My dishwasher went out of order while I had an Airbnb guest in the house. I called Sub-Zero and Rea answered the phone and very professionally scheduled a diagnostic visit the same day. Andrei came over and determined the valve was to be replaced and the filter was dirty. Part was ordered right away sad came in only after 2 biz days. Andrei came back and resolved the issue to perfection leaving my place better than he found it. Please note that I was out of the country and handled this remotely. They provided all of this at great value for money. Excellent ppl, great value. Highly recommended.

Nick examined my 25-year-old washing machine and assured me it was working fine. He was complimentary about the condition of both washer and dryer. I felt proud because I've always tried to keep them in good condition. We agreed new models aren't as good as the older ones. I hope to see Nick next year to clean my dryer inside and out. I had great confidence in him.

I have a meal prep business that I run out of my home, and my Viking oven was not heating properly. I'm very happy I found Subzero and Viking repair of Los Angeles. They got it working within a few hours of calling them. I'm back in business and I'm very happy. The quick repair means the world to me. Thank you!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They charged me over $2600 to install a $247 part (about an hour labor). They charged to clean the fan on my refrigerator, when other companies will do this as a matter of course when servicing the unit. They also charged a $250 trip charge. After all this I am still left with a refrigerator that stopped working 3 hours after they left and is unusable. Their offer was to remove the part they replaced and install another exorbitantly marked up part to see if that will solve the problem. I can’t take any more chances with this unethical company. When I approached them in writing, they stated they are happy with their pricing and customer service.

Thought the price of $800+ for <1 hour's work (unclogging a drain tube to address a condensation issue) was ridiculous. The repairman was friendly and very competent, so he deserves 5 stars. But I have to subtract 2 stars for being way overpriced for the work done. I watched what he was doing so if this happens again, I can do it myself and save $800.

First off , finding and dealing with repairmen, in general or contractors, is always difficult, very long and expensive. I went with subzero viking repair for two reasons. 1. The company actually specialize in subzero refrigerators with a flawless track record from my friends who have used them. 2 working as a chef and starting a catering company , bespoke catering, we have a commitment and oath to quality above exceptional food service and safety. temperatures, constant precise cooling, humidity , and exact temperatures. and clean air needs for aging meats, fermenting and lack of contamintation or funky lingering smells.

Given that our main kitchen is located between greenwood and ballard, I also usually deal with very high predatory pricing. In a pinch I called up sub 0 Viking repairs because our very high-end equipment, makes it necessary that we have nothing but the best quality repair and monitoring as well as proactive Maintenance on all of our tools and cooking and storing mediums. The price of a pacojet, thermomix ,vacuum sealer, sous vide etc. Are about the cost of a year of rent . Not only did we get a more than competent repair tech named Ed, helpful proficient and very personable , my coworker wanted his number lol. but we also were not faced with an absolutely ridiculous bill, even though we have high end equipment they are definitely, and I can't stress this enough. A very niche and special quality control and repair high-end appliance business that I recommend for anyone who actually care about the longevity and quality of their appliances .

At the end of the day quality and speed with a reasonable price are what I look for when it comes to my finances and companies they provided that for me in spades.
