We just had our windows and doors
installed using FL Shield. Before we choose them we interviewed a few other installers. One came back with a quote of $150k and another was about half at $70k. As you might know there are only about 4 or 5 window manufacturers and that all of these window companies are "installers," so what you need to know when hiring one of these companies is "do they have their own crew? Or are they subbing out the install?" Most companies are subbing it out but NOT FL Shield, they use their own crew and they are great and easy to work with. From the very start we immediately felt more comfortable with Gabriel and his sister. They came to our home and sat down with us and walked through every aspect of the installation, they talked about the different kind of windows, they showed us different window company manufacturer options (this is unheard of bc most installers only deal with one manufacturer bc they get kick backs), they talked about colors, tint, and everything that we needed to know. They wanted to make sure that we were getting the exact window we wanted and at the best price. We ended up choosing Mr. Glass and we are soo happy we did. They are an amazing product, heavy, beautiful, and perfect color. The install project did take a little longer than expected but that is in part due to the team being very detailed oriented and making sure everything was perfect. I do have to admit, it was a little scary bc they are cutting holes in your house (we had them cut on window larger from a 3'x3' to 6.5' x 3') but in the end it ended up perfect and we couldn't be happier. We would definitely hire them again and we have already referred them to a couple of our friends.

My house was built in 1980’s. Windows have beautiful
Bronze aluminum frames still in great condition. Just had glass replaced and glass in storm windows too. Now it is wonderful to see clearly outside.
Highly recommend this company because all of the people ( David, the owner, Rosie, Alberto, Julio, Marcos) came with a positive work attitude and they professionally got the job done. It was so nice to know that Elpaso has one of the best home grown companies in the USA.
I will definitely use David’s Mirrors and Glass again!

my wife and I loves the new windows, they helps to keep the house cool during hot mornings, we didn’t need window blinds to block the sun anymore. They installed them great job and professional, I highly recommend them.

Very friendly , very efficient company. We replaced all our windows with energy efficient windows. Even though our previous windows were not that old but they had problems due to wrong installation.

Do not go with them they are a scam took my info down said it was a soft inquiry not when I did went with another company they still charged me and not I’m in collection for work that I didn’t get done then they say they charged me for damages what damage we didn’t even have business done you came to my home and gave me a high estimate then got mad when I wanted to go somewhere else 11,224 for windows that will end up at 18k after paying off I’m 3 years ripoff, scam and frauds

Frank had to come to my house twice, and he was very professional. He really knows his products. I'm excited to see the results.

Disappointed in them, put new roof on house, all workers spoke only Spanish, Frank our Salesman was less than honest, still finding nails in our yard, one of the workers relieved himself in front of our window.
Wouldn't recommend, be careful!
