Devon was awesome with our fireplace inspection. He was knowledgeable and talked us through options for replacing our wood burning fireplace with a gas fireplace. We are looking forward to our estimates and working with Chimney Concepts in the near future!

I reached out to Chimney Concepts for an assessment of my gas fireplace. From the moment I contacted them, everything was handled with professionalism. They answered all of my questions and explained to me what they were doing in diagnosing my fireplace. Tyler was my technician and he was very professional in his demeanor. He attempted to troubleshoot my issues before jumping in and trying to sell me parts I may not need. I had consulted with other companies as well. Chimney Concept's pricing was 50% less expensive. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Chimney Concepts!

Tyler was great! Very knowledgeable and answered my 'many' questions. My fireplace and surround actually looks 'brand new'!!

Tighearnan, pronounced as (Tier-Nan) was assigned to inspect my chimney that was causing a leak into an upstairs bedroom. He arrived exactly on the appointment time. He was extreemly friendly, kind, answered any questions or concerns I had. He asked me if I would mind showing him any access in the house where the chimney could be seen. I showed him everything that was connected to a flue, and where the water leak was in the bedroom. When I showed him where the chimney came down from the roof into the atick he could see where the leak was coming from. His next inspection was the roof and chimney. NO, I did not join him on the roof. When he finished, he joined me at a table in the house. I was pleasantly amazed with how he explained what was causing the water leakage. He had taken a picture of each problem that was causing the leak. He would show me a picture, then explain why it caused a leak and how they would fix the problem. There were about five problems causing the leak, and he did a fabulous, understandable, explanation for all of them. Also, he NEVER made me feel like he had a busy day and had to rush to the next customer. He let me know that shortly they will send me the information on cost and what they will do to repair all the problem areas. Based on what I heard while the inspector was there, I most likely will accept them to do the repair.

We could not be happier with our experience with Chimney Concepts when they upgraded our valve and burner. Dave was great at evaluating our needs via phone, texts and emails so we never had to leave our home. He helped us get the best, most cost effective option. Tyler who did the work could not have been better. He explained everything and did flawless work.

We are big fans of Chimney Concepts. We have had them servicing our fireplace for years, first when it was a wood-burning fireplace, then after they switched it over to a gas fireplace when we finally decided to do that. They are always honest with us about our needs, provide options, they are experts in their profession. They are always courteous, personable and friendly. Recently, we have had many medical personnel coming into our home, and frequently, they ask about our beautiful fireplace, commenting that the fire looks like a natural wood-burning fire. Devon serviced our fireplace today and I would highly recommend his services. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job restoring our fireplace. He replaced the volcanic rock and fibre and ensured the flame was burning evenly across the range. A detailed report and chimney inspection was sent through after completion.

James and Chris were very quick and efficient. There was great communication throughout the entire process. I can already feel a world of difference in the air quality of my home and I appreciate that before and after pictures were provided. I am grateful I know who to call for this service in the future!

Arrived exactly in the timeframe that was stated. The work was quick and efficient. I had my dryer duct/vent and dryer cleaned out. The guys were awesome and did a tremendous job.
I will be calling Totally Clean each time I need this service performed again.

First time ducts cleaned in 70 year old house. In this case it was definitely needed. Even found tennis balls of all things. Emmanuel and Chris were very thorough and polite. Many before and after photos for reference were nice.

Immanuel and Chris did an amazing job! They thoroughly explained what they needed to do before starting and were very prompt. Thru actually finished up a bit earlier than estimated, which was a delight. Would definitely hire again!

Great to work with - James, the owner, is very detailed with his communication and quoting. From there, we had Emmanuel and Chris on the project for 2 days. They were very thorough and made sure that everything was clean prior to doing the sealing. The cleaing goes pretty smoothly and the sealing for 2 systems went well - there was a significant difference in the before and after the sealing when they showed the results.

For the last few days, I've noticed that the AC is coming out stronger from the registers with the cleaning and sealing compared to before.

It is an investment yet one that will pay off and top notch team in regards to professionalism, quality, and communication.

The workers were on time, even early actually. They were quick and precise at their jobs and altogether were very professional and helpful when asked a question. I am very pleased with the job they did and the workers themselves .

Highly recommend Totally Clean! Price was fair and the work was excellent. It's clear that James takes a tremendous amount of pride in his craft and makes every effort to be respectful of his clients' homes with a thorough cleanup. My family has an infant, and Totally Clean worked with us to find an expedited time slot, which we definitely appreciated. Given how nasty our vents were, I anticipate a much healthier environment in our home going forward. Would not hesitate to book again for any future needs.
