Very unprofessional a waste of time and money. Do not use company find other means.

I think they employ more telemarketers and salespeople than actual cleaning staff. Stop calling and spamming me, please!

What a waste. Hired to clean, but the person assigned often sent his daughter to do it. No refund unless he approves it, which of course he didn't. Also, their floor cleaner they insisted on using created a buildup that took many mopping sessions to remove. Avoid using them! I attached a photo of where someone spilled on the floor and when we cleaned it up we noticed how much better the floor we cleaned looked.

Coverall itself is a scam. They wanted you to pay them first but when your check come. They made you wait for a whole months just to get your first check.

Coverall of Milwaukee does a great job with their Franchisees and it shows with the retention of their sites which averages over 5 years!

The management was very unprofessional and unresponsive to issues we had with our cleaning. The floors were never properly mopped, the toilets were not regularly cleaned, and the sinks were just wiped off. The offices were barely dusted. The services promised were never done despite my bringing them to the attention of our contract cleaner and the staff including leaving a voice messages for our Field Consultant who just gave the cleaner my email and never followed up. When I sent an email to cancel the service I had no reply from either the sales consultant or customer service rep in charge of our account. Very disappointed overall.

We used coverall for our cleaning and wasn’t happy with the service. We called repeatedly telling them to cancel our service. For some reasons, the communication is very bad and they keep billing us for services that they did not performed. We have call record, camera footage that they never service us and continue billing us asking for payment. It has been months since we tried to cancel and its like pulling teeth with them to get them to CANCEL AND STOP BILLING US. I do not recommend this company.

Coveralls was a big help in starting my business due to me having a full time job and kids. It has its pro’s & cons just like any other business venture.The thing that was most important to me was not having the funds to invest in my business and coverall helps with that,now I been in business since 2017 and still rocking and rolling..THANKS COVERALL 🥰😘

As a franchise owner investing in coverall was a complete mistake! They are horrible if you get on Jeff’s bad side after he fills your package you will never get new business again! If you get a complaint Coverall treats it like the end of the world but if you are dissatisfied with your customers there’s nothing you can do besides work until you sell the account and after you do that Jeff will never offer you new business! If you yell at anyone in the office you will not get new business! Jeff does not care about the fbo especially if you try to challenge his authority! This experience has been nothing but a financial burden, I requested several meetings with Jeff’s boss and it’s been over a year since I requested and still no meeting! They left a voicemail telling me when Josh would be available and expecting me to be there with out confirming my schedule! They barely answer the phone , text or email. This company is horrible they were a complete waste of time ! If jeff doesn’t like you your business will go down really quick! I should upload all my emails and texts to show how horrible Jeff is with managing ! He wants all his workers to do everything while he sits in a chair and spins in a circle all day calling shots ! He helps whoever he likes and I am not an ssa kisser! They also don’t get billing right! Which is how we get our money!

Our office has worked with Beltran Cleaning Services LLC through Coverall for the past 2 years and are very pleased with the work they do! Very thorough and responsive to requests we have. A definite step above cleaning services we've used in the past.

Awful service and worse management and owner. I paid them $1,190 to do some carpets and a kitchen floor in my small cape cod home. They rushed through and were gone in less than 1.5 hours. They did not move the small nightstands or dressers even though I had everything removed for them. Basically did two strokes with the carpet cleaner in two small rooms and were done. The kitchen floor which they charged over $600 to clean and seal the tiles and grouting was never done. I called and she manager just kept saying she had to talk with the crew, never called back. Very unprofessional on the phone. It was like talking with a teenager. Owner only responded because he knows I have his staff on video. His resolution was to re-do what they should have done and charge me another $450! He said that was a $540 discount-what a scam artist! I am a business owner myself and have given them many referrals for my elderly clients over the years but never again. I am writing to warn others to stay away form this place. It starts at the top, and this owner is a scammer.

Luz and Noemi went above and beyond with our cleaning today! Everything looks exceptional and we are looking forward to having them back next month.

Instead of our usual Team 4 today, we had Ashley and Amya, a new team. Both young ladies were very energetic, working constantly, even while chatting with me briefly. They were very congenial. Cleaning Authority should be proud to employ them.

So glad we opted to hire The Cleaning Authority! They are thorough and responsive .

So incredibly disappointed. Feel like I got totally scammed. Paid $400 for a deep clean and had a film of dust over everything when they left. Have to redo it all myself. Asked specifically for a deep clean of the kitchen and have the top of my refrigerator and backsplash completely covered in dust not ever touched. Asked them to be very careful and not touch the hardwood floors and have steaks all up and down them. The quality checks are a joke. It lasts 30 seconds and doesn’t give you any time to look. Do not go here, you’ll get scammed like I did. Much better and more affordable options in the area.

Friendly people and excellent service. And being OCD, well I’m not easy to please — but they certainly did!

Everyone at the Cleaning Authority was SO helpful, friendly, and attentive. From the initial consult with Sarah to the actual cleaning completed by Josh and Steven (who are incredible!), I couldn't be happier with the experience and results. Josh and Steven are personable, efficient, and thorough, and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. We'll definitely be utilizing their services again. Highly recommend!!
