Terrible customer service! My windows were supposed to be installed at the beginning of September, no one reached out to let me know there would be a delay on our windows. We had to continuously reach out for a status on the windows. After establishing contact, no one still would reach out regarding the status of installation. I finally was fed up, I wrote an email stating that the customer service was port and the window installation was taking too long. I had told them that I would prefer to go with another company and they could cancel my order.
For the first time I received a phone call regarding our windows, on the call was their “manager” who apologized for the delay and assured me he would take care of this and we would be compensated for our troubles.
Against my own judgment, we decided to move forward when promised to be compensated for the extreme delay. SOME of the windows were finally installed in November, I then received the bill. They had promised a compensation for our time, which we needed the windows installed September due to painting the house prior to winter. The compensation on $24,000 windows was $300! Not only were they no responsive during the process, they were also misleading when I told them I wanted to use another company, not only that, I am still waiting on a windows, which isn’t expected to be in until January!
If you’re looking for an honest company with good customer service, this is not the company. They promise you everything and once you sign the contract they no longer care.
Would absolutely prefer to go with another company -
We hired HPH to replace some windows and sliding glass doors. We were very impressed with the team. It was an easy sales experience and they had them installed in half a day. We would recommend for anyone looking for window or door replacements.

We couldn’t be happier with our new roof!
High Performance Homes exceeded our expectations. Our Team Lead, Ginger, was on top of the project from day one. Armando and his team of installers did an outstanding job installing our roof and making the needed repairs. They took great care to protect our plants, heat pump, and fountain, and they paid a lot of attention to every detail.
We love how the metal valleys and extra trim touches tie in with our black shutters. We’re so pleased how much the new roof adds to our home’s curb appeal! -
High Performance Homes is the worst company for any home repairs. The contractors are extremely careless and incompetent. We’ve had countless leaks from the new roof, new gutters, and etc. The lack of communication or there of- is beyond unprofessional. In the process of the getting work done by HPH unfortunately our new porch, sidings, shed, and etc. were damaged because of complete carelessness and disregard to customers property. Our new porch still needs to be fixed from the roofer fall. It’s been extremely frustrating dealing with HPH. Also, we live in America so hire contractors that can speak English.
Best advice don’t hire High Performance Homes. Read reviews…no stars!!!! -
Great company to work with. Replaced windows and siding. Work was performed professionally and communication was excellent with questions answered quickly. The end result is a significant upgrade to the house. Would not hesitate to recommend this company for remodel projects.

HPH was a pleasure working with. The sales people were polite and thorough and honest. The installation was flawless and thorough. The metal work was done very well. The workers were polite and respectful. They were fast and cleaned up every day. I would definitely recommend this company

Excellent experience working with HPH. I always appreciate when contractors knock on my door and are able to sell me their product. They offered the best price, the most perks, and were very good at explaining every step of the process to me (a first time home owner). The work was done quickly and efficiently, workers were respectful, and masterful at their craft. I am most excited about the new vent system they put in and the slick curb appeal the new roof provides.

Our home has needed gutters for a very long time and thanks to the High Performance Homes personnel, we now have what we needed so badly.
Do you have any idea how wonderful it sounds to have the rain water running down the down spouts instead of onto our porch or walk...pretty amazing and almost musical!!! Our home looks so sharp and clean now with the new white gutters and we are so pleased with the finished product.
High Performance Homes has a great crew and has made sure we have had good coordination from the initial contact to the finished product. We would highly recommend them. Thank you. -
I had an excellent experience with HPH Roofing. Our estimator, Anthony, was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about the process, pricing, and products—no upselling, just honest advice. Josh, the project coordinator, kept us well-informed and made sure we were prepared before the work began.
The crew arrived on time and finished the job in just two days. When we noticed a few stains afterward, they returned the next day to clean them up. An inspector came out after completion to check the quality, and even minor issues were promptly fixed.
HPH Roofing was professional, responsive, and committed to quality. Highly recommended for anyone considering a roof replacement. -
NOTE: The 5 stars is for Winston who inspected and repaired the roof in July 2025. The rest of the story does not earn as many stars. After a heavy rainstorm in April 2025, we had water coming in through the roof over our kitchen. HPH had replaced our entire roof in 2022 and they were aware of a problem area over our kitchen, replacing all the plywood and adding intake and ridge vents. In February 2024, as the ice from a winter storm was melting, we once again had water in the same area of the kitchen. We called HPH and in March, an inspector came out and said the vents had not been installed properly. They replaced much of the roof on the north side of the house over the kitchen. Fast forward to May 12, 2025. A heavy downpour was followed by water coming in through the same place, in the area of the ridge vents. We called HPH and left a message. No response. Over the course of the next week we called 6 times and left messages. Finally, finding another number from the roof installation days, we called it and got Ginger who told us that the number went to someone who was out on maternity leave and it had not been forwarded. She created a trouble ticket and Winston came out to inspect on June 2nd. He was prompt, courteous and thorough, finding no less than 6 things that had not been done properly on our roof installation, including using the wrong nails on the intake strip and flashing that wasn’t sealed. (This despite having had at least two inspections from other HPH people prior.) I requested that Winston be present for the repairs to make sure everything he found was repaired. We waited. Almost 3 weeks went by, during which time another downpour resulted in water in our kitchen again, while we were out of town. On June 21st, I called Ginger and got Chris, who informed me that Ginger was no longer with HPH. He said a crew would be sent out. As we were out of town, I requested June 30th, since I would be home by that date. The day came and went. At 4:30 I called Chris and said “I assume you are not coming.” He said he wanted to wait until the next day to make sure I had returned home. But he didn’t call to tell me that. The next day Chris and Winston came and started making the repairs themselves. I monitored and noted that Winston followed up on everything he had mentioned in his inspection. As it was hot, they wanted to finish the next week when they could start in the morning. On July 9th, Winston came out alone and completed the repairs. I was very happy with Winston’s efforts. He called to confirm, worked hard, communicated well and answered all my questions. He gets the 5 stars. HPH gets 2 stars. Their communication is severely lacking and getting this leak fixed (hopefully correctly this time) has taken almost two months. I’m not sure how to reconcile this. Winston was terrific but HPH’s performance in getting this project from start to finish was very disappointing. They need to do much better. I am assuming that, because all the problems Winston found were in the installation, I will not be charged for this repair. But they did insist on a credit card number for a $350 inspection fee if the problem turned out to be my fault. So we will see what happens next. Bottom line: HPH has some great people in the field, but when it comes to good customer service, they drop the ball.

