I had been experiencing difficulty with my Electrolux clothes dryer. Clothes were not drying very well and required running them through another cycle before completely dry. I also started to notice a burnt smell in the clothes and the dryer, after which I immediately ceased to run the dryer.

I called Air Quality Controllers, LLC, explained the problem to them and within a few hours they arrived to service the dryer.
I was concerned, since there is very little room to access the rear of the dryer due to the physical limitations of the small room.

To my surprise Danny and Ben, the Technicians from Air Quality, very efficiently accessed the rear to enable them to service the dryer. They soon discovered the corrugated vent had a severe twist, hindering the air flow that acted as a gathering point for lint buildup. This must have been that way since the original dryer installation 9 years ago and, even though I would occasionally vacuum the vent system, I'm surprised the severe problem didn't surface sooner.

The end result after a total clean out of the vent system is no more burnt smell, no more additional cycles for completely dry clothes and good air flow through the vent system. Air Quality will always be my go to for any future problems.

Donny, Robert, and Liz did a great job! They were prompt, professional, kind, and efficient! I've had my ducts cleaned before by a different company, and Air Quality Controllers LLC was much more thorough, and they did a far better clean-up job. I would definitely recommend them.

Very disappointed - damaged my home in multiple spots. In two places, they dragged their equipment around a corner and took off paint/drywall that needed to be re-textured. The stripped a screw on return a vent (didn't even tell me) and left a screw bit on my toddlers changing pad. AND they chipped a dresser.

They ended up returning my money plus 10%. BE CAREFUL - their terms say they'll only give you 110% back regardless of what they damage so don't agree to that in the sales contract.

Would never use them again.

Had the ducts cleaned in our new house and they did great work! Very professional employees, showed before and after photos. When I called to schedule the cleaning, they were very thorough in explaining the process and exactly what they would all be doing. Very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend.

Excellent! Team arrived on time, were very thorough, and conscious of our pets and their needs. It took them about 2.5 hours. Great job Donny, Liz , and Vulgan(sp?). Would recommend in a heartbeat!

I called and spoke to the owner Don last week to schedule an appointment. He was friendly and very knowledgeable providing a nice explanation of the service they provide. Today the 2 technicians came out to do the job. Both showed up exactly when they were scheduled. Both were friendly and courteous throughout the entire visit. It took about 2 1/2 hours. They provided before and after pictures of the vents and ducts. I think they did a great job and would recommend them to others. Price was certainly fair as well. Thank you for a job well done.

I had Air Quality Controllers LLC come out to my condo today to have them perform air duct cleaning as well as dryer vent cleaning on my ranch condo. Kevin, Robert, and Hayden were very professional, knowledgeable, and exemplified outstanding customer service. From my initial call to schedule the appointment with Kevin, I was treated in a professional manner and educated on what air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning entailed. The technicians Robert and Hayden explained the entire procedure to me upfront, and performed the air duct/dryer vent cleaning in a seamless manner. They showed me before/after pictures from their visit. I am so thankful that I chose Air Quality Controllers LLC. If you want the job done right, choose Air Quality Controllers LLC for they are a "high quality" company that truly cares, and does excellent work!

The Air Quality Controllers team of Kevin, Donny and Hayden did an amazing job at my home. We had our ducts cleaned, dryer vent cleaned and a UV Light installed on our furnace for cleaner air. Danny and Ben just cleaned my dryer vent and my air vents this afternoon. They were consistently hard-working, pleasant and patient as I peppered them with questions (I’ve never had these services done before and frankly I was a bit skeptical) and professional. I saw evidence of all the dust that was collected and am delighted that I called this company! 10 out of 10!

I was referred to AQC and now I know why 😊 My whole experience / working with AQC was amazing. I submitted a form on their website for a quote and received a call back from Kevin within 2 hours and was scheduled for cleaning within 3 business days! Donny and Liz arrived right on time. They explained the process in depth so we knew what to expect. They went out of their way with a mess of a window that had broken plexiglass and carefully removed it and put it back on – not even part of their job! Not to mention it was extremely cold this day but worked outside to get this fixed. They genuinely wanted to help us.

Great service. Technicians removed all vent covers, throughly vacuumed every air return and heat vent. Used commercial suction system to clean HVAC. They just vacuumed, didn't spray any chemicals which I appreciated. Showed me pictures before and after. I think they did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have this service. There's a lot of scams in this business and Air Quality Controllers is a company I would trust.

We had our air ducts and dryer vents cleaned on a cold and rainy day. The two gentleman working on cleaning our air ducts were awesome. They were polite, careful, thorough and professional. After they left, it was as if they never came with the exception that our vents and ducts were clean and our dryer was working properly again! They also provided us with knowledge of taking care of the vents and dryer that we did not know. We have had Air Quality to our house before and we will have them again!
