I have recommended William and the installation team to all my family and friends. One of my family members who has been an installer for over 30 years, looked at the work that was done and said they did a really nice job. I’ve been very happy with my unit and can’t thank them enough.

Jeff and Peter came out and looked over my AC unit, did a tune up and checked out my water issue. Everything was good to go, need to check out the water heater now.

Demand for furnace replacements has been high due to the heavy rainfall in the Milwaukee area this past weekend. Heating and Cooling Drs of Brookfield was recommended by a neighbor. We reached out to William and he squeezed me into his busy schedule quickly. My furnace will be replaced tomorrow. Looking forward to the cool air in the house again! Thankful for the speedy response from this company.

With the recent Milwaukee rain and flooding, Alex was quick to respond. Even though every company was maxed out on service calls, we were still able to get someone to install a new furnace right away! Josh (?) installed the furnace and was friendly and professional. Considering that we were in a heat wave and the amount of service calls be attended to no other company was able to schedule quickly enough and some didn’t call back! William was here in less than 24 hours. The diagnostic is quick and the repair just as quick. Honest, and reasonably priced. Thank you William for your knowledge, and helping us. A/C temp was bouncing all over the place. William came out, checked everything he needed to & said mechanically the unit is fine. Once he had a look at my thermostat programs he was able to explain why my house was never fully cooling down. He reprogrammed it for me, explaining the best way to control the house temp with that style of thermostat. Very professional & very informative!

We had a great experience with Heating and Cooling Doctors. Our AC went out during a hot stretch, and they were able to send someone out quickly. The technician, William, was super professional, explained what the issue was in terms we could understand, and had it fixed within an hour. He even gave us some tips on how to keep the system running efficiently moving forward.

I was unfortunately impacted by the floods in Milwaukee, Alex and his team were quick to get me a quote, scheduled, and flawlessly completed the job in a timely manner. They came to swap a furnace but ended up trouble shooting the A/C as well, so they went above and beyond. William came out and confirmed that water had gotten to our furnace, and explained how water and corrosion could lead to potential carbon monoxide leaks without being pushy. He was fast and friendly, and presented reasonable options for us to think about.

I called at 9:30 in the morning on the third day of mid 90’s. I know what I needed. They have a a quote over the phone. I called back to give them the thumbs up about 12:30 pm. They were onsite within two hours. The guys were friendly, polite and respectful. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. I can’t recommend Heating & Cooling Drs enough. We had heat go out when it was super cold out I called so many places including our home warranty because it was the night before thanksgiving no one could come I called this company spoke to William and he did a wonderful job he answered questions on the phone, and put up with me going back and forth on a decision to come out that night when I did call him and he came right away he explained what he was doing and what the problem was and able to fix within a quick period. William was great and I would absolutely hire him again!

William came out to take a look at my furnace and unfortunately, it was shot. He made a call and was able to get me a new one, same day. Josh came out a few hours later and I now have heat again! I was more than impressed they took care of it same day!