Loved our experience with PHP! Rep was great, timing was great and the service was great. They came and re-roofed our house over the week of Thanksgiving when we were traveling and when we came back, it looked like a brand new home! Loved their thoroughness and the clean up was amazing! Would highly recommend.

High-performance homes was an absolute pleasure to work with. Their communication was great every step of the way with emails, texts, and a person calling you. You knew exactly what was going on at all times. The roofers were very professional, explained what they were doing, punctual, and always willing to help or explain what needed to be done. They were always smiling and really made you feel like part of the team. I would highly recommend high performance homes to anyone needing their roof replaced.

Overall, a good experience. The roof and gutters look great and appear to be working as expected! A few items to note:
1. The work was delayed when the crew arrived with a dumpster that would not fit on the property
2. Still finding nails and screws on the property
3. A work lead showed up for final payment when there were still outstanding repairs
4. A work lead was supposed to arrive for a final walkthrough, but no one ever arrived
I would recommend, but advise anyone, with this company or any other, to not be afraid to be an advocate for your property throughout the project. -
HPH just sent two people to my house, who ignored my "No Solicitation" sign and proceeded to talk over me for 5 minutes while I tried to say no to getting an estimate for a new roof. Every time I tried to politely say no, they spoke over me very rudely, not even responding to what I was saying trying to push me to get a quote even after I already said I had everything handled. I eventually had to stop being polite and just told them I wouldn't change my mind and shut the door. Very disappointing to see from a local business. Even if I was interested, I would never work with a company that was so rude when trying to get my business.

I am very pleased with my new shower. I had a tile shower removed and an acrylic shower installed. The company had great communication throughout the process, the workers arrived on time, did great work, conducted themselves professionally, cleaned up afterwards thoroughly, I recommend High Performance Homes.

Working with the Bidding team from High Performance Homes was a great experience. John and Brian were thorough and gave us a full rundown of all the options available. We went with them because of their openness and honesty, as well as the manufacturer-backed warranty on the roof and work.
The roofing team did an excellent job and the attached pictures speak for themselves. They took care to lay plastic around the house and over landscaping and did a good job cleaning up after the work was completed. They were quick and looked after the small details, even the ridge vent end caps, which many of the houses in our neighborhood do not have.
As mentioned in an email to the project manager on this project after completion, there were some communication gaps, and that did cause some concern on my side, as I didn't receive responses to questions before the delivery of supplies or follow-up emails in regard to additional supplies needed during the project.
Overall, their work was great, and we enjoyed working with the bidding team. Aside from possibly some better follow-through on communication after the contract is signed and through the project, I recommend High Performance Homes. -
High Performance Homes was on time, professional and educated. They were here on the day they said they would be, the project was completed in two days, and I'm very happy with the result. Thank you to Cyrah the roofing girl for helping me take care of my home!

I was a hard sell, I admit it. My house is well-constructed (I thought) and less than 20 years old. Why would it need a new roof? So the team talked me through what was involved in an assessment. They used a drone to carefully map the exterior of the roof. Then one of them, who I honestly didn't think would fit through the hatch, climbed into the attic and took a lot of photos. The team shared the photos and the video and it finally became clear that there were extensive problems with mold and that many of the soffit vents were covered by insulation, I was relieved to learn it wouldn't require a complete teardown. They showed me the sort of materials they would use to increase ventilation. I live close to the ocean and rivers and there is a lot of moisture in the air pretty much year-round. On the scheduled date, a crew delivered a lot of material (shingles, etc.) and a large dumpster. A few days later, as scheduled, a crew arrived and began the physical labor. If I could have arranged things differently, my cat and I would have stayed somewhere else, because the work is LOUD and intermittent. The work was completed as scheduled, and the clean up after was impeccable. The crew even rinsed off my deck's roof. My interactions with crewmembers were unfailingly polite and helpful. The crew chief shared a lot of photos with me, so I could see all the improvements in detail.

We recently worked with High Performance Homes on a roofing project and couldn't be more satisfied. We opted for their High Performance roofing package, including the ridge vent system, as well as new gutters for the entire house. Our project estimator, Travis, was outstanding—professional, attentive, and never pushy. He gave us the time and space to make decisions without feeling pressured, which we really appreciated.
Josh, our project coordinator, stayed in close contact throughout, checking in multiple times to ensure everything was progressing smoothly and that our needs were met. The on-site crew was professional and did a great job of cleaning up daily. While we did find a few stray nails in the lawn after the project was finished, it was a minor issue in the grand scheme of things.
The highlight of the entire project was the installation of a solar tube between our kitchen and dining room. The natural light it brings in has been a game changer for us, and we absolutely love it!
Overall, we give High Performance Homes a 5/5 for professionalism, cleanliness, and execution. We highly recommend them! -
I got a new roof and siding done by Hph. They did amazing job. Hph was very professional and quick. Whenever I had any questions or concerns they were super fast at responding. I really love my house!
