I originally called Roof Recondtioners hoping to just get the spray to rejuvenate my tiles. Unfortunately, as I actually suspected, my roof needed more work than that And I decided to fully replace the roof.
I explained to Anthony, how I needed to do a little bit of money movement, and that I would contact him When I was ready. He was so gracious, so helpful and made everything super easy.

We started with getting two sides of our house looked over and getting the dry rot taken care of with a fresh paint job.
This led to a couple of other big issues we had and didn’t even know. We had some windows installed in 2016 that were not done properly and a roof that also had some issues. They fixed both and the results are fantastic. We both feel that our house is more solid and reliable for our future.
The transformation is beautiful.

Cutting edge was so easy to work with, they have great communication, and are very professional. they recently did our roof and the guys they sent out worked efficiently, they were friendly and their attention to detail was very impressive.
They let us know every step of the way what was happening, and when to expect what. We’re so happy with our finished product and will be referring them to everyone we know who needs work done on their homes!

Cutting Edge Contracting recently replaced our deck and we would highly recommend them. We were impressed during the estimate process with Brandon’s attention to every little detail. Our deck was an upper deck so we offered the option of going through the house rather than laddering up. They were very conscientious about taking care and cleaning up. Everyone we encountered was a pleasure to work with. They provided excellent communication every step of the way. The job was completed as quoted with outstanding workmanship.

I have a very old house that was in desperate need of some TLC. What started as a call trying to track down someone to paint my house turned in to new widows, new siding, having my brick refinished, some electrical work, some spruce ups to my bathroom and of course the new exterior paint. Not only do they "have a guy" for almost every item in my laundry list of home improvements that needed to get done, but each and every person that I worked with was friendly, trustworthy, and excellent at what they do.

As a busy person with not a ton of time to spend calling dozens of local specialists to work on each individual task, I cannot tell you how much of a relief it was for me to mention something I needed worked on, have someone immediately working on a quote, and within a short amount of time someone was here and on the job, making it happen. These guys are punctual! Such a polished, seamless and worry-free way to go, I loved it.

When you're working on your house, inevitably there are going to be people inside of your home for as long as it takes to complete the job, and every member of Cutting Edge's team was genuinely a pleasure to have around. I have a small child and I felt totally safe and at ease with their team.

Lastly, the house looks freaking phenomenal. It is a point of pride for me and the star of the street! Neighbors and strangers have stopped me to compliment just how great everything looks from the outside, and house guests are dazzled when they are inside. This project was so needed and will bring us tremendous joy for years and years. Thanks again guys-you nailed it!

We had a great experience with the whole CuttingEdge team. Our house is a 1936 so she’s old and of course had some unforseen issues the team walked us through step by step, yes it cost us more than we hoped however they made sure the job was done right. From the top to the workers could not have asked for a better bunch. I hope they will miss their morning coffee. THANK YOU team We will recommend you to anyone who asks. No doubt they are high end however WORTH IT.

If I were to have another roof done, would I use Cutting Edge again? 100%. The roof looks great, during the process I was continuously given pictures and updates of how things were going. At the end they cleaned my gutter both inside and out. They took extreme care to protect my house and property from damage during the tear off of the old roof.

Cutting edge replaced my roof, siding, gutters, and did paint. Their crews were extremely friendly to work with and very detail oriented. The project management was very exceptional front start to finish. Would highly recommend Cutting Edge to anyone looking for professionalism.

Awesome experience working with these guys! They helped us take an empty unused space and made it into something beautiful that I can enjoy for years to come. Cutting Edge replaced the asphalt roofing on our house. They did an outstanding and thorough job I trust the new roof now more than the original. Plus our house location is rural and Cutting Edge had no issues with the location at all. Definitely do yourself a favor and talk to them before your next roofing needs.

Our experience with Cutting Edge has been extremely positive. Cutting Edge masterfully took care of all of our exterior home issues where we/they found water damage including:
• Deck repair and treatment
• Master bedroom window trim replacement
• Roof replacement
• Exterior paint providing needed weather protection and a new design, look
They delivered on time – right before our first atmospheric river/winter rains -- without cutting quality.
We could have bid these changes out to different contractors, but the quality and workmanship of Cutting Edge proved to be the better investment. Each phase of the project was well managed and Cutting Edge provided excellent customer service. If something was delayed, we knew about it and when it would be rescheduled. If there was any change in direction on the project, we were part of the discussion.
We would highly recommend Cutting Edge for any and all home maintenance/repairs and home improvements. The best compliments have been from neighbors, friends on how good our home looks after Cutting Edge performed these needed repairs and exterior home improvements.
