I knew the name of FL Green to be the best service provider for roofing works. When I decided to install impact windows in my apartment, my best friend told me that FL Green is also the leading service provider for impact doors and windows. I already knew their reputation and thus was not hesitant in calling them for the service I needed. Now I have the most durable impact windows in my apartment.

I cannot say enough good about these guys! They were thorough and efficient throughout our solar system purchase and installation. I could match the numbers for product and performance during the bid. They were awesome on planning and coordinating the permits and project. The install was timely, complete and clean. The best part is the system has performed better than expected and looks sharp!

The company was great to work with. It's clear that they did everything they could to make sure I understood the purchase and the process. They gave me a great price. The company obtained some higher quality panels at a lower cost and passed the savings along. They could have easily sold those at a higher price and made more profit. They were good to keep me informed on what was happening and the time schedule. I definitely feel that I got a good deal and that I was treated more than fairly

I’m still planning and haven’t installed anything yet but Liroy at FL Green Development has been terrific. He talked me through the entire process with an admirable combination of knowledge, patience, and candor. We discussed the pros and cons of installing panels at my place, designed a system using satellite images of my home that’s appropriately sized to offset my electricity consumption, estimated the cost of my install, reviewed federal, state, and local tax breaks, and determined my likely payback period. I highly recommend

We are THRILLED with our deal. The guy prepared the quote in a very timely manner. He answered all of our questions- about a thousand! The installation crew were very professional - took precautions to not damage anything and kept the job site neat and clean. Florida Green Development recently installed a new roof on our home. We have had two other roofs installed over the many years we have lived in our home. Florida Green Development was without a doubt absolutely the best. There personnel were efficient, professional, hard working and making sure that the work site was perfectly clean before leaving for the day. There was never a problem getting hold of the project manager by telephone. If I had to leave a voice message, a return call was immediate. Any questions or concerns, although there really were none, were addressed promptly. The work was excellent and there were no problems with the City building inspection. Each inspection passed without a problem. I would highly recommend Florida Green Development to anyone considering replacing their roof. Finally Florida Green Development's Energy Saving Analyst Tohar Barak Buhbut made every step very clear and was very quick to clearly explain any questions and provided us guidance. They are the BEST. My wife and I are extremely satisfied. Florida Green Development EXCEEDED all expectations.

Very professional organization. They are knowledgeable about solar net metering and billing and provided the information I needed to make my decision to proceed. Free estimate session was extremely informative. I chose them over a diff company because they were very clear about exactly what products were being installed on my house. It was clearly a superior product, and was installed by people I could actually talk to.

My experience with them was excellent from start to finish! The initial visit helped to assess the cost and benefits of doing solar energy in my specific location.The representative answered all my questions and helped explain both about the technical side of how it works as well as the financial arrangements. In the end I was able to find a plan that required no money down from me to install and will from the beginning offers me savings on my monthly energy costs while adding value to my house. The installation and followup were all done professionally and without any issues or problems. Thank you

The company is great but i really want to praise the people that I have been working with. Since the initial interaction, Orelis was very personable, professional, honest, and went above and beyond to help me with my projects. She really went out of her way to ensure I had everything I wanted and kept me included in the process. Home projects are very stressful and they made me feel comfortable with all the work being done and in the loop. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was nervous about permits because i didn’t even know where to begin, but they walked me through it and obtained everything needed to complete the job. I am very happy with the work done and the level of ethics and professionalism. I recommend them to everyone

I had a 21kW grid-tied solar system installed by FL Green Development and I Couldn't be happier! I did a lot of research in advance and talked to a half a dozen other solar installers. I selected FL Development for their system knowledge, responsiveness, local presence and pricing. They reroof my house before the solar installation, they were very flexible with scheduling, and when the time of installation came, it went very quickly! During the quotation phase we talked about many different inverter options, FL Development initially provided and installed a design that they saw as affordable and meeting the production standards set out for the product, but after learning my exact intentions and expectations as the homeowner they were readily available to solve the error and finish the job to meet my exact expectations. Truly great customer service!

Very disappointed with the company! They are not honest on what you will be paying. They took advantage of my elderly parents. They ended up with a $ 33,000 bill after fees etc. For 6 windows and 3 doors that's a lot of money. With that kind of money they would off done the whole house. Awful people!

this company was fabulous. We wanted a system that would maximize our small roof and be worry-free. We looked over many quotes through but they quoted us a competitive price but said we could fit more panels by filling every inch of available roof. We liked them because they of the promising quote and the fact that they are worker-owned. but if we ever needed solar again (like if we moved), we would work with with these guys without hesitation.

FL Green Development was amazing!!!!!!!!. I have a large lot with multiple structures on it. They were able to build me a custom solar system on both of my structures and wow does it look amazing. The black on black panels they use are so modern and sleek all of my friends ask me where I got such a cool looking solar system. The whole process was seamless and they handled everything. Liroy their project manager was amazing through the whole process and I would 100% recommend this company. Great Job keep up the amazing work.

