Caution w/ Plumbing Services: $425+ to replace to outside hose bibs?!?! (Only 45min of work for 2 guys). Requested detailed invoice 3 times with no luck. Called 3 times, over 2 weeks, to have someone come out for an estimate on third outside hose bib (for sprinkler system). Still waiting on estimate after over a month.

I use QH&C for HVAC services and they're awesome, seem reasonably priced. In fact, replace furnace, installed heat pump and house humidifier 2 years ago. All went smooth and decently priced.

Not sure the Plumbing services is on par, use caution!

Both Chris and Jake were excellent. They took their time to explain things, were very thorough in their inspection, did a great job at fixing one of my toilets, estimated some future work...just great to work with! So very courteous and diligent...I'm so glad I found Quality - Plumbing Division to work with!

Bryan was great! He was very knowledgeable of the reasons our furnace was throwing a certain code and fixed it. He also went over some potential upcoming repairs and compiled estimates but wasn’t pushy. Would highly recommend Quality for your HVAC service!

I want to give a shout out to Mike. He arrived to apartment early. Not only did he inspect HVAC vents, etc. Mike walked me through on how to correctly utilize the Ecobee's thermostat equipment

Demonstrated great customer service skills because this is a rare quality. Mike was quick & effective, problem solver, very knowledgeable, very detailed and attentive, flexible and humble.

Today Bryan came out to give my furnace a good tune-up and check for any issues. He is obviously good at his job and friendly as well. He gave me information about my current situation as well as what I should know for the future. I feel very confident in his work and his knowledge and am so grateful for his service. Heat pump and furnace installation package was well worth the reasonable cost. The installation team was fantastic. They explained everything and kept us well informed throughout the process. They were timely, professional and great to work with.

Quality is my go to for my heating and cooling needs. We have purchased a furnace, H-VAC, and whole house humidifier this year. A+ install and set-up. Today we had our winter check-up, and Anthony was great! He took his time, answered all of our questions about our fancy thermostat, and kept us abreast of what he was doing. He could have rushed on New Years Eve, but that is not how Quality's people do things. Have no fear, trust them to take care of you. A+ Quality, A+++ Anthony!

My fall/winter tune up (yearly contract) service was just preformed by Bryan of Quality. As usual all service was completed in a timely and efficient manner. As I have stated previously I have always requested Bryan service my home for approximately 20-25 years. Nice to be able to see an employee stay with a company that long, so that a relationship is built.

Amazing service! Garrett and Ben F. were wonderful. They installed a full house humidifier today and were great. They walked me through the system at the end and I can already tell a difference in the humidity level of our house! So happy!

Quality had to come out to our place a couple of times for issues with our dishwasher. Lucas and Curtis were the technicians who made a visit, and both were super friendly and helpful during their respective visits. They explained the issue and gave us things to look out for, including simple maintenance ideas to keep things humming. Lucas and Curtis, thank you!

Had a tune-up done today and was really impressed. The technician Conner was both nice and professional, taking the time to explain what he was doing and answering my questions clearly. He came across as very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to look for. It’s great to have someone who’s not only skilled but also polite and respectful in your home. Overall, excellent service—I feel confident my system is in good hands. Highly recommend!

MIKE W. was incredible! Showed up right in time and it took him just a couple minutes to pinpoint why my furnace was not providing heat…he ran a test to confirm his suspicions and was out the door in under an hour. I will definitely ask for him in the future!

Cal V. installed our new furnace (by himself!) and did an excellent job! He was prompt and methodical and friendly. He was also careful and extremely attentive with our somewhat tight quarters and made sure to safeguard our staircase carpeting as well as walls. The new unit looks great and runs like a top, and we couldn’t be happier. Cal continued our long relationship with Quality Heating and also our satisfaction with their work, both installation and scheduled maintenance. We wouldn’t go to anyone else. Thanks, Cal!
