Rarely have I been so impressed with work done at our home. Riley was very helpful with figuring out how to get power to our garage and our electric needs. Mike and Coulter installed the new sub panel and ran all the wires. They consulted us whenever they had a question or wanted to clarify something. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and very professional. I highly recommend Switch Electric!

They came right on time and fulfilled all our expectations for the projects we had, cleaned up, and had the inspection completed in short order. Couldn't be happier.

Switch Electric installed an EV charger for me. Their communication throughout the entire process was top tier, and their reps did an excellent job. This was a retrofit job, and you wouldn't know it. I definitely recommend this company.

We chose Switch Electric out of multiple other bids to totally rewire our knob/wire 1924 house and garage. They won the contract based on responsiveness, completeness of the bid, and then price. They were competitive price-wise but not the very cheapest. I know I chose wisely. Riley provided great feedback on our needs and drew up a thorough bid. Work started as committed and was completed early. Changes needed along the way were communicated well and were certainly needed. They were tidy and respectful of other contractors in our home. They have followed up promptly on other tweaks we needed since closing the work. Mike and Colten were two of the finest people I've had the pleasure of working with and consider them to be strong assets to their company and the field of electrical work.

These guys are great. They wired my new construction house, and then also came back and did a few more little to medium add-on jobs. We had some issues with our solar (not their fault) and they quickly acted to get the manufacturer to resolve the issue. They were always on time and were able to squeeze our add-on jobs into their schedule in a very timely manner.

We had Switch electric wire our swim spa. They were extremely efficient and very quick getting it done and inspected so that we could start enjoying our spa right away. We are very pleased with their work. They were personable and friendly while still being highly professional.

These guys are rock solid. We had Switch Electric install a solar plus battery system for us, which has worked flawlessly. During installation, problems came up that no one could have seen coming, but they rolled with it, above and beyond, and got it done. Their positive attitude made all the difference. Solar is new to us and we had lots of questions, but they were patient and took the time to answer them all. They showed up when they said they would and always cleaned up after themselves. When we had to be out of town I didn’t hesitate to leave the key with them. We intend to have them do another job for us. Riley, Mike and Colter were great.

The Switch crew installed a new 20 amp from my generator to a new mini split. They did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier.

First time using the company to install our sauna and we were very happy with their work. Mike and Colter were professional and friendly. They had to make a second visit due to my error and they were fair with how they charged me for the second service. Associate that works the phone was a great help as well.

I had had several estimates done and no one came close to the sensible quote I received! But most importantly they did a thorough job. I feel safe that the electrical will not pose a problem in any way. Thank you guys for great customer service and being so easy to work with!

As General Contractors we have used several local electricians to find the best fit for us and our customers. Switch Walla Walla has become our "Go to" for all our projects. We typically remodel bathrooms and kitchens, so it is critical that we are comfortable with them in our customer's home. Mike and Colter are great with our customers and always treat the jobsite with respect! Our solar project was handled professionally. Riley worked with the homeowner to make sure everyone was getting a system that worked well for them. We appreciate working with this company.

It started with Riley McLaughlin & Chris on my first experience with Switch Electric. I could not be happier to work with professional electricians. My estimate followed soon after our first meeting. After signing a contract with them to complete a sizable remodel, I got to work with two electricians. They just completed the rough-in electrical yesterday. I experienced from Mike & Colter unmatched passion for this industry. Unbelievable communications. Both of them were efficient, skilled, professional, and they even cleaned up after themselves, that was impressive to me! We had a great experience with Switch Electric in rewiring a knob-and-tube circuit in our house. Riley came out quickly to estimate the job, the scheduler (sorry I didn't catch her name) was proactive, and Mike and Colter were extremely professional, helpful, and nice guys to work with. They exceeded our expectations by not just rewiring the circuit, but modernizing all the switches and receptacles. It is a nice peace of mind that our boys' rooms now have solid and safe wiring.
