I found them on Google and while looking around, I called about 5 different carpet cleaners. Charis was the only company that answered the first time I called. They were able to come on the day I needed and did an amazing job!

Ronn was on time and did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. He made sure that we were satisfied with his work - we will definitely call him again the next time we need the carpets cleaned

Hello,the carpet “looked clean” and truthfully it was better than it was ,but after it dried WOW! I had mention 3 rooms in basement and he quoted me a price,price stayed the same,but areas,nope,half clean,my husband has rheumatoid arthritis and is a senior and i am a disabled Veteran,and the text we received stated WE ARE ON OUR WAY. It was one person and lightweight items were not moved.Next day we used our Kirby to go over areas. Thank you for motivating us to finish.

Fast responding great customer service service was quick and fast very clean smells fresh. I am very pleased for my results.

They were here on time early in fact! They quoted an hour and it was less than an hour! My whole house smell good and the only carpet I have is upstairs! I bet you can’t tell we have a cat now! He was fast and throughout.

Absolutely worth your time and money! He is so professional, kind, and is fair with his pricing. A white carpet and try money at-home solutions to get it cleaned as I am a student and don’t have many options. This business has fair pricing, is prompt when responding to your and absolutely returned my carpet to better than new.

CFH cleaned all carpeted areas in my house. They did an amazing job. They looked so clean and like new. I’m allergic to fragrance and there was hardly any strong smell after cleaning. The pricing was great as well. I HIGHLY recommend using CFA!

Used for about 6 months to clean my business. Almost zero support for anything. Billing department is a complete mess. Expect frequent mistakes and demands for money that they will apologize for when they sort out, only to send another invoice a week later threatening legal action for a bill that was already paid. (Also, there is no auto pay option, which is very annoying and time consuming if you plan to keep services for regular cleaning.)

To top it off, the cleaning itself I would give a 6/10 at best.

I HIGHLY recommend using just about anyone else.
