    I would give zero stars if I could. Bob's installed all the plumbing in my home and in the past five years both hose bibs burst (even though they were properly shut off and winterized) . A valve used in the main bath burst and also caused water in my lower level.

    I called this morning, after realizing my a/c was inop. Before I was done at the fitness center, Bob's had been out to the house, fixed the problem and left me a message on what was done. Fantastically prompt and professional service.

    Ask for help in early August to install a boiler and the secretary was fairly rude about calling so late in the year and expecting help by winter. I asked that she have someone call me back and she said she'll try. I never received a call back. Im not sure how the rest of the business works buts her customer service was horrible.
