Steve, Mike and Justin were all great to work with! Planned to have a sewer backwater valve installed, but the job ended up being more involved than initially anticipated. They quickly pivoted to get the work done in a short time!

DJ came very quickly in response to our water not working at our church. He rapidly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. A capacitor in the power supply of the pump. He was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He fixed our problem, and we ae back in business.

Service was great until the end when I received an invoice for almost $1000 higher than what was quoted to me over the phone. I feel very misled as I asked if my house was in an area they serviced still (their stickers were on the mechanicals and I live about 35 minutes from this business), they told me it was, and then found out that they charged me $105 per hour in travel time to and from my house for 2 days which was never mentioned. If I would have known they were going to charge me more than $200(!!) just to drive to my house on top of the work they did, I would have used a different company. On top of that, I kept track of the time the workers were at my house each day and they were there working for approximately 8 hours total between the 2 of them. When I got the invoice, I was charged for 11.75 hours of labor, which included the travel time. The person who did the work also dropped a part and broke it, then caulked it back together and installed it anyway. He said they would be back to replace it but it hasn’t been done and the company sent an invoice for the work.
