Jacob and Josh have saved me so many times with various issues , I appreciate these two always willing to help and not just do a job they are hired for but they go above and beyond. Exceptional work every time.

Hays electric is the most unprofessional and crooked company in the Walla Walla valley. To make an extremely long story short , they came out and bud the job ( complete house rewire ) for a little over $10,000 . I signed the contract , they began work . They then decided that the job was underbid and told me they had to re bid the job . They re bid the job at around $20,000 . I once again signed and they continued work . Once hays found out that the job was being paid with insurance money they charged me $30,000 and told me that they had done a couple more things outside of the original bid . They stated that since it was the insurance paying and not me , that it would be ok and they deal with insurance companies all the time . I went and talked with the owner of Hays and his wife and explained that $30,000 to wire my house was simply unreasonable and if there was anything they could do to help . The short answer was no and that I was forced to pay the $30,000 . My insurance was flabbergasted to say the least and couldn’t understand why it tripped from the original bid that Hays did . I had to pay out the difference out of pocket. Hays continued to say that the guy who originally bid the job was not doing his job correctly and also after they re bid the job that I added other work for them to do but they decided not to include that in the paperwork that we both signed. Since this was an insurance claim , there was lien paperwork on the house until hays was paid in full . Absolutely disgusting the way this company handled the situation from start to finish

Hays Electric has helped out our Wind Project O&M building and substation more times than I could count. Joe Hays has been a reliable backup service for our substation outages, replaced Pad Mount Transformers with his crane truck , thumped underground faults, excavate and perform splice repairs. The list goes on and on all the way down to replacing light ballasts in our shop. We lean heavily on Hays as they're always willing to lend a helping hand. I wouldn't use anybody else.

Great company! Electrician Chad was a huge help with fixing Some fixtures and outlets. That being said he also went to a supply store grabbing extra equipment and some of the right equipment to get the job done. Huge help thank you Chad and Hays Electric.

Sergio was extremely helpful and so friendly. He explained everything in detail and answered all of the questions I had and the work was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be reaching out to him and Hayes Electric for any future needs.

Would not recommend. I called and made an appointment for an estimator to come and look at an easy job we had scheduled. Waited two weeks for them and then they completely missed the appointment. I called the following day to let them know and they said they'd look into it and get back to me. Heard nothing, so next day I called and they said the same thing. The following morning I got a call back saying that they could come out in two more weeks to give me an estimate.

I told them that was unacceptable as i've already waited and they dropped the ball on me. I would have booked with someone who actually wanted my work versus kept pushing it off. It's so frustrating that companies treat customers like they don't matter. If it's a busy time, just say that you don't have time to do my work - I would have called someone else. Don't expect customers to wait weeks for you to not show up and then push them off further. At this point I have no faith and will not use you again.

Sergio called 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment offering to come early as he finished the prior client early. He was professional, polite, and friendly. But most of all he solved our garbage disposal issue in a short matter of time. Will definitely call Hays Electric if electrical issues arise.

Had some light fixture issues. Called Hays and they were able to send out an electrician the same day I called. Jacob came right at the scheduled time and was able to correct the issue quickly. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Would recommend their services. Thank you.

Great experience with Hays Electric as always. They were quick to send Chad out to complete some minor electrical work that we needed done in our building. Chad promptly and professionally completed the work we needed done. I highly recommend Hays and will continue to use them both commercially and for any residential needs I may have.

Sergio did a careful and excellent job switching out a light fixture for me. He also was kind enough to answer some other questions I had about lighting in my house. The new fixture looks great.

Called Hays Electric, because a breaker kept tripping. They sent Sergio to troubleshoot the problem, he got it fixed in a timely manner. Sergio was kind, informative, very knowledgeable about his job. He also took the time to talk to me about some future fixes to keep things running smoothly.
