We bit off a bit more than we could chew with our landscaping plans and called in Sugar River to save us from ourselves. James was very professional and answered all of the questions we had quickly. The price was fair and the work was done quickly. We are incredibly happy with the work they did and our yard looks so much better. We’ll definitely use them again in the future.

James and his team have been our landscapers for almost 3 years. James is a great communicator and does well with the landscaping needs of a small/mid-size condo association. He’s reliable, courteous, and is efficient in his work! Thank you for keeping our place looking fresh James and crew!

James and Kelsey are some of the greatest people you will meet. I have had them plant trees prior to this, but most recently, they performed a beautiful landscaping project. They both kept me up-to-date throughout my project, and followed through with watering guidelines for both grass seed and newly planted perennials. They helped me decide what colors of stone would look good with my other existing house colors as well. Besides ensuring each stone and plant was placed perfectly, James, Kelsey and other staff went the extra mile by adding extra mulch to another area of my yard. Their attention to detail is by far, very comforting and ensuring, knowing I chose the right people for the right project. I highly recommend Sugar River Services for anything related to landscaping. I feel confident in stating I have developed a trusting relationship with James and Kelsey…I am already in works for a deck and paver patio! We appreciate the great looking and super sturdy block retaining wall to replace our old tires wooden wall. The work was done very quickly, and the surrounding yard was setup with seed and straw to return it to looking perfect in no time. We will use Sugar River again for future landscaping needs. 100% recommend.

We used Sugar River Services for a 2-level,
Illuminated stone patio with fire pit, steps and a place for a hot tub. My husband and I are over the moon with how the project turned out from start (design) to finish. Kelsey and James were great to work with. Communication and project management were strong.
