I hired Cutting Edge to design and build a sun room addition to our house. The project finished over a year ago but I wanted to write a review to praise their company. The whole process took around 9 months to complete but the quality of work and entire process was wonderful. From the initial planning, design, and permitting to the finishing detailed work, Brandon and Israel was there every step of the way. We have enjoyed our new addition everyday. I recommend Cutting Edge with the utmost confidence. I will use them again in the future for any other work I might need done. Thank you again.

Cutting Edge Contracting did an outstanding job on our home. They installed a new roof and painted the entire house — on time, on budget, and with excellent workmanship. Even more impressive, it’s been several years since the project, and the house still looks like new. If I had any other projects around the house, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. Highly recommended!

Second time using Cutting Edge Contracting and both times they have been prompt, professional, and tidy. Joe was a great communicator answering all my questions and providing sound guidance for dealing with the insurance adjustor. Martin and Rueben went above and beyond on the repair and still completed the job in one day on short notice. Great work.

Cutting edge replaced our roof for us in Nov' 25. They also installed new vents to improve the ventilation in our attic. Overall, this was really good experience for us and I am happy to give them this 5 star review.

Initial consultations and quotes: We contacted Cutting Edge to assess our 20-year-old roof that needed replacement. Joe and Wyatt stopped by to give their initial assessment. It was super easy to talk to them, they listened carefully to our needs and provided expert technical guidance, allowing us to develop an action plan efficiently. The whole process felt very collaborative. Two things that I really appreciated during our interactions, 1) Joe didn't spend any time trying to "sell" the business to us, he simply offered his honest input on what the best course of action would be for our roof. 2) he delivered a precise quote with clear explanations of potential cost variables and upper limits. Overall, the communication was very clear and efficient.

The roof replacement: Alex, the foreman, and his crew executed the project with remarkable efficiency. Despite working from home, we experienced almost no disruption to our daily routine thanks to their well-organized approach and professional execution.

Another point of appreciation is that Joe was very proactive about checking in with us while the roof was being replaced. He provided regular updates on progress and realistic completion timelines, which kept us informed and gave us complete peace of mind throughout the project.

Project Manager Brandon Nuorala and his whole crew from Cutting Edge were fantastic to work with. We are 100% satisfied with the work they did. We had a new roof, new siding, new windows, new gutters and exterior painting on our home and shop. We also needed some repair work once they got into the work. Cutting Edge did a beautiful job on all of it. It was a three-month job, and they actually completed it earlier than they originally planned. They were very communicative throughout the whole process and always let us know what they were going to do on any given day and what they accomplished when the day was done. We would highly recommend them as contractors for any job needed.

I recently hired Cutting Edge Contracting to repair siding, paint, and replace a window at my home. They were fantastic to work with and did a wonderful job for a fair price. Everyone I had contact with was great and I appreciated their good communication and guidance on a project that had a few complications due to underlying damage discovered in the process. They were thorough and were able to make all needed repairs which I greatly appreciated. I'm totally happy with the results. The house looks great and I’m confident in their repair work. Cutting Edge was amazing! We had an insurance claim from a vehicle hitting the front of our house and they were fantastic at walking us through the process of negotiating with the insurance. The repairs were done quickly and now you can’t even tell there was ever a problem. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. I’m very pleased with the quality of the work and the crew. Brandon is amazing!! Highly recommend!

We found Cutting Edge Construction at the Clark County Home & Garden Idea Fair in April '25. They started work in mid-May and completed work end of Aug '25. After watching your crew, you have restored faith for the home construction industry in my heart. Speaking from first hand experience we now have:
efficient windows, solid doors, house wrap, Hardi siding, metal flashing, spray foam insulation, an overhang and facia boards, proper ventilation, a professionally installed roof, and properly sized gutters/downspouts, just to name a few. Had we not found the problems associated with our house this year, we would have the found problems five or seven years from now and things would have been much worse and more expensive to fix. Your attention to detail was outstanding in all facets. Brandon your team's level of communication was very much appreciated.

