We had our ducts and vents cleaned by Patrick. He did a wonderful job. He was on time, very professional, and clean. He was very informative through the whole process. We were able to see great before and after photos. I will use him again as needed and also recommend him to anyone. Thank you Patrick!!!

This is my best new heating and AC place!! As a new homeowner and having a boiler system for the first time, you can just imagine how hard it is to find someone that knows what there doing and being honest about it too! Call AJ Iverson because our baby’s room was very drafty because it was on the far end of our house. Within 20 minutes Marty called me to set up a time for him to come over the same day! He diagnosed the issue, corrected it and took the time to explain how we could address the issue with the various seasons. I could not be more pleased with the service we received. Contacted this company in June to inspect and give me a proposal to repair/replace the HVAC units for one of our new commercial Tenants. Shawn visited the premises promptly, and soon informed me that it was a complicated job and he would need to meet with an engineer on site, prior to being able to give me a written assessment and proposal. I didn't even bother speaking with other vendors since I wanted to work with someone I had used before and also because Shawn said that the job was "complicated." Two months later, I am still waiting. Just called him now and he said he was too busy with other projects to "help" me. Didn't even have the decency to call and inform me. Complete waste of time. Never again.

I was very impressed considering the installer was alone no help, and he did a very very very awesome job installing the windows… very efficient and what I loved the most was how he cleaned the windows from smudges etc. afterwards….

Don't do it! The service is terrible. "Dave" the manager could care less about your problems! Spent 30K on a bathroom remodel and the ceiling lights went out in a year! I miss the old sears that stood by their products and service, today all you'll get is lip service! have your remodeling done elsewhere and save yourself some grief.

I went without heat from 12/19/17 to 2/5/18. Sears hired someone to install my boiler, the person kept rescheduling without notifying me. As this created a domino effect, pipes & radiators had to be replaced, costing more money, finally wanted to charge me $7500 to fix radiators, I called another company and they repaired the radiators for $467.25.
