Furnace blower motor replaced by me...and I couldn't get it to work properly. I called Gross, explained the situation, they sent Nels to my house, who in about 5 minutes saw and fixed the problem. Competent, friendly, fair, responsive, honest...call Gross...you'll be glad you did!

After the horrible flooding in our area, we were in urgent need of a new furnace—and Gross Heating and Cooling truly delivered. Jerry, the co-owner and technician, personally came out and installed a Carrier Infinity furnace the same day. His expertise, professionalism, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier.

Behind the scenes, his wife Cari was instrumental in scheduling everything. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and efficient—making sure the process moved quickly and smoothly. It was clear that this is a team that truly cares about their customers.

Jerry took the time to explain the features of the system, ensured everything was running perfectly, and treated our home with respect. Despite the chaos from the flooding, he left the space spotless and made sure we felt confident with the new setup.

The Carrier Infinity has already made a noticeable difference in comfort and efficiency. But what really stood out was the dedication and compassion from both Jerry and Cari. They went above and beyond, and we're incredibly grateful!

I had a furnace technician come out during extremely cold temperatures because I was worried my furnace wasn’t working. I was initially quoted $279 for an after-hours service call. When the technician arrived, within five minutes we discovered the issue was simply dead thermostat batteries. I provided my own AAA batteries, and no repair work was needed.

After that, I was told the total was $376.81, because the technician said he charges based on “how many times he has to touch something.” This pricing was never disclosed upfront. When I asked for some grace given how minor the issue was and that I supplied the batteries myself, I was told he couldn’t adjust the price because he had previously “gotten in trouble at the office” for doing so.

I understand service calls cost money, but this felt misleading and unfair, especially given the lack of transparency and the fact that the issue was resolved almost immediately with no parts or labor from the company. I feel taken advantage of during a stressful situation, and I would not use this company again.

Our experience with Third Coast was absolutely incredible. They were able to get us in the same day we reached out, was punctual, fixed our unit super fast and explained everything each step of the way, as well as gave tips to help make our AC unit last longer. I have no doubt we will continue to use Third Coast for any future HVAC needs.

Excellent customer service, arrived on time and took the time to educate me on my HVAC system. They were very patient answering all of my questions and explained to me everything they were doing.

Honest HVAC company and they do not try to sell you anything you do not need. When they say something is free it actually is free. They do not use the free service for Veterans as a way to get into your house to sell you repairs.

Third Coast has shown me that there are still companies with integrity out there. Third Coast has raised the bar of HVAC companies.

A/C died overnight. I contacted Third Coast through the website portal at 7:08 a.m. on a Sunday. The service tech was at the house before 9:00 a.m., and I had an estimate in hand by 9:23 a.m. I approved and all of the work was completed within days. I always got text messages updating me. The work was done professionally. Couldn't ask for anything else.

Excellent experience. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. It is refreshing to be able to trust a company, especially when dealing with such important and expensive equipment. I also appreciate the business tech side of things... it took me only a few minutes to book them completely through the website, they sent several texts confirming and letting me know that they were en route, as well as when the job was finished. I was emailed a receipt before they even left the property. Very easy, uncomplicated experience.

If I could give Third Coast Heating and Cooling 100 stars I would. They are beyond professional, accommodating and sincere people you can trust. As someone who has to let contractors in my home while my husband is at work, I felt extremely comfortable, which is really important to me. Jim is a sheet metal whiz, and his level of detail and quality are beyond measure. Sam the owner, even stopped by to see how things were going and if I had any questions. Sam will always answer your call too - even on the weekends (thank you!). Chase was so patient with explaining the thermostat features to me. I never felt pressured to sign with them, but knew from the instant we met this veteran-owned company was the one for us. I can't stress how happy we are with the work Third Coast provided us and how truly this is a team you can rely on and most importantly trust. Just thank you everyone at Third Coast!!!! Sam and Joey did an absolutely amazing job with our HVAC system. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Not only did they complete the work flawlessly, but they also made sure to clean up everything afterward—leaving the space even better than they found it.

What really stood out was how helpful they were. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and gave us some great tips for maintaining the system and improving efficiency. You can tell they really care about their work and their customers.

5 Stars and then some! I highly recommend Third Coast Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of heating and/or cooling services. Our furnace died on an 11 degree December morning and Sam and Jake showed up to save the day. They were compassionate, friendly, detailed, focused and provided a beautiful new furnace installation and left no trace in their work area. Sam will be my first call for all future heating and/or cooling services!

They came this morning and replaced my ac unit and some things inside. They were knowledgeable and answered every question I had no matter how dumb. 10/10 recommending to everyone.

Sam and his team truly are in this business to help, and that's what they do! Their quick response time and dedication to customers requests really is hard to come by now a days. I plan on moving all my business over to Third Coast HVAC - thanks guys!

They arrived on time (even a little early), diagnosed the problem with my thermostats quickly, and replaced them. Joel was very professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. I would contact them again if needed.

Had a great experience with this company. Needed our furnace replaced because of flooding. Called and within 24 hours had our furnace replaced and running. Professional and friendly staff and very reasonably priced. Didn’t try to upsell us things we didn’t need, which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Jovany showed up early, promptly got down to business. He educated me on the heating and air conditioning system in our newly acquired house, and gave me pointers on routine maintenance I can do myself. Very happy with Jovany!

We called them for an emergency, and they arrived within an hour and fixed the issue right away. The price was fair, and the worker had a great attitude, friendly and professional. They also gave us helpful recommendations to prevent future problems.

I had warranty work on my pool heater. Jovany was pleasant and knowledgeable had a window of arrival 10-12 and I received a call that he could actually be there at 830 which worked out better for me.
