Excellent service! Tyler was extremely helpful. Showed me how to light the pilot light and told me I could always call chimney concepts, if I was having trouble, and they could help talk me through it. He pointed out a problem, corrected it and reset the logs. Fireplace looks great!

Every aspect of the process of converting our wood burning fireplaces to gas logs was positive and pleasant due to the team members at Chimney Concepts/The Fire Factory. Stacy and Dan were patient and knowledgeable and answered all of our initial questions. Kyle and his partner and Jerry and Alex were amazing-- patient, kind and professional. Our technicial, Devon, was very efficient and friendly. He was early for the appointment and called ahead to confirm schedule change, then did the cleaning and inspection and left area around the firleplace exactly as it looked when he arrived. Greg Job!

Devon did a great job cleaning our fireplace and chimney. He was quick, efficient, and easy to communicate with. He also pointed out a problem with our gas chimney brickwork that will need attention. We'd highly recommend him.

Dylan was our guy and he was very thorough and talked with through the entire inspection and cleaning. He took extra care not to get anything dirty except for the tarps he was using. We were very very pleased with him and would recommend chimney concepts and Dylan in the future. He was concerned for us when delivering some bad news regarding some damage we had. He offered possible solutions with cost estimates as well. Both the expensive way to go as well less expensive options

Tyler visited our home to do maintenance on our gas fireplaces. He was courteous, respectful, and had a solid skill and knowledge base. He allowed time for us to ask questions, which was a huge plus, especially with my 94-year-old mother. He listened carefully to our venting issue with one of our gas fireplaces, understood the problem, and offered some possible solutions. I was very pleased with the service call!

Cody was very good, we love the way the fire place looks and it does heat up the room very nice. He was very considerate about taking off his shoes which I said he didn't have to worry about that, and he was having some difficulties removing the old fire place but he got it out! I've been happy with all the service through Chimney Concepts, from gas fireplace repairs to chimney work. They problem solve and don't try to upsell on unnecessary products or services.

Our tech was on time and very knowledgeable, not to mention friendly. The questions I had were answered on the spot and in a way I understood. Really enjoyed the completeness of the follow up condition report that was sent. I will call them when I need work on my home fireplace.

Had them come out and do a full inspection on both of my fireplaces in my new home. Devon was great. He did a thorough inspection and talked to me about everything he found. And explained what the issues that he found. And we discussed the next steps in what needs to happen to make them safe and ready to use again for years.

CC converted two remote operated fireplaces from wood to gas as I am too old to handle the wood. This winter were a wonderful convenience especially on the very cold days. The technicians were very knowledgeable and did the fireplace repairs and chimney upgrades needed. Highly recommend. Phil
