I called as I thought my dryer plug was bad - they called back within a half hour, made the appointment, and showed right on time! Within 5 mins he figured out it wasn't my plug but the new dryer. He fixed it up and showed me everything he did. I liked that he showed me everything and explained it to me. He was professional and polite. I highly recommend and will be using him again!

Empowered electric has done a couple jobs at my house, both requiring ingenuity and creativity. They worked hard to give me the best quality for the lowest price. I really appreciate their help. Manny is excellent to work with.

Highly recommended. I’ve had Empowered Electric out twice now for different electrical projects, and I’ve been very happy with their work both times. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and got everything done quickly and correctly. Definitely a company I trust and will call again for future projects. Empowered Electric was great to work with from start to finish. They were timely, professional, and the final product looked amazing (even the inspector commented on the quality presentation). The main selling point for me was the small family business, known for quality work. I had a couple other electricians question my need for a 60A breaker whereas Manny said I would need 60A for what I wanted to accomplish with my EV charger. Also, I had to reschedule last minute due to a delay in my hot tub delivery, and Manny had me rescheduled to coincide with the new delivery date. Finally, I paid what I was quoted; there were no hidden fees, drive time, etc. I highly recommend Empowered Electric for all your electrical needs.

My wife and I are renovating her childhood home, everything was almost done except for an old panel I wanted replaced since it was not safe anymore. Called many electricians in the yelm area and ONE stood out way above the rest. Manny and his son came out promptly to give a quote and talk about the work. They also quoted receptacle replacement in the house. I was going to do that myself but more in that later.

Hired Empowered Electric to do the breaker replacement as well as adding an EV Charger and generator backup plug. They did all this in a day and it looks beautiful! He also added a whole house surge protector to protect things in hothe house from surges. Not only does it look great but it is safe.

I then realized it would take me weeks to do the recepticals in the house since we do not live in it and had many other projects. I called Manny and asked if that bid was still valid and if they could do it quickly. He was able to come back out in a couple days and replace all the plugs and switches in the house. Him and his son worked hard and did a fantastic job.

Their prices are great and they really know what they are doing. Now is a great time to replace your outdated and dangerous panel and there are tax incentives that help as well.

I know if anything electrical comes up this wonderful company who, is made up of father and son, will be out in no time to take care of it.

I am very happy about my decision to go through this company. Manny remained very responsive through getting an appointment and while he was working, informed us of what was going on with our outlet. Additionally, he was quick about the work he did. We appreciate his hard work and knowledge with our problem here and will absolutely go through him if we need more electrical work done. I absolutely recommend him!

Manny and his apprentice did a great job with a bathroom exhaust fan installation. Very fair price (thank you for the military discount!) and very personable. I already have another job lined up for them.

I had reached out to Manny because another electric company kept giving me the run around. He answered his phone in 2 rings and showed up the same day to give me a quote. He installed the very next day. He is super knowledgeable and extremely professional and friendly. I will only use him for now on. I already have quotes for future jobs as well! He is reasonably priced and competitive with other electrical company’s.

Manny from Empowered Electric was able to get out to my house the next day after I called when one of the circuits in our home stopped working. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem (a faulty outlet plug that had melted the wire and box it was in which could have started a fire) and repaired/replaced it. He also reconnected my driveway lamppost out front and replaced the bad photosensor on it. Even with all that, he was done in under two hours! I would definitely recommend him to others and hire him for other jobs in the future.

My service appointment was better than expected. The technicians were friendly, respectful of pets and property while completing the appointment on time with ease. Great communication. I highly recommend.

I had called Empowered Electric because a storm knocked my trees onto our line and pulled amd cracked our power pole with the meters on it. In just 3 days they had a digging crew (thanks Kory & crew!) that also came with and installed a new power pole. They also installed my two new meter boxes and rewired everything the same day! Nothing but good things to say about the owner Manny and his worker with him Grayson. All 4 of them were great guys and even better professionals!

Manny was a very great person to coordinate with to have my home EV charger installed. He knew what he was doing and got the job done within a reasonable time. I will be calling him more often when I need help with anything electrical.

I can't say enough about Manny's speed and efficiency. I work some pretty unusual hours, but that was no issue at all. He responded to my request with a quote almost immediately and had the entire job completed within a day of us agreeing on the work. The quick turnaround was fantastic.

I am so impressed with the knowledge and quality of work that Manny did for us on the replacement of our obsolete electrical panel. We had a fire in the outdoor breaker that led to the heat pump and was connected to the obsolete electrical panel that has been known to be the cause of many house fires. We were extremely lucky to have caught the fire before it did more damage. Manny checked everything to make sure we were safe and put a new electrical panel along with a full house electrical breaker on our home so this never happens again. I am so incredibly grateful to him for the great work that he did his kindness and his expertise is one I will always recommend and go back to it if I ever need his help again. Thank you Manny!!

The Challenge: Replacing an outside, old electrical panel with very limited space and needing to custom create an extension over the house to meet new code standards. Two electrical companies declined the project, the third never called back once they looked at it and left.

3. Manny was great in communication, returning texts promptly and updating arrival times.

4. Rain or shine he will show up! Unfortunately, it was pouring for most of the day but, it didn’t slow him or Jacob down.

5. Manny and Jacob make a great team! Manny has a lot of patience and ensures that things work right. Jacob is a very enthusiastic electrician, usually working with a smile. Both were a pleasure to work with and enjoy what they do.

6. Empower Electric is now on my quick dial. I plan on reaching out to them should I need their help in the future and will be referring them to friends with electrical issues…..because I trust they will will do good professional work.

Empowered Electric installed 50 amp generator hook up. Fast scheduling, less than a week from initial phone call to work being done and it would have been faster if we didn’t have wait for delivery of part. Manny communicated well about when parts arrived and installed that same day. Manny is very professional and friendly. Will definitely use again for future projects.

Excellent work, very friendly, knows what he's doing. I've a very old connection for power to my roof that causes a leak everything a heavy wind pulled the power line. I've been looking for years at how to fix it. Manny suggested overhead to underground conversation and found a way that not only upgraded the electrical for my house and shop, but to do for a more reasonable cost than putting up a pole next to the house. Now I have power and one less meter.
