Great clean work and they take pride of their work. Eran came over during the installation and found some things that he wanted the installers to do better and he told him to redo one of the big doors that wasn’t easy to install is down to details.

Jose Vidal and Jacob Vidal has made a believer of what great service is. He and his son are great workers, neat , quick, and excellent service. They clean up after themselves. I have had the worst of home services and I was not pleased, but these two guys are GREAT!!!!

Had my patio and windows installed by Jose and Jacob last week at 3408 S Hardy in Tempe AZ. The installation was perfect and fast. From start to finish a fantastic experience. From scheduling my appointment with the office to having the representative come to my home answering all of my questions and concerns. Showing me all of the products and helping me choose the best option for me. Within a day my project manager came to measure my windows he was full of knowledge and extremely professional. Once my windows came in they scheduled the install where the crew did a miraculous job in installing all of my 9 windows within the same day. I highly recommend this company from step 1 to finished product it was A+ customer service.

We used this company to replace all of our windows and our sliding glass patio door. Our electric bill has gone down substantially and the outside noise from the street and neighbors I no longer hear. I am so happy with our new windows.

We had two other companies come out and give us estimates for the windows and then never heard from them again. From the very beginning with my initial visit with Stan who was very detailed oriented and who took his time to explain everything to me and Zeb the Tech that came to take the Final measurements for the windows and Emma, who kept in contact with me every step of the way to Sean and his assistant, being on time and courteous and doing an awesome job in installing the windows . We purchased new windows for our home through Select Home Improvements and couldn't be more happy about the results. The Anlin windows are very energy efficient and are a huge upgrade from the original windows our 40+ year old home had. The new windows that were installed block out the sun's unrelenting heat and all the outside noise, even the neighbor's dog and the trash collection truck.

Everyone who helped us with the entire purchase process through the installation were professional and courteous. The installation crew were quick, efficient and clean. Thank you Jose & Jacob! you're the best!!

I’m sharing this review to help others make an informed decision about Southwestern Home Products.
The owner personally came to my home, took measurements, and assessed the installation area, including seeing my dog. However, the pet door that was ordered and installed was the wrong size, which required corrections later on.
While I was willing to move forward and resolve the issue, the situation resulted in a significantly higher final cost. Additionally, the overall quality of the work did not meet expectations, particularly in the finishing details.
I made multiple attempts to address these concerns directly, but a fair resolution was not reached, and the experience became frustrating.
In the end, I am left needing to hire someone else to correct the work.

I had a broken window and was unsure who i could call to get it repaired quickly. Luckily I connected to the right person. David was very knowledgeable and came quickly eventhough it was a weekend. The job was done accurately and very neatly. He even worked around my large dogs and was able to gain their trust as he spoke calmly to them. I was very pleased with the job he did and he was also very reasonable with the price as well. I will definitely call him again next time and would recommend his services as well.

I had an emergency on a Saturday and called David. He came by, helped me clean up glass and then took my glass door frame to get a new glass installed. He brought it back and installed it with great professionalism. Everything was done within about 2 hours or less! Mr David....thank you very much for your assistance. Great service! I was moving and waited last minute to get my broken window fixed. With is being a holiday hardly any businesses were open. Npt only was David available but he came out quickly and got the glass replaced. It looks so much better than the other pain that was still in place. What a life saver!

I had an in-wall doggy door installed by this company, and it came out wonderful! I was a little scared because I knew they were going to cut a hole in my wall, but they were extremely cautious and professional throughout the entire process. They explained all fees and the differences in the pricing if wires had to be moved. I highly recommend this company! My dog Maxileo is extremely happy with it :)

What we thought would be a stressful experience turned out to be seamless thanks to their skill and attention to detail.
