Andy the project manager was amazing! He helped us super fast & with everything I need to be done. He listened to all my concern and made sure every single one of them was met! 10/10 recommend ! My windows looks beautiful finished !

Andy is an outstanding communicator with a terrific personality, going above and beyond to make sure the entire installation process was as perfect, as possible. He was incredibly attentive, answering every question I had right away—even after hours—to make sure there were no concerns or issues. Thanks to Andy, the entire process was timely, and smooth. **Review for Florida Green Development**

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Florida Green Development. From start to finish, the service was subpar. First, their customer service was nearly nonexistent. I struggled to get answers to my questions, and when I did reach someone, they were unhelpful and dismissive.

The installation process was a nightmare. They didn't show up on the scheduled date, and when they finally did, it felt rushed and disorganized. I was promised a clean and efficient setup, but the crew left a mess in my yard and damaged some of my plants in the process.

As for the solar panels, they’ve have not been activated significantly since installation which was in Sept 2021 here we are in Oct 2024 still not activated. I was led to believe I would see substantial savings on my energy bills, but instead, I’m paying even more. I’ve tried to reach out for support, but it seems like they’ve completely ghosted me.

Overall, I regret choosing Florida Green Development for my solar needs and would not recommend them to anyone. Save your time and money and look elsewhere!

This company installed 8 windows in my condo, during the installation they cracked the marble window sill in the front. They said they wouldn't replace it.the screens were installed backwards exposing the rubber screen seals to the outside. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Great company, we just finished doing home improvement kitchen, bathroom and Pool at my Dad’s house. Amazing experience, everything is perfectly done they were in all details, very respectful workers. Arrived exactly on time at every appointment. Very happy with pricing as well, we have a reasonable monthly payment thanks to Michelle. We interviewed many companies, very happy with my choice! Thank you FL green you guys were amazing.

n Fl Green Development did our impact windows couple of months ago. Overall, we were satisfied of the they did except for two things: the main door handle and lock was different from the one that we wanted/ordered and they made the wrong measurement of our bay windows which took a month to finish the installation. We called Andy for this door lock unfortunately it cannot be changed anymore but he made a deal with us that he will install the new door lock as soon as we have one available. To us Andy is an excellent Project Manager, he was there for us answering our call when we have concerns or questions during the installation. He is an asset to your company. Aside from him, you have a good group of employees like Eddie and Lazaro who did the installation. They are very courteous, polite and respectful, they listened to our concern, if we have any, during the installation. Also, Arthur, your sales person, who sit down with us and explain the procedure in properly completing the documents for the project.

In view of the above, we give your company four stars.

i’m very disapppointed with this company, very unprofessional. I started installing the doors and windows since march and I had to called every week to asked when they are going to finish the job, they don’t contact me at all. I don’ t recomend this company my experiences with them was horrible. This is the finished job. Wasted money

This is the most painless major construction experience I've had since I moved here in Florida back in 1998.
FL Green Development's staff are honest, ethical, straight-forward, principled & trustworthy. In short, this company has integrity, which is very rare here in Florida, & shows in the kind of people they hire. Starting from Tohar, who explained to me the program & financial options available to me thoroughly & patiently & who was always there to address my concerns from finish to end. Andy, was the project manager that was assigned to my project, who always answered my questions & concerns promptly through the project. And finally, the workers that were assigned to work on this project. Jesus & specially Jero, were very respectful with my belongings while they were working in my condo. They made sure that they cleaned up after their mess & at times, went above & beyond. Most important, they knew what they were doing & proved to be experts & had a lot of experience in what they were doing. They were not what one would consider "fly by night". I highly recommend that if you plan to have impact windows done in your home, I guarantee you that you will have such a positive, painless, pleasurable & not to mention highly satisfied with the outcome of the project.

Fl green has a good group of people, not just concern on the project but also in building a relationships with their customer. Completed work and came back to finish up any touch up needed. Did a great job on remodeling my bathrooms, painting and insulation.

My name is Marianela Castro. I hired the services of Florida Creen Development in May 2024 for a project that was originally a driveway, fence, and pool. Their representative (Valentina) gave me a price of $80,000 and told me everything would be finished in 3 months. After 3 months, they hadn't even started; Dan (the project manager) kept telling me that the city was delaying the permits. Finally, in mid-September, they submitted the permit, and then they told me they had measured the driveway incorrectly and that the city said the pool had to be smaller (I called the city, that was another lie). I didnt want to deal with them anymore so I told them to finish the driveway and forget about the rest. They increased the price of the driveway from $17,000 to $27,000. They finished at the end of November and there was a lot of cracks already by February. When I called them, they came, supposedly fixed it, and painted, but the paint came off in several places. They blamed the Miami weather. They came again, and the same thing happened again paint peeled off in several places. I don’t know if they just don’t know how to do the job or if the materials are of poor quality. In short, I have a cracked driveway with paint peeling in several spots for which I’m going to pay $27,000 over the next 15 years. They are liars and scammers, huge regrets ever contracting these people. I have picture and video proof of everything.

We hired FL green development company to do our roofing and bathroom project . The salesman Tohar sat down with us and explain in great detail their company operating procedures to complete their installation perfectly. The installer were all very professional , respectful and very impressive on their detail to perfection. We are 100% satisfied
