Literally the worst HVAC company I have experienced. A contractor hired them for our home renovation. They left plastic material/owners manual in furnace, so when we started it for the first time we almost burned out the furnace. House was not heating properly they came back could not find anything wrong, we had another hvac company come take a look- the intake was not connected to the furnace. So had third coast come back and then quoted an outrageous amount to fix there error.
Stay clear away from this company.

Third Coast Heating and Cooling was very responsive, professional and affordable. I started losing confidence in my existing furnace and knew that I needed a new one. I received a number of quotes, one of which was over double that of Third Coast. When I needed to make the change to get a new furnace Third Coast is who I called. Sam was great at getting me lined up for a new furnace install within a couple days and Jim did great work installing the unit. He fixed my intake, made a new housing for my evaporator coil, installed the furnace, fixed the furnace humidifier and cleaned everything up. Excellent job all around.

Third Coast is absolutely amazing. Our A/C died right before the blazing hot holiday weekend. We originally thought we could tough it out (we were wrong) so the crew took time out of their weekend to replace our Air Conditioner so we could be comfortable. The knowledge and professionalism of the entire team was impressive.

We had them out a few days later for duct cleaning and were equally impressed with the quality of work they displayed. They were on time, extremely tidy and did a great job.

We will not hesitate to call for any and all future needs!

The installers of my new furnace Joel and Jim were very neat and professional. I was told that the cost of my new Armstrong furnace would be around $5k, I said yes go a head and do it, my house was down to 53 degrees. Third Coast Heating and Cooling did air duct cleaning service at my home today they were fast, had great communication, professional, on-time, provided clean work, were able to accommodate my schedule and provided me with before and after pictures of the ducts. A 5 ⭐️ local company.

Third coast is new to us but I wouldn’t ever want to change companies. They’re attend to our needs it’s affordable to customers. Sam is amazing! I thought my in laws needed a new furnace and he went out of his way to get us in next day. Unfortunately my water heater gave out during the holidays and I had to contract someone.The first contractor I hired did a poor job and created an even bigger issue in my basement. I’m grateful I then was able to hire Third Coast to come fix the first issue on top of the terrible job done by some one else. Jim was very informative in explaining what was going on while also doing a great job being time efficient. Very clean work,Thank you guys!

Our furnace died in the middle of the coldest night and Third Coast HVAC SAVED us from turning to Popsicles. We were on the phone for over an hour trying to find a company that would take care of us. They answered the phone right away and were able to get.our furnace up and running. Jovany was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job at explaining to us what the problem was. Along with it being so late he was very chipper and positive.

I HIGHLY recommend working with Third Coast. The entire experience was smooth and professional. The initial diagnostic review on our HVAC unit was really helpful. The rep explained everything and made it very understandable. Then he did a good job of giving us multiple options for repair or replacement. We ultimately decided to replace the unit. The install team showed up on time, completed the work faster than expected, cleaned up, and educated me on the new system and operations. There are so many shady contractors out there. This is one I would trust and recommend.

I will use this company from here on out! I needed someone to look at my furnace and AC unit. Jovany came out within 24 hours of my call. Not only did he answer all my questions and concerns, he even ran a diagnostic test on my furnace so I felt comfortable knowing it was working properly. I couldn’t recommend this business more! Our heater went out at 9pm on a Tuesday night, we called multiple other businesses but the only ones able to come out were Sam and his team with third coast. They came right away and assessed the unit and left us with space heaters to make sure my kids and I were okay over night until they could come back the next morning to replace our furnace. They were efficient and very friendly and super easy to work with! They’ll be the only business I ever use for heating and cooling!

I had replace my furnace due to the flood in August. They were understanding and willing to work with me even though I needed to cancel once. They were the best price and didn't feel like they were just trying to make money. Definitely would recommend them
