Reviews of local pros in Yelm, Washington

Would definitely use again! Wizards Cleaning de-mossed and treated our roof, cleaned our gutters, powerwashed all patios/walks, and washed our windows inside and out. Punctual, efficient, thorough, and friendly service! Love the wizard hats too! Thanks, K

Atlin did a great job on my challenging tile roof. Even fixed a gutter that was pulling away. Price was very fair. Would highly recommend.

Our roof hadn’t been cleaned in years, and we were dealing with a lot of moss growth. Altin cleaned the roof thoroughly, checked for any issues (it’s an older roof, but he found no soft spots or leaks), applied a moss treatment, and cleaned our gutters. We were very happy with the service - the roof looks great and the gutters/downspouts function properly again. We’d hire Atlin again, and definitely recommend his services.

As soon as we inquired about getting some services done on the house they scheduled a time to stop by for an estimate and were quick and honest. There were no surprises on the cost or expectations which was refreshing in the local area. I got all my windows cleaned in late July during the heatwave 2021 and they were so professional and pleasant upon arrival! Although not ideal to work during that kind of weather he was willing to start earlier in the day so that I could have my windows cleaned before a photographer came. He cleaned up after himself and did a very good job. At first, we were concerned about our flower beds that frame the front of our house strategically where the windows were because we had just put in the flowers (we didn’t express this to him) and we seriously didn’t need to worry in the first place. He made very cautious steps and was mindful of our home. We wish we heard about them before deciding to sell our house because it made a difference in brightening up the place. It was almost like a window wizard did come in and clean my windows! *cheesy, I know* I wish we still lived in the area or we would hire them again in a heartbeat. Lovely people and a great business that they have.

5 stars! Atlin (the owner) was responsive, proactive, and did a great job. Great price, adaptable to the very steep pitch of my roof, very thorough and professional. The online signing/payment portal is top notch. Highly recommend. He wore a pointy wizard hat!

Very professional and a pleasure to work with. We had Atlin wash our windows on a new construction. He is prompt, professional and runs a 5 star company. Highly recommend to everyone.

Atlin very easy to work with. I hired him to clean gutters and remove and treat moss on my roof. He said my gutters were clean and didn’t need to be done so the bill was $100 less than what he quoted.

Atlin arrived when expected and did a careful and thorough job. Amazing attention to detail! He was also flexible about a change that came up, and a really good communicator. I plan to have him back again soon!

Atlin runs a professional company. He is prompt on his estimates, which seem very reasonable. He arrived on time and did a very good job on cleaning a lot of large sun room windows.
One window had very bad hard window stains, which he did a great job of removing. I would definitely have him back again.

Altin did a fantastic job. Showed on time and was efficient in making sure he took care of us. Highly recommend him for anyone that needs windows done!

I had Window Wizards clean all of the windows inside and out at my home and I was really impressed! Atlin was really easy to schedule with, showed up on time, and conducts his business in a very professional manner. He has so much attention to detail on the windows and screens. He even pointed out some issues that we missed! The price was fantastic too. I’ll definitely call them on a regular basis.

Highly recommended Atlin and his company. Communication was outstanding. Easy to book the day and time you want. He was a very easy guy to talk to and professional. Day of the service he showed up on time and cleaned our roof and gutter as well as the face of the gutters. My roof and gutters have never looked better! Very impressed with Window Wizards PNW! Thank you again for your service!

We had Atlin with Wizards Cleaning clean our solar panels this week. He was prompt in providing an estimate and scheduling the cleaning and showed up on time for the project. The solar panels are very clean. We plan to have him do annual cleanings (after the alder pollen season).
He also provided estimates for cleaning our 2nd story windows, moss treatment for the roof, and cleaning the gutters. He looked at them closely before providing the estimates and we plan to have him do the work in the future.

Atlin did a great job with the windows! Also he made some reccomendations to better maintain the gutters. Gutters and Windows are very clean! Thanks!

I would highly recommend Wizards Cleaning for your window and gutters. Atlin did a great job and was very personable. I was hesitate on having the work done after placing the order but I really appreciated his advice on my gutters not really needing a true cleaning and offering to substitute a roof cleaning and moss treatment for the same pricing. Even though he didn't have enough product to finish the moss treatment he made an additional trip out a few days later to finish the treatment. Great service and honest results.

Atlin was a pleasure! He cleaned our roof and gutters and had it all looking brand spanking new. We were very impressed with the quality of work and have been admiring how clean everything looks since he left. His attention to detail, pricing, and work performed were all top notch and we would recommend Window Wizards to all! Thanks for making our house pretty again, Atlin!

Maria has been cleaning our house for over a year now and we heartily recommend her! She’s by far the best cleaning service we’ve ever had. She is trustworthy, always on time, and really goes above and beyond in her work. Thank you, Maria!

Great team, easy to work with and highly responsive. So thankful for their hard work. 6 stars if I could.

I cannot say enough good things about the incredible job Maria’s Cleaning Service did today. We have lived in our home for 10 years, have dogs, and were long overdue for a true deep clean. I honestly did not think our house could look and feel this refreshed again, but they completely exceeded my expectations.
From the moment they arrived, they were on time, professional, kind, and extremely thorough. Every room was given so much attention to detail, and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing an amazing job — not just getting through the work. The house feels cleaner, brighter, and more comfortable than it has in years. Thank you guys so much!
