Low price, but somewhat at the expense of quality. In addition, I had to make 2 service calls for 2 windows within a few months of installing the windows. To be fair, the defects were fixed free. Lastly, I do not know how one can "misuse" a window lock.

I recently replaced my garden window with Ecotech Window. I am extremely happy with my new Ecotech window. Starting from emailing Eran, the owner, asking for a quote for the window and installation, and the final onsite removal of the old window and installing the window, all go smoothly. I now have plenty of fresh air and sunlight in my kitchen. I designed the split of my X-O-X window and Eran was very receptive to my idea and alerted me the limited range of my design. I accepted the limitation and got the design I wanted.
I feel I have made a very good investment for my home with my Ecotech Window.

Ecotech delivered us all of our new windows and doors earlier than promised and did so at a great price. They double checked all the measurements prior to ordering and everything came exactly as ordered. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new or replacement windows and doors.
