Just want to say wow. Amazing roof and Windows installed by SoCal Energy. Frank helped us with project and easy financing. Me and my husband were hesitant because of the cost with other companies. We are very happy with outcome . Great service great installation great product.

My first meeting was with Demir who sat with me and explained the programs on how So Cal Energy works and what they offer. His installation crew was amazing . He saved me thousands of dollars and to the best part is they look wonderful. I made the best decision buy going with Demir he’s honest and very trustworthy.

Amazing crew of installers. It was pleasure having them replacing my vinyl double pane windows with Anlin Energy efficient windows. Julio and Cristian the main guys of installation were fantastic. Frank Solman is the main of honor to oversee the project from start to finish. I am including old and new pictures.

I ordered a picture window from them in early February. In mid April my appointment was 8-10 am. They did not communicate with me during the in between, or confirm the day before, so at 8:30 I called and was told at 8:30 that he was loading up and he was coming straight to me. 1.5 hours later, the installer showed up at my house. When I noticed that the window was a side by side and not a picture window, I called my salesperson and he told me to let the installer finish and the salesperson said he would call me back. The installer finished, as I was instructed to let him do. The window is crooked when opening it, the screen doesn't fit and the salesperson did not call me back, nor did the office. They both said they would. The installer tried to force the screen to fit and when I pointed this out, he said he would order a new one. When I pointed out the window was crooked, he said it was supposed to be? ‘I promise you’, he said. Really?! Nobody from the company called me back. I am waiting for all of this to be made right and I will edit this review if they “edit” their work.

Staff was very helpful, order was finished in a timely manner and product was explained for energy efficiency, which was my main priority when visiting Window World of Tulsa.
I would recommend them highly for any remodel or new build project!

Window World installed 10 windows, and a patio door back in Aug. Since then I have had their installer back out 3 times to fix an issue with the patio door, and it's still not fixed. At this point I'm pretty sure they aren't even giving my messages to Dustin the Installation Manager because I haven't gotten a call back in 2 months.

Corey is a great and a personable salesperson who communicated with me from start to finish. The crew was outstanding they even came with a leaf blower to blow away all the little particles that were around the driveway. The new windows were also wiped down to perfection. I couldn't ask for a better salesperson or install team. Window World is the bomb!!

The roofing team at window world went above and beyond my expectations on our roofing project, not only on quality, but price as well. Great job!

We've had windos from Window World for 19 years. Had a breakage from mowing on dining room window 3 weeks ago. Called and gave them the serial number, they're making another, and will put it in...all at no charge! Their warranty is amazing! If we ever move, they will do new windows for us again...we're thoroughly satisfied! Wonderful, friendly customer service!!!

A great experience with Window Worlds when they came out in 2014 to install windows and a sliding glass door. The crew was efficient, prompt, and even corrected a badly installed sliding glass door that had been put in by a previous owner. I recently had to have the screen door replaced and the Window World technician came to my house, took the screen door back to the factory, installed the screen and reinstalled it back on my back door - all while I was at work. I came home to a new screen door and didn't have to take time off from work. Exceptional service!

I'm still waiting to get my windows installed. I'll tell you what has happened and you decide. We got a few estimates, and WW was in the middle but only had a 4-6 week lead time, which is why we selected them. I called to change the style of one large window, and the salesman told me it would drop the cost about $100. When another salesman came out to update the estimate, it actually increased it $100 (a change of $200). I went along because I really wanted my windows before summer. Then we waited. No word. On the Monday of week 6, I called to see if they were coming. "Because of the rain, we're behind 2-3 weeks." So we wait. I call for an update after two weeks. "We're still behind about 2 weeks." Now I'm getting frustrated. Call back the next day to complain and finally get an installation date... in three and a half weeks! If (doubtful) they actually show up when they're scheduled, I'll be 10.5 weeks instead of the 4-6 weeks promised and $200 higher than the salesman quoted me on the phone. No employee of this company was remotely apologetic when missing deadlines and never once called to inform me they wouldn't be installing on time. The most infuriating part is that the quotes were literally a few hundred apart from the more reputable companies. I wish I'd done my research.

Hands down, home run! The house is 60yrs old, last windows were installed in the mid 70's. My salesman was professional, friendly, and very helpful. The installation team, freindly, knew thier job, repaired/updated the window frames, got the windows in tight. VERY happy with the whole experience. The price is very fair! It's been 3 months, ZERO issues, has made a big improvement! Will be calling them when I'm ready for more window replacements!!

Even though we didn't end up buying from WW, they were great to work with. I didn't realize until a bit further into the process that we need windows sooner than they could produce the windows otherwise we would've give through them. Kendall was SO helpful in explaining all the different types of windows, options, and uses for them. The prices were reasonably priced as well.

If I could have given them a zero rating I would have. My house has siding and they installed 13 windows and of those only 3 were storm windows. The installers left wood exposed around all the windows. I called them and they told me it would be an additional charge of 975.00 to fix what they did. My salesman Corey told me since they were storm windows they did not know what might have to be done till they pulled them off my ? was why I was not told this up front. And since there were only 3 windows that were storm ones makes no sense to me why I should have to pay for their mistake. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I will never recommend them to anyone. They were dishonest from the get go. So if your looking for Windows I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

We love our new windows from Window World of Tulsa. The windows work so easy and have cut down on some of the street noise, which is a plus. Not only are the windows great but so was the service! Mike and Sam came promptly both days and they cleaned up each day before leaving. They were respectful of our home and us. Can't ask for more!

Window World came and replaced all our windows and I'm so happy they did! No more foggy windows or drafts, and the staff was great!!! The installers were very polite, and they left my house with it looking just as clean as when they started. I highly recommend WW, We all see the commercials and ads for other companies, but I can tell you first hand that Window World came through big!!!

I had many companies bid our project. We replaced all the windows in our home and are very happy with the outcome. The Sales rep was very knowledgeable and did not try to up sale me on anything I didn't want and the installers were in and out while I was at work and did a good job. The lead time was actually shorter than expected as well. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

We had a great experience with Window World. They were very efficient, prices were great, they were easy to work with and we love the product that we were sold. We replaced all 33 windows in our home and are very pleased with the outcome. Their lifetime guarantee on their windows is also great to have. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting new windows!

Window world replaced all of my windows in January and a couple weeks ago installed a patio door. I interviewed several companies and they were the only ones that could give me exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. The installers were friendly and hard working, and my door is beautiful. My only complaint is they removed my winter faucet cover outdoors to use the water and didn't put it back. This could have caused a major problem if I hadn't noticed.

Window World Tulsa provided my family with a great product, the best price in town and exceptional customer service. I shopped around and got many quotes and Window World Tulsa was the BEST! The sales guy and installers were true professionals and did such a great job. They were there when they said they would be and cleaned up their mess and left it better than when they arrived.
