the whole time and made sure my dad understood what was happening at each step. The new roof looks great, clean lines, great color, and solid craftsmanship. You can tell these guys take pride in what they do. Stellar job, will be coming back for gutter cleaning and roof cleaning maintenance when it comes time.

I told Taylor I’m free today or Monday. Taylor checked his schedule and quickly responded with I am available to come out and assess the job and give you a quote.

When Taylor arrived he gave me a quote on the spot. He said he had an opening that day for this size of treatment.

I decided to go ahead and move forward with the treatment. He was personable, honest and went above and beyond for the service he offered. Cleanup was great!

Gold shield exterior is a great company that came out in a short notice and covered my roof to stop the leak and replaced it shortly after. The owners Taylor and Dave take great pride in their company and the satisfaction of their customers. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof repair/replacement or any other exterior work that needs to be done.

I can’t recommend Gold Shield enough, these guys do AMAZING work! 4 years of moss buildup GONE in less than a day! The before and after photos say it all! My roof looks even better than the day we bought the house.

Hadn't had functioning gutters for years. David came out and explained the best options for me as we have neighbors that have fir and oak trees so we often get needles and leaves on our roof. We went with the large size on the gutters and downspouts that also had inside support every 2 feet. They even came out to inspect their installation the day after to make sure it was installed correctly. Since our install we've had quite a bit of rain and everything is running smoothly. I definitely give them a 5 star rating.
