He worked with our schedule to come out to the property, inquire about our needs, and got us a quote just a few days later. He was the right balance of friendly and professional, and he gained our trust and our business. He clearly outlined the times he would arrive, what we could expect with each visit, and he even offered to work around our kids' nap schedules so the noise wouldn't bother them, which was really thoughtful. He and his associate did quick yet thorough work and they cleaned up after themselves completely. We are so pleased with the service we received from them, and will be using them in the future as we continue our home projects. Highly recommend Sugar River Services. We needed quite a few feet of edging replaced in our landscaping. James and his professional staff did an excellent job. They fit us in quickly, showed up on time and left everything clean. The edging is perfect, but I was most impressed with James taking us around and telling us what we need to do for landscape maintenance; from regrading an area to avoid basement flooding to suggesting new downspouts. We're looking forward to working with him in the future to relandscape our front yard.

The crew at Sugar River Services takes care of our general maintenance, lawn care and snow removal for our condo association in Verona. They do a great job on all aspects of our changing needs. Sugar River responds quickly when different challenges arise during the changing winter conditions. We also use their services as a general contractor for our aging condo units when need be. They are very knowledgable on all our general maintenance and construction projects. While president of the association, we hired Sugar River Services, and years later now that I am VP, we are still very impressed with their services today.

We had a massive leak in our basement. Sugar River came in to perform the water remediation and remodeling, they went above and beyond to replace the carpet and upgrade with vinyl plank. They brought in dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and flood cut all the drywall before mold set in. James fully handled the claim with the insurance company...we could not be happier with their work!

They provided a design rendering as well as a video which helped us see the concept and plan, decide on paver types, as well as determine the best color fit for our yard. James, Kelsey, and Crew were very professional, hard working, responsive and provided great communication from first visit to completion.
They were very patient with my requests and concerns and offered many ideas and suggestions.
The crew removed an overgrown area in the yard, cleaned up and improved an egress window area and retaining wall, removed several bush stumps, installed mulch beds, and design of native plant beds.
I assumed this would take several days and the crew was able to knock the job out in one day!