Wonderful company! Last year we hurried up and had new solar panels installed just as the pandemic was hitting. The installation was quick and painless. In fact, the workmen finished about two days early without cutting any corners. Very professional! The representative, was very personable and came out to check the finished job. I believe we may have even gotten an upgrade on the equipment. The two systems have work perfectly. The two maintenance visits were perfect as well. The gentleman arrived on time, took his time to do his job well, and was very polite without being intrusive or falsely friendly. We chose FL Green Development because a colleague from work recommended them. And sure enough, the best recommendations come from friends. We look forward to FL Development servicing our new solar systems for decade to come.

FL Green Development has implemented significant changes in its management. I want to express my gratitude to Andy and Catalina for their prompt response in addressing and resolving the unresolved issues with my home from the initial installation. Their involvement has helped me avoid a negative outcome, and I am thankful to the new team at Florida Green Development for their assistance in resolving these issues. Working with them this time has been an excellent experience, and I hope the company continues on this positive trajectory. If they do, I would certainly consider recommending them for future projects.

If I can give them negative stars I would. HORRIBLE experience in every single way. Not only did we pay a premium $$ for our windows but it took them over 10 months to install our windows (correctly). Numerous times they had the wrong sizes or couldn’t find the windows. It was a MESS from day one.

The first time they came they took out windows without checking the ones they had ordered fit and then left our sons room unsecured with two wood panels and a huge gap in between for over a MONTH!!!! Then they finally replaced it with more wood panels which we had for another three months!!!!!!

One time the installers didn’t show up till 5pm on a Friday night and left well after 9pm!!! They also replaced windows that were the wrong tint with windows the same wrong tint and damaged (very obvious bubbles). When asked what they would do about it the answer was nothing!!!! Still have the damaged windows in place.

They would leave a mess after each time the installers would come and unfortunately it was many times. They would also call us a day before the installers were due to come every. Single. Time.

They still owe us a few things and no longer answer our calls or texts. It was such a horrible experience I truly wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.

Unprofessional from the top to the bottom, they act as if they’re doing you a favor. I wish I could go back in time and never do business with them. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Jacob was extremely professional. He was always there, a phone call away, nothing was too much to ask. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him. The project turned out really beautiful. We are so happy we selected Florida green development.

I'm very disappointed with this company and the agent. I called PACE home improvement and this is the company that was referred. I have had my Central Air going on 2 years and have had numerous problems of not getting cold. I've reached out to the company who bounds me to the rep who ignores my calls n texts. She's not helpful at all!! I'm 67 years old and needs my AC to work properly, but these people don't care, but wants to charge me for a service call. I don't recall an inspection taking place and I can't get an answer on that. They have gotten paid!! This is the most disgusting business I've dealt with. I would not recommend them!!

We were just reviewing companies for hurricane Impact windows, and was so fortunate to have met Alejandro, he was on time, great customer service, knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything. He is a great asset to the company and we will be using Fl Green Development for many more projects. Recommend them 100%.

This company is excellent. They work hard, fast and are very efficient. With all the rain SW Miami has experienced a small leak caused our bedroom ceiling to collapse. This was at 10:40 at night. I had used this company before and was impressed with their work. I was texting and calling the company at 11pm. I received a response at 5:30 the next morning that help was on its way. The crew that came over worked dillegently to repair both the small leak and the ceiling. Their work is excellent.

My experience with FL Green Development was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. This is by far the most unprofessional and aggressive contractor I’ve ever dealt with. They repeatedly missed deadlines, failed multiple inspections, and sent out workers who clearly had no idea what they were doing. The same job had to be redone multiple times, and each time it got worse never able to get it right.

The project failed inspection twice, so they were obligated to fix things not out of goodwill, but because the city inspector caught them cutting corners and trying to play tricks to pass. When they couldn’t get it right and we were stuck in a loop, they offered a laughable $600 credit that didn’t come close to covering the damage they caused.

The owner himself yelled at me over the phone and threatened to put a lien on my house if I didn’t comply with last-minute, undisclosed permit charges. Then they tried to coerce me into signing a clause that would prevent me from leaving a review or even discussing what happened with anyone, tying it to that small credit. It makes you wonder how many others have gone through this and stayed silent. And yes, they actually recorded a lien before finishing the job, in retaliation for not accepting their new agreement. That’s how they operate: bullying and intimidation once you’re locked into a contract.

Even now, they’re refusing to take responsibility for clear warranty issues with doors they purchased and installed, pushing the burden onto the manufacturer to avoid accountability. They also changed managers multiple times, blamed everyone but themselves, and constantly dodged responsibility.

FL Green Development is not just unprofessional, they are manipulative, aggressive, and draining to deal with. I regret ever hiring them. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. Avoid them at all costs.
