Reviews of local pros in Yelm, Washington

The three ladies did a fantastic job deep cleaning my house before turning it over to the new owners. They worked very hard in were very detailed in cleaning both floors of the home. Also, they were friendly and respectful and I would highly recommend Leidis Cleaning Services.

Leidis Home Cleaning cleaned our home for the first time today. Three professional housecleaners arrived to do the job. They were friendly, introduced themselves, and immediately asked about what we had in mind for the cleaning. We got out of their way and they each took a different part of the house to tackle. When we came home, we couldn’t believe how clean and fresh everything was. They even cleaned the oven! Being a person that appreciates details, I especially loved how they left beautifully folded towels across the shower door. I felt like I had walked into a fancy hotel! Needless to say, we were very pleased with the service we received and will definitely have Leidis return on a routine basis. My only regret is that I didn’t have them come out sooner!

I called a week or so in advance to schedule a quote and the website wouldn’t let me select the day, so I was asking if I could do it over the phone. Instead of assisting in that way, the man just told me to “pick a different day” and continue to do it online. It ended up working, but nevertheless it wasn’t a friendly experience.
My review of 1 star is due to the fact that I scheduled an appointment for the free quote, got confirmation via email, and then I left work early that day to meet them at my house. However, no one ever showed up. I double checked my voicemail and email to see if they had tried to contact me, but there was nothing. I then tried to call them to see if they were still coming and was ignored. I would have been understanding had they contacted me, even if it was short notice, but ignoring me and providing no notice or explanation whatsoever was completely unprofessional. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The job was done so well, absolutely beautiful made me want to reconsider moving. Leidi is so sweet and her husband is very kind! I appreciate their flexibility and patience with me due to my relocation stress. Thank you so much for making this transition easy. Will definitely use again for rental property!

Absolutely professional, friendly and flexible. They really go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Our house always looks great when they've finished. We've been extremely pleased with their results and highly recommend them. Thank you Leidi and Juan for doing an amazing job!

Luis and Leidi are very thorough and detailed with their cleaning. They always make me a top priority whenever I reach out to make an appointment. When they show up, always on time, the job is well done with really nice touches like designs in the hanging towels, the toilet paper and brushed designs on upholstered chairs and headboards. I have and will continue to recommend them.

Leidis Cleaning Services has been an amazing addition to our home and family the past year and half. Always professional. Thoughtful about placement and detail. The very few times we had requests to approach a particular room in a different manner, it was received with deep understanding and corrected with grace. I would highly recommend Leidis Cleaning Service to anyone who is looking for a consistent cleaning service for their home or work! Thank you! You all rock!! ❤️

If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I definitely would. I contacted Leidi’s to quote a price for cleaning the house I was renting when I was moving out. They were able to stop over and take a look, while we were talking and taking a look around the house it became clear to me, and quickly, that Leidi had an eye for detail which really inspired additional confidence. They provided a fair quote and we scheduled them to come back to do the cleaning. They got there around the same time as the movers but were able to focus on the spaces they could clean and then finished after everything was empty.

When I say the house looked great, I mean it looked fantastic! My landlords contacted me a week after I left and asked me who I used after commenting how great it looked. If I was still in the area I would 100% request to get on their monthly list, unfortunately I am in AZ now. For those of you in WA looking for a professional service, look no further. Contact Leidi’s Cleaning Services and prepare to be thrilled.

They really went above and beyond! My living room was a mess with packages and construction materials all over, so I told them they didn't need to do it, just the other rooms. But they did them all and I can't believe it!

Worked with this company on several projects. Highly recommend.

One of the most efficient construction companies I have had to work with. Very simple, straightforward and will not disappoint.

Killer work. Professional, quick to schedule, and done on time.

Wonderful team of great people!! They can get it done!!

Quality work and very reliable, I highly recommend.

Guys, did an outstanding job! good work ethic, super fast, and great quality work

I highly recommend this company for all your construction needs. Last week I was worried about where I was going to store my firewood for the winter. I found KM construction and gave em a call, now this morning im sitting here sipping coffee and staring at my new big ,sturdy and beautiful firewood shed they built me. KM construction is prompt, courteous, and proffessional.

Amazing crew of guys, put a new roof and framing on my house for cheap.

Kinsley is phenomenal to work with!! He did an outstanding job on my wall in living room and would recommend him and his company to anyone!! He is a veteran and support local business 100%

I can't say enough good things about this company. I contacted Kinsley for help burying a very large family pet who had suddenly passed away. He offered to bring his mini excavator over the following day. As it turned out, his machine broke down, but Kinsley still showed up as promised. And dug the hole by hand with a shovel!! His compassion and professionalism made a family tragedy a lot less stressful. I can not thank him enough for what he did for my son and I in our time of crisis. I will recommend Washington Construction and Land Clearing for any job, big or small. Thank you Kinsley for always showing up!

Had these guys come out and replace my roof and im extremely impressed with their workmanship and and customer care was top notch

Great job clearing my property that was much worse than you could even see until part of it was cleared. The job of brush and scrap trees with 5 or 6 stumps turned into 16 stumps hidden under piles of tree debris and briars that had grown wild for at least 13 years.
