Not only did I not expect to get someone out to our house the next business day— Jake was amazing. Friendly, polite. After he inspected the furnace, he thoroughly showed us the problem and explained the options. Danielle, Elliot also have been great in helping us schedule installation. Price? A different local company gave us a new furnace quote for $2600 more.

They did a good job and promptly installed my A/C unit, The price is very reasonable, very nice guys, that’s my first time use that company and I will be keeping it for my A/C repair, very strong recommendation to that company 👍🙏

William was right on time for my appointment. He patiently explained what was wrong, and how I could keep it from happening again. It was quick and painless and we are cool again!

Had an AC issue not working properly. Same day called and Jeff and Peter were out to look at the unit. Made sure everything was running properly in time for some hot days ahead. Response time amazing and service was excellent! Definitely recommend! Thank you!

Had a furnace emergency and wasn't fond of the last HVAC company I had used.  I called Heating and Cooling Drs based on a referral from a friend.  So glad I did, what a difference... and such a great experience!!
They came out promptly, quickly diagnosed the situation and then thoroughly explained the different options available to me.  I chose to go the route of a new furnace and a/c installation.  They gave me a couple of recommendations to choose from and were very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions.  Great products, great price, great service!  Installation went smoothly and was completed the same day.  They also gave me some tips for better maintenance of the units going forward.

Arrived on time. Chris and another tech arrived on time. Very detailed. Took there time to explain and install the new air conditioner and humidifier. Came back a different day to install a thermostat that I purchased through Amazon at free of charge. Please with the knowledge and the ac system.

William called asking to arrive earlier than the expected appointment time. Awesome! He inquired with the issues happening with my AC and found multiple issues. Lack of maintenance (my fault) with dirty flogged vents and a bad capacitor. He cleaned the unit, replaced the capacitor and tested the AC. By the time he left the air was already cooling down. Highly recommend DRS!

William and his team did a great job installing my Lennox central air system. They were fast, efficient, and easy to work with. I’m very happy with the service from Cooling DRS LLC in Brookfield and Wauwatosa, WI, and would definitely recommend them.

Were quick, nice, professional and wanted to help. We lost our Air and Heating Unit due to a power surge on June 4th. They came out and told us the unit was done-- the power surge had killed it as did a Electrician days before. They came out today and installed really quickly the new unit. Best of all they kept us informed by phone what was the status of our order and when they would be back to install it. I am very happy with the Drs. of Heating and Cooling. I would suggest them to anyone with a problem.
