Josh was totally professional and prompt. He kept me informed during every step of the installation. He worked alone, was efficient, removed all trash, and left my space clean. If you have a choice for installation, CHOOSE JOSH! Horrible circumstances required his visit, my furnace needed replacement, but Im so glad he was both fast and professional.

Had to have a new furnace installed in my commercial property. William handled the job efficiently and professionally as you could hope for. Right in time for the winter.

He diagnosed the issue and was transparent with cost prior to doing anything further. William gave good advice on routine things to look for and complete in the future. Had the pleasure of having Danny come assist with replacing my furnace motor. He was professional and knowledgeable and did overtime to make sure we had heat when needed. He was quick and efficient. Job will done. Highly recommend!

Initially, very responsive and answered all my questions (William) and then Chris/AJ installed our new unit quickly after our initial call. The service was done between 48 hours which was a great turnaround.

Amending my review because we have since asked for William’s assistance in filling out an insurance form requested by our insurance and he has not sent it even after my husband has sent it over email several times.

Again, the service and techs were great but it had been frustrating and a prolonged process for us to get the form completed by him which is why I’ve since lowered my ratings.

I’m disappointed with the lack of follow through and wish we could get that part resolved so we can continue on our end.

Today I had William come over to diagnose the issues with my furnace. For the last month or so it’s been working on and off. My landlord has had someone come out and try to fix it with no avail. Today William came out and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and work with my landlord to come up with a fix. William was pleasant and professional. I am glad that he came out and that my issue is being resolved! Definitely recommend!

I had an emergency issue where my heating won't kick in over the weekend. I called for an emergency visit. Within a few hours William showed up, found out my thermostat and igniter is faulty and repaired within the next couple of hours. It can't get better than this. William did an excellent job explaining about the issue and took care of it immediately. I am very happy with his service and will utilize him again for future maintenance work. With spare parts and labor, the overall work done was fairly priced. William, thanks for your great service!

Our furnace was making an awful noise. I called William at 7 am. He said he would be there in fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes later he arrived. He diagnosed the issue and said he would have to get the part and would be returning in about 45 minutes. True to his word he was back in 45 minutes with the new part. He installed the new part and cleaned the furnace. Had us up and running in no time. Response to service call was super fast. Installation was completed promptly. We have used William in the past and the service was always exceptional. Great job.

Greg arrived early for our preventative maintenance appointment and worked quickly and thoroughly to assess our system and needs. Quality Heating was great. Boiler stopped working, had no hot water and they were able to send someone over the same day! Greg & Garrett were awesome! They were friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. They checked everything, tuned up the boiler, fixed the issue and restored our hot water and heat in a few hours! Would definitely recommend them!

Love Quality Heating, just had Connor here for a routine furnace tune up. He did a great job of explaining what he was doing and even informed me that the blower motor capacitor was not running optimally. They are very knowledgeable and friendly!
