Burkhardt installed my furnace about 2-1/2 years ago and receive annual AC and furnace check-ups. Today, Danny was out to make sure my furnace is ready to go for winter. As always, he thoroughly explained what he'll be doing, the results of the testing and photos of the inner workings, pointing out areas of concern or if everything is good-to-go.
When asked if I had any concerns, I mentioned that there's a spot in my older duct work that makes a very loud "THUD!" when the furnace powers on and off. He located the offending area, added some braces, tested it several times and...THUD-BE-GONE! Bonus...NO CHARGE!

This is one of the only places who fix hvac systems that don’t make me feel like I’m getting scammed into buying overpriced things , I really appreciate that as a single female homeowner . I love this company for sure. Their work is always good and they move pretty quick.

Troy and Andy were thorough, professional, and listened to our desired placement of the air outlets (attic Unico System). We had existing outlets and the additional outlets needed to be threaded through wall cavities. We wanted to maintain a similar placement of So that they blended in with the others, which they did!

When the wrong units were accidentally installed, Horst quickly remedied the issue without need of extra convincing or persuasion.

29 year old furnace died Thursday night. Went on Burkhardts website in the middle if the night and scheduled a service call....Midday Friday they came out and got it running....but I wanted to replace them because if their age. Salesperson (Elliot) came out Friday afternoon....Conner and Chico came over Monday morning and installed. Easy to work with, courteous, and did a professional looking job.

We’ve been having an issue with air distribution to our bedrooms; some getting too much air and others not enough. We’ve been told various reasons but today my tech Danny Brown did an awesome job today with tracing, labeling and capping off an unnecessary closet vent to he the flow to the appropriate places. He was very thorough and patient. Excellent job!

Had a great experience. Ricardo showed up to do a tune up in our radiator system. We had just moved into our new (old) home a few months ago, we knew two radiators weren’t heating & he got them working no problem, tuned up the whole system. They were great, & everything you’d expect from professionals.

He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and explained everything clearly as he went along. I truly appreciated his thoroughness, efficiency, and willingness to answer of all of our questions. Excellent service and I feel confident knowing my furnace is in good hands.

Our technician, Chris, did a fantastic job. He was friendly and efficient. I tried my best to explain what I thought the problem was and he listened to me patiently, then shared his expertise and taught me a few things. He then fixed the issue quickly and cleanly and followed up with me to discuss what he did, showing me before-and-after photos of parts I wouldn’t be able to see after he put it all back together.

I missed a call from Danielle at the office to confirm my appointment, and she still got me in for the next day! Amazing!

The repairman, Danny, was great. He checked in with me before his visit, he spent time diagnosing all issues with our furnace and explained thoroughly what needed to happen. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Also, he was honest in his appraisal of our issues. He took detailed pictures as part of the process and this was extremely helpful.

I've been using Burkhardt for all my heating/cooling needs and they are a fantastic business. I get my furnace and central air unit tuned up periodically and I have to say, I really enjoy the service. I had Danny tune up my furnace and it was a smooth process. Great communication and timeliness! Definitely went above and beyond with my service!

Unbelievably good. I called 3 other HVAC companies and nobody else would get someone out tonight. Burkhardt had a tech to my house in about an hour. Tech was super friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. I couldn't believe how quickly the issue was identified and fixed. The additional testing was also much appreciated. I never would have been able to do this myself and am glad I called a professional. The price was fair and worth it. I will be using Burkhardt for all my HVAC needs going forward. Now I just have to remember to schedule that routine maintenance...

We had issues with our heating thermostat. Carl was our service technician. He was courteous and attentive to our needs. He did a thorough inspection and repaired the issue. He also gave us some helpful recommendations for the future.
