I would recommend HPH. Very professional company, kept me informed on the process. Worked with Josh, who was just awesome. He was very thorough in explaining the entire process with installing a new roof. He kept us in the loop with everything, what to expect and the timelines were spot on. Ginger was also good to work with, very responsive and knowledgeable. Clean up was great! We are very happy with the outcome of our new roof, now we don't have to worry when the storms hit if our roof will fly off or get damaged. Thanks HPH, Josh and Ginger for a great experience.

Josh and Nate were very nice and professional. Explained in detail what type of shingles they offered and the cost of services they offer. We were very satisfied with what they offered. Once we chose the shingles it only took two days to perform the services provided. We couldn’t be happier.

Josh & Patrick were great, they were very passionate about their job and the quality of the service there company perform. They were very thorough in going over everything that was wrong and the way they would fix the issues. I’m looking forward to seeing final product when work gets complete. This company is highly professional and a pleasure to work with. My old house is lathe and plaster and it was crumbling behind the tile work in the bathroom. It was hard work but the gentleman was diligent in getting in done in a timely manner and cleaning up all areas. I highly recommend this business.

The sales people did a thorough inspection of the attic which gave me confidence that they go the extra yard. Their Platinum Preferred Contractor designation was noteworthy. The warranty provided is second to none. I also really liked the extensive and high quality materials used. Their team finished in one long day which surprised me. They have a good team. The project coordinator was always helpful. All in all satisfied.

I had Brian Tisbert come out to check for a new roof, he is one of the nicest guy! He was very helpful and explained everything to me and right now I can’t afford it and I do need one and then when I can I will be calling Brian and he’s just a very nice guy and very knowledgeable. The HPH company has good customer service the sale people are very professional and the coordination was fantastic! Job was done in 2 days and work is amazing.Roof inspector came by and inspected everything to make sure everything is good and per plan.

The coordinator did a great job. The new roof and gutter looks good. Took care of past issues from previous roof and gutter, damaging the siding. Cleaned after themselves very well. The guys installing it were very nice. The roof inspector checked out things. Took pictures that help show how they did a good job.

Good roof quality control and assurance. We liked the promise of the transferrable 50-year warranty from the manufacturer Owen's-Corning. It looks great. Thanks HPH

Replaced cedar shake roof with CT Presidential TL roof. The work crew started and completed the install on schedule and the office checked in regularly to see how it was going. The crew removed the old roof and did a good job cleaning up around the house when they were finished each day and at the end of the project.

I would prefer to have seen a straight bid valid for a certain time period rather than the higher price quote with end of month discounts (on the final day of the month). I suppose the contract price would have been about the same either way and I was already planning for a new roof; so OK. I would also have liked to discuss in advance the possibility of needing new skylights since that changed the overall cost and was not in the original contract. However, the existing skylights were about 30 years old, so far as I know.

The new roof looks great (see picture on the right below) and so do the skylights, and the financing process was quick with a reasonable interest rate. Overall, it was a positive experience to work with this company.

Great employees! Worked quickly and efficiently. Always kept our property clean as possible. Roofers very courteous and friendly. HPH Inspectors came as promised. Project coordinator Josh called several times to make sure project was going as promised and we were pleased with project.

I am very pleased with the roof replacement by High Performance Homes. The roofing crew was able to replace my roof in one day. The roof was exactly what I paid for, nothing substituted or cutting corners. The roofing crew was very polite, professional and answered all my questions. They cleaned up all around the home after the job was complete. No big mess to clean up after they left. I definitely would recommend High Performance Homes for your roof replacement.

Helen, my project coordinator, was very helpful and always kept me in the loop with what was going on during the siding and door install. The siding install went well even though we had 4 days of rain. The guys came and worked all through the rain, making sure the house was wrapped before that rain got too bad. Everyone was very friendly. The couple issues I had after it was all done were fixed right away and it all looks amazing.

We had a small project for HPH, new siding for above the garage door. The workers were here earlier than expected and did a great job. I wanted to save the old vinyl siding to repair other damages around my home and they were able to save many panels for me. We got a few bids from other companies, but HPH beat their prices by far using the same material. Great job!

The experience with HPH was solid throughout the process, from sales to follow up to preparation to installation to final sign off. The team at HPH at all levels were courteous, responsive, and professional. The siding that was installed met expectations and was installed with white glove treatment.

My queen and I had an excellent experience with HPH, who came in clutch and replaced the OG roof. We sat down with the contractors, who had excellent communication and knowledge, which led me to choose HPH. Professional and proficient work that only took two days to complete.

The original roof was taking much damage from the weather as hail has become more frequent in Oregon, and we needed to upgrade. The roofers that came out did an outstanding job working tirelessly throughout the work days. I walked around the area, and they did a great job managing clean-up. They used magnets and blowers to sweep the area for loose metals and remove debris from the area.

Communication was excellent all around from start to finish. I received calls from the company before and after work was finished to confirm satisfaction, as is their motto for 100% or nothing. I appreciate that you can keep in contact if anything doesn't look right down the way and that they are happy to make the necessary fixes.

After 30 years of living in our home, it was time to upgrade. Terry and Ron were very professional and a joy to work with. My new walk in shower was completed in 4 1/2 hrs. Very pleased with the final product. Thank you so much High Performance Homes.