Up front disclaimer: If you want cheap and fast, look elsewhere. If you value quality craftsmanship that’s not subcontracted out to the lowest bidder then look no further than Cutting Edge Contracting. We had extensive water damage due to the shoddy craftsmanship of the original builder but now everything is fixed and sealed up nicely. Can’t put a price on peace of mind. We were kept in the loop about all the damage and repairs and it’s during these talks that you learn about their quality standards for materials and workmanship. They took the time to protect our floors with Ram Board and carpet protection film. All of the employees wear company shirts and seem to genuinely enjoy their work and working together. Many of them thanked us for our business. These folks are meticulous in all they do. It took two days just to prep the house for power washing and caulking prior to painting but proper prep made the finish beautiful and weatherproof. With our redone balconies and paint our house probably brought up everyone’s property values!
We’re toying with the idea of a bathroom renovation and now we know exactly who to call.

We had some serious roofing issues, and Cutting Edge Contracting was able to address every single one of them with confidence and expertise. From the start, they provided the most detailed and thorough estimate we received, clearly outlining the full scope of the work and what to expect at every stage.

The project required a complete sheathing tear-off and replacement, along with new Safeguard30 underlayment and CertainTeed Landmark AR shingles. The communication from the team throughout was stellar. We were kept in the loop from day one, with consistent updates that gave us peace of mind and a sense of partnership in the process.

The work was efficient, professional, and incredibly well organized. The quality craftsmanship and integrity of the team really stood out. We’re extremely happy with the results and will absolutely be working with Cutting Edge again for future home improvement projects.

If all you care about is price Cutting Edge is not for you. I guarantee they won’t be the cheapest but if you care about quality and a contractor you can trust, Cutting Edge is definitely an excellent choice. They are currently reroofing my house. The original builder cut every corner he could so we obviously found some problems that couldn’t be anticipated which I was given the option to upgrade and I did. That did add to the cost but Cutting Edge are doing an excellent job on my roof. They care as much about quality as I do and stand behind their work. This is the second job they have done for me. I hired them because I don’t need to babysit them to make sure things are done properly. 5 stars isn’t enough for their ratings. Definitely go with them!

When we noticed our T1-11 siding was rotting and the wooden decks on our 40 year old home were getting rickety, we called Chad and set up an appointment with Cutting Edge Contracting. Brandon and William came over and wrote up bids for each portion of the project. The contracts were clear as to what was and was not included.

One of the qualities we liked about Brandon and team was the excellent communication. We would not only get frequent text messages updating us, but also on-site visits where we could ask questions. We were never made to feel like our questions were dumb (even though we're sure some were). Responses to our texts were timely.

Brandon, William, Blake, Israel and the entire cast of characters were friendly, with great senses of humor, yet professional and respectful at the same time. They seem to enjoy their customers, as well as working with each other, and enjoying what they do.

Integrity is high on their list. When one of the workers accidentally damaged some flashing on our window, Brandon was up front with us and replaced our window. The damage was something we never would have noticed and another contractor may have been tempted to just cover it up.

It was clear to us they strive for excellence and don't do any job just 'good enough'. They want you to be really happy with the end result. Brandon kept the whole project moving along, is super organized and juggled many moving pieces daily. The entire Cutting Edge team has their act together, with daily early am meetings to prep for the day. They even finished the job ahead of schedule.

Blake, William, Brandon and Israel went above and beyond the call of duty on a number of occasions throughout the process. These instances were noticed and appreciated.

We wound up doing siding (Hardieplank lap), decks (Trex), doors, concrete, gutters (wider, with cleanouts), painting, and landscaping.

A special touch - For months they carefully worked their way around our 35 year old blueberry bush to preserve it, and it appears to still be alive!

The results have breathed new life into our older home and we're very pleased.

Why would I trust these guys if they can't understand what the "No Soliciting" sign means, posted next to my door knob where they hung their door hanger.
