We have had Quality Plumbing out to our house twice since buying in fall 2024, so professional, so efficient, reasonable price. Took care of work on standpipe & discovered an open vent and missing trap that our inspector missed. Best we've had as homeowners since 1993.

Bryan and Colton came as a part of quality hearing. They were very courteous , listen to all complains , addressed all the concerns and showed few of the modifications I could do to control the flow better. Gave some sound advise on the heat controls

I had such a great experience working with Curtis from Quality Heating and Plumbing! He was incredibly kind, thorough, and took the time to walk me through everything he was doing and why. He even gave helpful recommendations on ways to winterize my plumbing and offered a complimentary walkthrough to check my water heater. Curtis was extremely prompt and completed our sump pump installation right away, quickly, professionally, and without any issues. It’s rare to find someone who’s both highly skilled and genuinely thoughtful, and Curtis is exactly that. Highly recommend!

Bryan was our service tech for our annual furnace inspection and tune up. He has been our tech on previous visits, and we once again had the same professional and friendly experience with him. He takes pride in his work, is very thorough, and makes sure we are fully aware of what was needed or done during his visits. Quality replaced my gas hydronic heat system and upgraded my electrical system. Their service was outstanding. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They answered calls, responded immediately, were on time, and cleaned up after their work. Greg (and assistant) did the furnace and Steve, Billy, and Carson did the electrical. We noticed a leak coming to an area related to our boiler. Quickly called Quality Heating and they came the same morning and fixed our current issue and then another one we have had for a while. Greg was able to find what was wrong with both items and fixed them right away. I can say that his profile fits him very well, he brings you the calmness and assurance of experience along with a detailed job.

We had an amazing experience with Quality during an extreme cold spell when our furnace suddenly stopped working. They provided amazing emergency service, and our technician Bryan L, was super timely, thorough, and very informative. He clearly explained the issue and got everything working quickly. Incredible company! We’ve used Quality for our heating service for a few years now but we just recently used their wonderful plumbing team to replace our water heater. Curtis L came out same day and replaced the water heater on one of the coldest days of the year. Super professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Incredibly grateful for this company.

Excellent across the board. Tech was able to address and answer all of my many questions and concerns. But, for $200, it would be appreciated if my standard size filter(1×16×25) would have been replaced. In the past visits this was a perk freely done as a part of the service and at a much lower service cost.
I think I will use my dirty furnace filter to block the dangerous rays from the sun as I save the planet.

We hired Quality to perform some miscellaneous electrical upgrades at our home. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was personable and professional. The service and communication were excellent. We would not hesitate to work with them again!

Daniel and Kayden installed a new furnace for me today. They did an excellent job. All my questions were answered, and I asked a lot of questions! But Daniel and Kayden were very knowledgeable and supplied answers to all that I asked. I have been a customer of Gross Heating and A/C for many many years. They do not disappoint.

Randy Belongia is one of the best and his great personality is the reason I will always call Gross Heating & Air Conditioning first! He is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. As a young (newer homeowner) I appreciated his willingness to take the time to educate me about my HVAC equipment and how to properly maintain it. Every interaction with Randy has been wonderful and he continues to go above and beyond. I highly recommend Randy for any service you may need done!

Randy our service technician just left and I am beyond satisfied with the service. Every interaction with Gross Heating has been great. Scheduling was so easy to do online, the customer service representative who called was friendly and responsive. I got a call that Randy was on the way and he came right on time. I had asked for a general maintenance, but he clearly had done his homework before coming and had read through some past issues we've had and asked about those too, even though that's not what I had scheduled. He never made me feel rushed, showed me features on my equipment I never knew I had, thoroughly explained everything he was doing, even gave me his number so I could send him a follow up message on how things were working out with the equipment. Overall just a wonderful experience.

Our 35 year old furnace was not keeping up to the challenge of this winter and we called for an estimate for a new furnace. The time between estimate and installation was less than four days. Professional and efficient installation with great attention to detail completed the experience from Jerry and Eric. Installers found more efficient ways to position the new furnace. Also polite, friendly and honest in their manner. I would highly recommend Gross Heating!
